We had a wonderful time! 4 adults and 4 children fit comfortably in the unit, the check in process could not have been more simple, we had a very short easy walk to the beach and pool (literally just down the balcony stairs), and we were an easy walk to great dining, fun activities, and some shops. The view of the beach from the upper balcony was spectacular.

The condo we stayed in at Sugar Beach (A10) was literally steps from the beach. It was nicely decorated and clean. All four bedrooms were roomy with comfy beds. The kitchen was small but worked out fine. The balcony was small. The A/C did not keep both levels consistent, and this was the only real drawback. We had to turn the thermostat really low at night and the kitchen/den area was freezing in the mornings. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely, old complex that certainly beats those overcrowded high rise condos.

Loved the oceanfront views and close walk to ocean. Had plenty of room for our family with 7 adults. Steps off balcony to pool and entrance to beach was a plus. And great experience with owner , clean room and beds were extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This unit was great! Very clean and updated! Access to the beach and beach chair service was awesome! Conveniently, located to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Owners were extremely responsive, and answered any questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying!

Easy to rent. The property is perfectly located to things to do and places to eat. Our whole family kids to seniors had more than enlightened to do and the easy access to pool and beach was the best feature for all of us.

Very nice facility. Well kept. Shuffleboard and Tennis Courts right there. Can't get any closer to the beach. Nice clubhouse for those little get togethers. BBQ Pits available and a nice pool what more could you ask for.

We just left after our second year at this property- it truly cannot be beat. Directly on the beach, beautiful views and next to the pool. The property itself is immaculate, has anything you could possibly need and is large enough for multiple people to stay comfortably. The 2 sets of beach chairs included are also a wonderful bonus. The owner is super friendly and made the process so easy! 10/10 recommmend

This property is beautifully decorated and the location cannot be beat. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. We cooked everyday in the well equipped kitchen. The outside staircase to the grill area, pool and beach access was so handy too. We will definitely book again. You cannot ask for a better host. Andrea was always responsive and a pleasure to speak with.

Perfect vacation location! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. It's beachfront so my 82 year old mother could sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the view of the beach and sound of the waves all day. Beach access was just steps away. BBQ grills are just down the steps from the condo. The beach chairs/umbrellas reserved for the property were used every day. The entire family loved the condo and our stay in PCB.

The inside of the property is newly renovated and beautiful! The outside of the property doesn’t do it justice. Andrea was an great host and communication was easy. The location is perfect, right next to the pool and beach entrance.

The property is situated so that you have views of the ocean from two balconies. The ocean is just a short walk away -- and the pool (very nice too) is around the corner. There are two umbrellas and 4 beach chairs assigned to the condo which was really, really nice too. The condo (a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom) was nicely decorated (and the beds were nice and comfortable) throughout and the kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils and cookware too. The location is such that you are nearby a Publix grocery store and there are a whole host of non-beach related activities (like rides, go-karts, gift shops, eating establishments ) close by too. We definitely plan to stay again next year.

If you are considering this property, consider this your sign to book! It far exceeded my groups expectations of cleanliness and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living area and generous sized rooms, along with the location next to the pool and 10 steps away from the gate to the beach. We also loved that it came with 2 sets of beach chairs as we did not have to take as much to the beach with us (this property is convenience personified). Not one negative thing to say about the property or experience and we hope to stay here again next summer!

We could not have asked for more! The condo was located at the end of the building, putting us right next to the coded gate to the beach and the bbq grills. The condo balcony has a short flight of stairs that put you next to the enclosure with the grills and a few feet past that is the gate to the beach, near which are water hoses with which to rinse off the sand. Also nearby is the swimming pool, the building with a ping pong table and other tables, the tennis courts, and the koi pond. So we were close to everything. The condo has beautiful, up to date decor. We had a great view of the beach and gulf from the balcony outside the living room and also from the balcony outside the master bedroom upstairs. The living room and each of the four bedrooms have nice flat screen tvs on the walls. We packed too much clothing as it was so easy to keep up with laundry with the washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was spacious, allowing several of us to move around in it at the same time. The owners promptly responded to what few questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit.

Eight of us spent a week in this unit. We enjoyed the space that was ample for sitting together in the living room, preparing meals in the kitchen, and beds for sleeping. The design, decoration, and appliances were all nicely selected. I have never been in a beach front unit with sliding doors that function so smoothly. The location is likely the best feature as the beach is just a short walk from the balcony and is less crowded than in front of the larger buildings nearby.

Our family of 10 stayed from Christmas to NYE and we absolutely loved this property! The location is fantastic and looking at the beach from the 2 balconies was definitely a favorite. The bedrooms accommodated us well and the kitchen and living room were comfortable. Communication with the property owner was fantastic! She answered questions very quickly. The pool on the condo property isn’t heated so you go to the condos next door to use their hot tub and heated pool. You can walk down the beach to get there so it wasn’t bad. We enjoyed where we were located on the beach. It wasn’t busy at all and our kids had so much room to run whenever and play. We were close to town for groceries, errands and shopping. We will definitely be back! We love Sugar Beach Condos and PCB!
