About this house rental
Come and stay with us. We are opening up our home and we want to share our peace and tranquility with you. This large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is gorgeous with a stunning view of Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and Chimney Rock. The home is newly remodeled with new kitchen appliances, and a huge kitchen island, new bathroom vanities, new flooring, furniture, etc. The home is complete with all you need for a memorable stay in the our beautiful city. This home is close to everything. Located in the heart of West Sedona, you will have amenities within walking distance including two grocery stores, restaurants, and a spa. You can walk to the Buddhist Stupa, and hiking trails. Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village are both only 3 miles away. These areas are very popular destinations for shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. You can catch the Sedona Trolley or a Jeep Tour from the Uptown area.
Our home has many amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable. High speed wireless internet is provided to our guests free of charge. We have three big screen T.V.s with Blue Ray DVD players, XBOX 360, and printer, and many board games for your entertainment. We also provide DVD movies and XBOX 360 games for your use. In addition, we have three outdoor living spaces to enjoy the red rock views and to dine outside. There is also a BBQ grill that can be utilized by our guests. We also provide a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for our guests use.
Our home has a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, quartz countertops, gas range with griddle, drawer microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The kitchen is fully loaded with cookware, plates and silverware, blender, air fryer/toaster oven, waffle-maker, toaster, rice cooker and crockpot so you can make all your meals from home, if you would like. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining table that seats 8 so that all of the guests are accommodated easily for meals. The kitchen has a coffee bar with Keurig coffee pods, sugar and sweeteners, and tea complimentary to all guests.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Through the Arcadia door you will find yourself on the balcony, where you can sit and watch the wildlife, the sunrise and sunset. The master bath ensuite has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a flat screen T.V in the master with a Fire Stick, Satellite service, a Blue Ray DVD player to watch movies in bed.
The second upstairs bedroom is a office with desk, office chair, and printer. This bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed and opens up to a courtyard with a fountain and table/chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather and the view of Wilson Mountain. The room also has a bath adjacent to the room for privacy and comfort.
The upstairs great room has a 50 inch flat screen T.V. with Fire Stick for streaming, satellite TV, a Blue Ray DVD player. There is a gas fireplace for use during those cold winter nights when you want to sit by the fireplace and drink hot chocolate. There is also an assortment of DVDs (movies) for your viewing pleasure which contains all genres including family-friendly titles. The great room opens up to the balcony with an outdoor living area and BBQ grill.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a family room, and full bath. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is across from the downstairs full bath. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and access to the downstairs patio which has an outdoor living area with an umbrella, table & chairs, couch and chairs, firepit, and a hot tub. In this area, guests can enjoy the picturesque view of Thunder Mountain, the wildlife, and the beautiful sunsets. There is also a hide-a-bed in the family room that sleeps another two guests. The downstairs bath has double sinks and a tub and shower combination.
Finally, the family room is a great place to watch a movie. The room is equipped with a Blu-ray DVD player, X-Box 360, with a 60 inch T.V. It is our "official" movie room. There are DVDs and X-Box games to keep all members of the family entertained and a checker game table and board games. There is also a queen sized hide-a-bed that can sleep two additional guests.

The house was clean, had everything we needed and incredible views! There was lots of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, it was close to stores and restaurants. The back yard and upstairs deck were wonderfully maintained. Lots of cozy patio furniture to enjoy the views from.

Food and stores were nearby with excellent views everywhere you looked.
Convenient enough to also get in a trip to the Grand Canyon.

Fantastic property in Sedona with awesome views. The house is very well stocked from everything you want for the morning coffee to the bathroom cups. Our family had a great time and would have liked to stay longer. We didn’t have any issues, but the hosts were on top of the communications and I would recommend this property to anyone. The property was all it was advertised to be and more! Perfect location for hiking and biking as well as access to town amenities. The views from the beautiful patio and hot tub were unparalleled! Spacious space for our family to gather and socialize and a fully stocked kitchen to cook together. The beds were extremely comfortable! Our host was amazing, responded as soon as we had any question about the property.
It was our first trip to Sedona and we would not hesitate to return and stay in this lovely home again!

I cannot say enough positive about this house and its owner. The location, views, layout are all amazing for anything you want to do in and around the Sedona area. Do not think I have been to a VRBO before that was as well stocked (corroborated by the rest of my family who were with me). Sandi was super responsive to questions, including accommodating an earlier check in when weather interrupted our first day plans. No question we would come back to stay here in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. There were an abundance of amenities through out plus a very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for our 18mth toddler was also available
The layout was awesome for our needs. Location was convenient to grocery shopping, numerous restaurants, plus several trails with in walking distance.

