Excellent stay, I would stay again.

Nice location with plenty of room. I have no complaints or issues. Very peaceful.

Elevator was a little slow. I didn't like that you can't access the stairwell doors to go up.

Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. When we checked out the lady at the desk was really friendly also. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. Short walk to the board walk.

It was a great visit and would definately stay there again!

The staff at the Monte Carlo are exceptional to your needs! Shay at the Front Desk is so welcoming and accommodating! The cleaning crew was friendly every time you saw them! Bryan went out of his way when he saw us at the pool area to come over and bring us extra towels and say Hello.

the noise of travelers staying in the rooms above were loud through the ceiling! The kids running around above us until 10:00pm, all day and evening was disturbing. There isn't enough cookware in the suite and only a couple of spoons and forks, we had to use our plastic that we brought from home. The pool bar at the pool on 3rd street was never open when we went there.

An old + small and unhappy experience.

The only good thing about this booking is the location. The end.

The host is horrible. They put me on the room which is not what i ask for. Even though they say its an upgrade. The place is old. Dirty. Creepy. Kitchen is half functional. The bathroom door cannot be lock. Appliances is old. A plus for the amount of towel.

the toilet broke and the weather stripping was missing at the door coming into the room. we had to put plastic up at the door to keep the cold air out.

Location you are steps from the boardwalk and ocean.

The hotel wasn’t as bad as the reviews but it was not the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Review

I liked that the property was by the boardwalk and our room was clean.

I didn’t like that the water was either extremely hot or extremely cold. There was no between and when you were in the shower it would just switch constantly on its own. I also didn’t like that the tv would go on and off the whole time it was on. I also didn’t like that we received an ice bucket, but there was no ice machine in the suites building, so if I wanted ice I needed to walk to the main boardwalk hotel to get ice.

We called 5 times yesterday for the staff to pick up out trash which we’ve been told to leave it outside of the room but

We only liked the location the rest of our stay was terrible in the one bedroom suite.

Worth it for a family of 5 or more

The bathroom tub jets ARE FULL OF MOLD AND THE BIRDS POOP WAS GROSS FOR KIDS i didnt use the tub bc it was moldly ring we bought bleach and it still was flithy could had used a few pillows for the pull out bed and the sheets were dirty in the closet...but the room itself made up for the flaws

Love the location and staff but no!

The staff and location

Cable wasn’t activated in the whole building so we had nothing to watch, the air was pumping cold out when it was on Heat (Slept in a very cold room when it was already cold outside), a lot of lights weren’t working, blood on the walls, and the bedroom door wouldn’t close.

No bathroom fan, no working tv’s, and the kitchen area was not cleaned prior to us being there (old coffee filter was still in the coffee maker- gross)
