Home away from home. Walk in and remind yourself why you came - great ocean views with room for memories to be made. Three master bedrooms, complete with private bathrooms, (two of which have separate Jacuzzi bathtubs and showers) provide space for a private retreat. The last bedroom is comprised of two twin beds - perfect for the kids. A large kitchen with a walk-in pantry provide ample space to snack, sit and talk, or cook up whatever you can imagine. Take a stroll on the white sandy beach as the sun rises in the cool of the morning and then come back and enjoy breakfast with vast views of the ocean. Two expansive living areas overlooking the ocean allow space for games, great discussions and laughter.
After you've lathered up, walk down the steps (one flight) or wait for the elevator - your choice - it is your vacation after all. Head through the breeze way and take your pick; a dip in the pool flanked by palm trees, a relaxing sit in the hot tub, or pass by and head straight to the beach. Great location and beautiful spacious interior with comfy beds and big kitchen. Only mild complaint was the pool only allows you to have beverages four feet from the pool. No food in the pool area must eat across the way in a “picnic” area with no seating or shade. Also no floats except for babies. If you’re not interested in going to the pool then it’s absolutely perfect and you won’t find anywhere better.

The condo was great. Very large and spacious. There were 9 of us but we never felt cramped at all. Plenty of seating areas, and bedrooms. nice corner deck too. We were not far from anything really. Everything was just a quick 5min,10min or 15min driver. The owner was very helpful too. The pool was never over crowded, and we really enjoyed that. Sometimes it was just us. The condo has everything you would need to cook so we did that quite a few times. Every bedroom has a TV so we could all go watch what we wanted when we needed a break from fun in the sun. All in All it was a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Till next time....... Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It was spacious, very well stocked, clean and we enjoyed the decor. It came with two sets of umbrellas/chairs which was awesome. We hope to be back next year!

Thanksgiving Getaway
We had a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious and comfortable! Plenty of room for whole family to gather together with great views of the water. And with the three master bedrooms there is plenty of room to retreat and rest. Beach was beautiful and if the gulf water is too cold the pool was heated and hot tub was very hot! Easy walk to the beach and convenient location for food and fun.

Beautiful Vacation Home
We loved everything about our stay. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with all the necessities. We’ve stayed in many different units at Sterling Beach over the past 16 years and this is the nicest unit we’ve ever rented. Sterling Beach has always maintained the property well. It is meticulously cleaned and kept updated.

Multi family trip
We came down with 6 adults and 4 kids ages 12-16. We loved the condo! So beautiful and VERY clean! The beach was beautiful and not very busy at all! It was nice to be so close to the beach so we could all go back and forth throughout the day! We loved having the 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas included in the rental. It saved all of us the hassle of hauling more stuff down to the beach each day. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. We absolutely loved the huge windows in the living area and beautiful beach view! We would definitely go back and stay here again!

Family vacation
We had the most amazing vacation. This unit is just as pictured. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The beach is not crowded at all. Our family had a fantastic time along with our friends family. We hope to come back in the near future.

Fabulous family trip!
Loved this condo, photos don't do it justice. Spacious, family friendly and perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect for families with small children. Lots of convenient restaurants and play places. The Owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond to a minor issue. We will be back!

Precious Family Memories
A beautiful condo with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. We had 2 pack ‘n plays to set up and had plenty of room. However, if you do not appreciate HOA rules for the good of the group, this may not be the place for you. The HOA is VERY strict on pool rules (no drinks within 4 ft of the pool, no food at all, no music, etc) If you don’t mind HOA police, you will have a wonderful stay! We certainly did.

Wonderful stay!
We loved being on the second floor and this condo is wonderful! Very spacious and beautifully furnished. The big windows offer a lovely view of the ocean, pool and palm trees. Definitely would and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious
The condo was VERY spacious and very beautiful! We had a family of 9 and we were all comfortable. There are 3 master bedrooms and 2 have their own balcony (one shared with the main living space). The main master doesn’t have a balcony but the large floor to ceilings windows face the ocean, which was beautiful! The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together, if need be.
Pros: The beach access was only one level down and super short walk. You can see the beach and the pool from the living room, it’s a really pretty view at night. Again the size of the condo fits large families comfortably. Kitchen has everything you may need. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The owner Stephen was great too! He answered any questions and was available and retuned any calls/text in a timely manner.
Cons: The balcony is on the end the unit and the palm trees and houses to the right kind of block the view BUT if you sit on the right side of the balcony you can see the wonder view and the feel a great breeze no matter what area you’re sitting at on the balcony!
Pool area: you can not eat or drink at the pool. So if you have little ones, no snacks are permitted. However, you can leave the pool area and directly across is the common area for eating and grilling. Also, no floaties (accept the ones that attach to kids arms or some short of life vest) or kids toys in the pool. If they see you, HOA will have you remove them from the pool. We had a 2 yr old in a small floatie that she sits in and they made us remove it, luckily we had her a small life vest.
Wrist bands: Keep your wrist bands on at all times in the pool area. Again, HOA walks around the pool looking to ensure you have them on. My pregnant sister in-law forgot hers and HOA said she couldn’t stay in the pool area without it. So my brother had to get out the pool and go upstairs to get her wristband, although the entire family had there’s on and we stated she was with us.
Overall, the trip was great, the grounds were well kept and the condo was beautifully! Thank you to Stephen for allowing families to enjoy your beautiful home.

