This beautiful executive house situated at the top of Winton Terrace is a great choice for your vacation getaway.

"Tarona Hill" is a family home that is being offered to our guests, and it provides an insight into unpretentious, relaxed family living in our beautiful country.

The house is split level, it has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and features a wet bar, spacious patios, a double carport, swimming pool and a beautiful tree-lined garden.

Downstairs, there is the powder room in the foyer. The wet bar is next, with access to the swimming pool and elevated pool patios. The living room also opens to the elevated pool patio. The pool patio and enclosed courtyard are also accessed from the dining room, each flowing into the other. The breakfast/sitting room is one step up from the dining room, with the kitchen on one side and the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the other. At the end of the lower floor is the multi-purpose Exercise/Mud/Nanny's room, with a bathroom and a spare fold-up single bed.

Three bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bedroom set, lots of closet space and a sun room with a single daybed which overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The second bedroom is set up with three single beds. This room is equipped with games and books suitable for younger members of the family. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The bookshelves contain a selection of DVDs and books.

Bedrooms are equipped with televisions and DVD players.

If you are traveling with a child or young children, the enclosed courtyard adjoining the dining area, as well as a large enclosed yard, provide secure areas where the young ones can feel free to enjoy themselves while still being supervised.

This house is a home away from home. It's great for lounging indoors in the living room, the sitting/breakfast room, or your private bedroom; or outdoors on one of the spacious patios. There are many other areas for the family to either recreate and congregate or to enjoy solitude and the sound of silence, except for the melodious songs of cheerful birds. The entire garden area is enclosed to ensure your privacy.

You can stock the wet bar with your favourite beverages; and the house is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay here.

You can choose to lounge in the sun while relaxing by the swimming pool. The cozy, intimate pool is ideal to cool off on those hot summer days and nights and the elevated pool patio is the ideal spot for outdoor dining or your choice of other recreational or social activities.

Yamacraw Beach and Montagu Beach are two of the beaches you would be near while staying at this house. The smaller Yamacraw Beach at the east end of the island is in easy walking distance from "Tarona Hill". If you enjoy walking, the nearest Supermarket is a brisk 10- or leisurely 15-minute walk. The area is quite hilly, providing aerobic/cardio exercise as you walk. Some of our guests enjoy the challenge that the hills provide during a power walk or jog.

A rental car is recommended. However, Taxi and Public Bus services are readily available. With advanced notice, Baby-Sitting and Chef services can also be arranged with our third party partners.