We had a great time! We were a group of 10 women who came to hike. Location was very good for that, as well as to dining options. All of the amenities were there, and we really felt at home. Sandi and Paul were great hosts!

This was a perfect house for four couples. The views of the red rocks practically in your backyard was awesome. We did a lot of hiking with several trails within walking distance of the house. The house was spacious and very modern. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing and taking in the views. The hosts recommendations on restaurants in the area was super helpful and they were spot on. I would recommend this as a super spot.

We had an absolutely great time. We love the house. It was exactly what we needed and what we wanted. It was the perfect place for us and it was a great location for everything that we could see in the area. We had a bunch of wildlife activity behind the wall, including a bobcat, 2 mule deer bucks a huge group of Javelinas. We would definitely rent this place again it was just the perfect vacation place.

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was at Sandi and Paul’s home away from home. Sandi was very accommodating with our trip. We had swift and easy check in an out process. Four adults stayed with ample room to spread out. We congregated in the wonderful updated kitchen when we were at the house. Kitchen included all amenities needed. House was walking distance to 2 easy trails. We enjoyed binder of recent guests suggestions of what to do and where to eat. Hot tub was a great amenity after long hike and ate gazing. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect vacation! I look forward to returning. Thank you Sandi and Paul!

We had an amazing night stay. There were 8 of us and 2 cars. Some days we were all together, other days we split up and went different directions. Some got up early and hiked. 2 different trailheads a short walk away. Others stayed up late and enjoyed the hot tub. We had several game nights and never turned on the tv🤣 the house is stocked with coffee, tea, and basic essentials. Can’t think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was walkable to some great trails and the view of Thunder Mountain from the balcony was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the hot tub, especially after a day of hiking. The house had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!

From the moment we got out of the car and walked through the gate to the front patio. We knew this was a good fit for us. Inside the house is clean updated and I had all of the facets that we needed for our family getaway. It’s location is ideal for hitting any of those trails or for Texas and especially places to eat. If we come back to the area, this would be our go to destination home.

Beautiful spacious home, gorgeous rock views, quiet neighborhood, awesome hosts. I rented it for a month and hosted family and friends. The kitchen and main family room is perfect for entertaining and added bonus the kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensils/pots and pans needed to cook and entertain. Outdoor jacuzzi was used almost every day. Bedrooms are nice sized and beds were comfortable.
Sandi was always responsive and helpful (but she and I rarely had to communicate because everything was truly well maintained).
The views from the porch and the family room of Thunder Mountain was truly breathtaking — loved watching the colors change and watching the fog and sometimes snow make the rock disappear. 😊.
Great location for hiking, grocery store and restaurants. I’ve been traveling to Sedona every year for 25 years — this home is perfectly located — west Sedona is quiet but close to all the fun touristy stuff and this house is also within walking distance to the hikes around Thunder Mountain.

This is the second time we’ve rented this beautiful Sedona home for the month of January, and we hope to rent it again. Fabulous location & views, plenty of space, fenced in back yard for the dogs - it’s perfect! Other items to note—the kitchen is huge, the 3 bathrooms are all very nice, & the hot tub is a GREAT addition! We used it almost daily. The owners are very helpful & responsive. We have rented dozens of houses while vacationing around the US & this is one of our favorites!

Overall a great experience staying at Sandi and Paul's home. Pre-check in was timely and included hiking and restaurant recommendations. They were very quick to respond on VRBO too. 4 bedrooms plus a very comfortable couch/futon bed. The home is well stocked, including games/puzzles. The hot tub was terrific after a day of hiking. There was an outside fire table too, but we did not use it. Super close to tons of restaurants and a Safeway grocery store. We will definitely rent again when we come back to Sedona. We were looking for a large home to accommodate 3 couples for a friends getaway and were not disappointed. The view is incredible. The owners had updated the kitchen and all three bathrooms and it really added to the experience. The space was large and comfortable with plenty of space for private conversations or group talks. Toiletries were provided which was appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent and she allowed us to check in early to avoid the Friday traffic from Phoenix. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub but put the grill and firepit to good use. A great value in a wonderful location!

Fantastic views from the deck! Great location, it’s a short walk to several nice trail heads and hikes. The common areas of the house easily accommodated our 8 adults. The only downside for us was the beds, especially the queen and the double were not 7 nights comfortable. We booked a long time in advance when it was listed as two queen and two king beds, by the time we arrived one of the beds had been changed to a double. Sandi gave us great suggestions for restaurants and hikes and was very responsive.