Wonderful family getaway

Perfect Condo and Amenities
The property was a bit too far on the east end of PCB, which made traveling to Pier Park a struggle but that is the only negative. The condo, the complex, the beach attendant were superb. Interacting with the the owner was easy and pleasant. We’re looking to reserve this unit for next year.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! It is wonderful! Plenty of room for a big family. It is very well maintained and clean. SUPER CLEAN! The decor and furniture is up to date and the kids room had several games for the kids to play with. The view is perfect and its quick and easy access to the beach and pool. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. A nice washer, dryer and large pantry. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious with lots of closet space. Highly Recommend! We also used Trish from CondoCierge. She was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend her as well for any of your vacation needs. Looking forward to many more summer vacations in unit 207 at Sterling Beach.

Multi family getaway
What a wonderful condo right on the beach! We had 3 adults and 4 children traveling together and this spot was perfect. It was spacious and had floor to ceiling windows in the main living area and master bedroom that allowed for a beautiful view of the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was beautifully (and comfortably) decorated. The owner/manager was very responsive when I had questions leading up to the trip. We will be back!

Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation v
THIS CONDO WAS THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR OUR FAMILY! Stephen was very helpful and wonderful to work with before, during, and after the renting process. The condo is stocked with everything you would need for the feel of home. The spaciousness of this condo was wonderful also. I enjoyed my quiet time on the balcony, so peaceful and serene with a breeze blowing at all times. This was our first time staying on Thomas drive, but so thankful we made the choice. Within a few miles of the condo, these are all the restaurants you would enjoy.... Capt. Jack's, Capt Anderson's, Schooners, Pineapple Willie's. Also close to boat rentals and excursions. Let's not forget all the great shopping at Pier Park!!! Looking forward to vacationing next year with you!

Nice Beach Resort
I cannot express the enjoyment we had at with this facility. Stephen is great to work with and very attentive to our needs. He followed up with us numerous times and wanted to make sure everything was great. There was a ton of room and the facility is well kept. If we go back to Panama Beach this will definitely be our stop.

Summer Fun
We really enjoyed another year at Sterling Beach! It is a family friendly place with wonderful amenities. There's plenty of room in the unit, so even during the pop up showers we comfortably enjoyed games and movies inside. The kids always enjoy an evening swim in the pool and adults in the hot tub. Morning coffee on the patio is such a nice way to start the day. We enjoyed it so much, we're considering coming back in the fall!

Summer Family Fun
Our family has been visiting this unit for several years and we always have a wonderful experience. The unit is very accommodating for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked with regular household items for cooking as well a large cooking space. Sometimes we like to grill at the community grilling area too! Three of the bedrooms have on-suite bath rooms which is nice when multiple people are trying to get ready. The unit is nicely furnished and well decorated. The owner is always responsive and accommodating to any questions or requests we have had. Lastly, the property amenities are well maintained and even if you visit in the winter months the pool is heated!
When you stay, book a pontoon through Saint Andrews State Park and spend half a day exploring and fishing out in the bay. The adults and kids in our group have the best time looking for sand dollars, star fish and other fun sea creatures. We have seen manatees, school of sting rays, and a large sea turtle on some of our excursions. Pack a lunch too! If you want to go deep sea fishing, reach out to Captain Hank (at Captain Andersons marina). We have used his services 3 times and always come back with a LOT of fish!
There is so much fun to have inside at out at this unit. We love that the traffic is low key on Thomas drive and it is still close to all the great restaurants and other attractions.

Amazing Property!
We have stayed at Sterling Beach for several years now. I love the location of the condo. I love the size of the condo. It is very accommodating for my large family. It is clean. My children love the pool and hot tub. My husband loves the Master bathroom jetted tub. We usually stick to eating on this end of the beach … The Grand Marlin, Dockside, Triple J's, Billy's Oyster Bar. We plan to continue to stay here every year!
