The location and overall building is excellent. The initial check in instructions were not clear. Interaction with the office staff was disappointing- they acted like I was bothering them on initial check in. One day we had no water - fortunately we were traveling that day. We had water upon our return but did not receive a return call or an explanation of the problem.

Place is clean, centrally located and good value for money.

The location was wonderful and very easy to get to the Old City and Mahaneh Yehudah on foot - as well as frequent public transit to anywhere in the city. Property manager was responsive in assisting when wifi wasn't working, etc. Would definitely stay again!

My month in Jerusalem
I stayed at this property for 30 days and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me. It was easy to walk to anywhere from the old city to Machane Yehuda to the market. It was also steps from the light rail and the shops and restaurants near Ben Yehuda and Jaffa streets. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping. I was very happy to stay there
