I checked out the same day I checked in cause it was that bad.

It was cheap.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I found out why it was cheap. The first room had either fleas or bed bugs. And the second room had mattresses that smelled like urine.

If being in walking distance to the boards/beach is a must this is for you. Just don’t expect much

The location was great for the boardwalk and beach.

The rooms were very outdated and in need of repairs. You don’t get enough towels or toilet paper and need to go to a separate building to get it from the check in. Also, although parking is included, spots are hard to find and the lots are very small and hard to navigate. The staff was very nice from beginning to end.

The pool was ok when it was open

How dirty the room was I had to Clorox wipe everything down and sweep the whole room because there was sand and baggies under the tables. For the price I pay the place should at least be clean !

Bring your own supplies.

Location to the beach is great.

They did not provide blankets and sheets for the extra pull out beds. Went to the front desk and the desk personnel were not able to access housekeeping supplies for linens. I also had to ask for a trash can with a trash bag because the room did not have one. Additionally there is no kitchen supplies in the kitchen.

Clean! The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned at all. No toilet paper was left but a half a roll, no hand soaps or extra pillows either. I had to clean the entire bathroom for it to be useable. Also, the water pressure in our room was so terrible, literally just a trickle! This was the worst hotel/motel I’ve stayed in, in OC.

Not worth the price they charge at all.

Close to beach/boardwalk, Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

My husband never took a hot shower, by the time us four were done he had cold water. We had to buy a fly trap it was definitely an infestation. We killed more than 20 flies during our stay. A 5 day stay and housekeeping never even knocked to freshen up. We had to ask for towels etc. Extremely loud people above us waking us up every morning. Housekeeping did clean extremely well before we got there, but nothing after. I asked for a broom twice.

If I had a do-over, I probably would stay else where , I still had a blast

The location was great a couple blocks from the board walk , the staff was friendly and the outside up-keep was nice. Close to a lot of shops , and food. It was peaceful for the most part.

The shower was dirty it was a stay up no tub , the rest of the room wasn’t to bad , the rooms all small , the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets was dirty look like they wasn’t changed, had to get fresh ones n they really didn’t look any different. it’s was freezing in the room , it was a chilly weekend. No heat in rooms just air conditioning

stove was tiny and took forever to heat up to make something the refrigerator was frozen a complete chunk of ice it did not even freeze popsicles the air conditioner didn’t work very well our room was so hot my dads next door was cold his doorknob to the bedroom fell off this place needs a lot of work and I dint think should even pass inspection the pool is to little for so many guest it was uncomfortable which sucks because the pool at the beach is my favorite now the bathroom well it’s so small you can take a shower and use the toilet at the same time way to small and I would not of stayed there had I known your photographer is smart but very dishonest

Poor location. Unsafe. Hole in the bathroom door that would not close properly. Spots on the sheets. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom

We had a 10 day stretch at this location and absolutely loved it!

Right off the Boardwalk and given complete privacy. We loved our stay! Can't wait to do it again! Thanks Admiral!!
