Space:
Two Bedroom single family home. Knotty pine walls give a uniqueness inside while a spacious backyard shaded by live oak trees, provides a peaceful surrounding atmosphere for yoga event.

TV's: One in Main Bedroom and Living Room each is Streaming with Apps Available. We are now streaming. Has great internet speeds.

Each room has heating & air-conditioning(central air) so this is the place to cool down after a hot day in the sun. Main bedroom has queen bed, guest bedroom two twin beds, and living room offers a full size sleeper sofa. Children & adults alike will enjoy this comfortable home supplied with all the furnishings and fixtures needed for a vacation getaway.

After a day on the boat or the beach come back and enjoy the spacious backyard equipped with a charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, & hammock.

Other Activities:
Enjoy the beach, walk to the Tiki Pier and hear the beach music with live bands throughout the summer. Surf Shops, restaurants, enjoy a free movie by the lake every Sunday night, and free fireworks every Thursday night at the boardwalk in summer season. Carolina Beach has much to offer.

Island Getaway is perfectly located close to the old center pier which is now the Ocean Grill/Tiki Bar, Kure Fishing Pier is viewable from the beach or enjoy Fun Time Icecream steps away.

Rent or bring bikes everything on the island will be easily accessible.

SUMMER RENTALS START MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO LABOR DAY SAT-SAT ONLY 25 years and Older to Sign Contract. Owner speaks to all Tentative Guest prior to accepting payments/giving contracts; please let me know when to call you or call me anytime. Linens/Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels. We do not make the beds prior to your arrival.

No Smoking/No Pets
We have a No Smoking No Pet Policy. Guest acknowledges the premises are designated as smoke-free and pet-free. Guest agrees not to smoke or have pets and will not allow any of their family or guests to smoke or have pets on the premises, either inside or outside on adjoining grounds. Guest agrees to abide by this no-smoking no-pet policy. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/or vaping chemicals. If guest smokes/vapes or allows others to smoke/vape or bring pets on the premises refundable security will be deducted/possible eviction. And windows closed when using AC plus keeps bugs out.

Basic beach cottage, clean, comfortable and literally steps away from the beach access. We loved having parking for a large suv, outdoor shower, large tv and the hammock. Small kitchen but very well stocked. Would return again.

My first experience to Carolina Beach

My first experience to Carolina Beach

When I drive up to the property, I am automatically somewhat disappointed. Front lawn furniture is in Poor condition. Carport is full of sand (I swept it 3 separate times trying to get all the sand out). Hammock in back yard was full of leaves and dirty. Grill was full of leaves and trash and not useable. Inside was clean although when we got there and turned on hot water there was a “rotten egg” sulfur smell. We had to run the hot water until smell went away. Obviously we were the first occupants in awhile but paying what we paid and not getting what it should have been was disappointing

The cottage was exactly what we hoped for! We loved the ease of being able to walk to the beach and a few nearby eateries. The house was clean and comfortable, and the small kitchen was well stocked for food prep. We also appreciated the sheltered back yard and hammock. Would definitely return for another visit. Accessibility was great for our group (cane user, difficulty with stairs). There are a couple steps up to each entrance. We ended up leaving the scooter in the van because we didn’t need it, but could probably have gotten it in the house using our portable ramp. Narrow interior doorways might be challenging for a wheelchair user.

This is a cute getaway for a beach trip. Walk across the street for easy beach access! The house was clean and properly stocked for most anything you need. We enjoyed walking to and eating/drinking at The Spot, Uncle Vinnie’s Pizza, and Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this house!! It’s super close to the beach and just a few minutes drive to the aquarium, the civil war museum, and great hiking trails!! The house was so comfortable, had everything we needed and was spacious enough to give the kids plenty of room to play.

We are a family of 6 and easy simple people. We wanted something homey and comfortable and this home fit our needs. We were a little crowded so I wouldn’t recommend this place for more then 5. Home was equipped with everything we needed but food.. location was perfect. Central to everything and we brought our bikes which made it even funnier when we wanted to go to the pier and fish. I would recommend you bring good bug spray. We couldn’t hang out much on the hammock they have in the backyard because we became the buffet for bugs. For the price we really couldn’t ask for more.

This little cottage was perfect for our family vacation. It was right across the street from beach access, which made it really convenient. Beach chairs are on the property, which saved us space from having to pack our own. There is a restaurant/tiki bar and ice cream within walking distance. Cottage is small but it was perfect for our family of four.
