Absolutely not for families with more than 4 persons.

Абсолютно не подходит для 6 или семьи более 4 человек. Плохо оснащен. Стульев только 4, приходилось добавлять терасные. В гостинной перед телевизором двухместная софа. Нет ни посудомойки, ни духовки. Супер малюсенькие кастрюли и сковородки. Электричество отключается при использовании более двух комфорок одновременно. Одна из ванных не закрывлвсь, даже после "починки". Жесткие как камень кровати, обтянутые местами рваным целофаном. Ванные со старым неотмытым силиконом, с очень слабым напором воды. Горячую воду не дождешься, приходилось мыться под слегка теплой.

Bien pero puede mejorar

La ubicación que está a pie de playa, zona silenciosa y relajada. Es muy chulo el entorno y la casa es grande y espaciosa estás a 10 minutos del Medano andando tranquilamente. La anfitriona es maja y está pendiente. Además nos dejó hacer el chekout a las 16. Muy top ese detalle.

Le falta ser un casa acogedora, falta algún sofá más en el salón y la tele es muy pequeña, además de alguna en la habitación que deberían tener. Para mí gusto los colchones son duros, falta algún juego de toallas o sábanas por si acaso, además de papel higiénico. Ya que aunque hay lavadora, tuvimos que pedir detergente, ya que se está de vacaciones y no apetece hacer coladas. También algún estropajo ya que la última noche usamos el horno y no pudimos fregar nada por no tener con qué. La piscina no la usamos, es pequeña y no muy soleada. Y como mala suerte , del garaje de los pocos días que lo usamos y necesitábamos salir nos aparcaron delante , (no tiene vado). Y varios días por la zona de la cocina cucarachas, que vinieron a revisar y limpiar pero allí se pasearon varios días aún así.

Lovely family holiday

Nice quite location, the property is spacious and very clean with a good size pool

There wasn’t any air con The WiFi was not working properly The blinds were not very effective, when they were closed you had to have the doors and windows shut to stop them from banging and blowing and then it would be too warm, or left them open which would not protect from the sun early in the morning

It is very nice as view and comfort but you must be very careful on the security!

The place was clean and nice. The back view is beautiful - you can see the ocean at 100 m distance. Async communication with the property owner - response time very good.

- On that part of the island, the wind noise was a nightmare (first two nights); - The security is 0! They have notices that the property is 24h guarded with a system direct linked to the police... it is not like that... we were rubbed... the burglars broke into the house through the backdoor which was opened with a screwdriver. They stole all cash and one android phone... the owner didn't come to see what happened and we were sent to the police station. The in house cameras were disabled. Due to all of these, I am evaluating the property as disappointing! If the security would be increase, it would be a wonderful deal!

One of the best apartment which I´ve ever booked through booking.com. Nice new appartement. Well equiped. 2 bathrooms. Great for 6 people stays. Very nice pool. Close to beach. Nice area.

it’s quite a long walk into El Médano centre but is beachfront all the way so is a nice walk. few more utensils in the kitchen would help for cooking

I arrived on new year’s day without a car and the local grocery store was shut so had no food, tea/coffee, milk or filters to make coffee. It would have been good if there had been some basic food and toiletries at the property in case of such a situation.

Excelent location in front of the sea. However the wall in front is a huge disappointment in terms of architecture.

The view of the sunrise is amazing. The layout of the rooms is perfect for a vacation as a group of friends.

The beds were unfortunately a bit small and uncomfortable.

The stay in the villa was confortable. There is a small shop nearby, if you want a bigger shop you have to drive approx. 5 minutes away. The beautiful beach is 500 meters away.

Great staff and villas with an amazing view of the sea!

We rented two villas as there were 8 of us in total. The villas are very clean and spacious. Maria from the management company is really helpful and Claudio the maintenance man is so friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Good value for money.

A nice looking place with a natural beach near by. Check-in, check-out instructions were informative and communication with host was good.

Internet connection was not that good. Had to switch to mobile internet for work related meetings. A vacuum cleaner and dishwasher would be very useful as we stayed for longer time.

Wonderful place!

Wow! Where to even start. It was the best booking.com experience that I ever had. Very helpful owner. The rooms and the house was amazing. Everything was there. And the view from the terrace was priceless. Would love to get back here again next year! Amazing :)
