This property was absolutely stellar!

Property is fantastic!
Everything went smoothly, had no issues which is what I want on a trip.
Location is quiet, house itself is really nice, and has everything needed for a stay.
Would definitely stay there again!

What are great property
5.0
Location and views are tough to beat! Short walk to shops and restaurants, tons of hiking and biking trails in the vicinity. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Only complaints were that only 1 roll of paper towels was stocked and initially couldnt light the grill until we found a second lighter (ignitor doesnt function, which is labeled on the grill). Lighting is a little confusing but all the switches are labeled. Fireplace is nonoperational for anyone looking to book a place with an operating fireplace (wasnt an issue for us). Came stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware for a larger group and a decent number of cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances (coffee, blender, toaster, etc etc). Kitchen appliances are very nice. Overall great stay!
**Note: Would be very cautious booking for any groups with mobility challenges - quite a few stairs, and the driveway is steep and narrow (would also be pretty tricky with any ice/snow). One of the bedrooms is a flight of stairs down from the main level, all the others are on the main level. Not a problem for us but be advised.

We stayed for a 3-night family weekend and had a wonderful time.
The house is near the top of a hill about 1 mile from Uptown and even closer to the Tlaquepaque area, both very walkable if you can handle a slight incline. Windows and views everywhere. The hot tub worked. Comfy beds and couch for everyone to hang out. Kitchen was well appointed. Did I mention the view!?
Speedy but worth it, would stay there again.

Very relaxing. Great location and and excellent house.

We needed a pre-Christmas getaway and so happy we chose this place. The host was in great communication with us making the whole check-in super easy. There are stairs from the garage to the main floor but was so worth it when you see the amazing views from the walls of windows. It was so great to see the sunset come up and set on the mountains. This house was perfect and so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked appointed as well as the bathrooms with plenty of towels for you. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and had a nice little cookout with the grill. This is definitely a great home with plenty of room. The location is really close to shopping and great restaurants. Would stay again!

Quick getaway to celebrate anniversary and bday. Sedona never disappoints. But this home has the best views and location. Darling gift shop (Hart house) down the street. The house was beautifully decorated and has everything you’d need to cook (although we didn’t). Would love to rent again!

This house is gorgeous! I thought it was even better than the pictures. The views of the mountains are incredible and the deck going around the house is really cool. It was also super clean, as in spotless, which I really appreciate. There were also plenty of towels and dishes. Also, the bedsheets are super high quality and I loved all the house decorations. Makes it feel very homey. There was a lightning storm one night over the mountains which we very much enjoyed watching. My family could not have enjoyed their stay more. Great gathering place!

This place is just awesome! Incredible views as well.

Excellent accommodations in a primo locale making travel & sightseeing a breeze even at the height of holiday traffic. Tucked away on a quiet street with the most amazing views in every direction. Larger than the pictures portray, secure and beautifully appointed. Windows galore. Multi-level patios with wrap around walkways accessible to nearly every room of the house. Luxurious bedding makes the perfect landing after an evening of incredible star gazing from the hot tub.

Really nice place - pics were very accurate. There is a fourth bedroom downstairs and a bathroom that they don't seem to count as a bedroom maybe because it has no window, but it had a double bed and my 20-something niece was very happy down there. Such beautiful views from every room, the patio and the hot tub. And incredibly convenient! There was lots of traffic in Sedona during Spring Break - it was great to stay somewhere where we were able to walk to some restaurants and shops.

Great home, there were 8 adults, plenty of room, nice assortment of kitchen spices. Would stay again if in this area. Amazing views!

Loved the property. Wish we could have used the fireplace but understand that probably isn’t practical with a rental. Not everyone would know the ins and outs. Liked that you supplied nicer bath towels than in hotels! A fire ring in the back would have been nice. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Nice amount of silverware and plates! A smoothie blender would have been nice.

In spite of the (very rare) bad weather, we were able to have the best trip ever. The house was convenient, clean, beautiful and the hot tub was clutch for the cold rainy/snowy nights. Highly recommend!

Location is fabulous. Centrally located between Tlaquepaque and Uptown Sedona- both easy walking distance. Easy drive to West Sedona.
The property’s views are stunning. It was cloudy and snowy for much of our stay so we didn’t see any breathtaking sunrises or sunsets.
We were very disappointed to find several amenities “not operational.” Both the fireplace and the fountain were non-operational. With snow and temps in the 30s, we would have loved to use the fireplace. Heated Japanese toilet seat in the master was a plus.
Supplies provided were very generous. TP, shampoo, hand soap, etc. we appreciated the huge washing machine.
We did not use the hot tub but noted it was warm and ready to use. It was too cold to sit outside on the expansive patio.
It was helpful to have all the light switches labeled. Garage was roomy and easy to access. They have a HUGE DVD collection, if you’re a movie buff.
Communication from management company was thorough and helpful.
We would definitely stay again.

Love love loved the stay at this beautiful house. Everything was as described. I stayed with six other adults and it was plenty of space. The amenities were great my favorite being the hot tub, and the location being super close to town. Highly recommend!

Loved the location. The rooms got a little warm at night and the Wi-Fi would go out often, but otherwise lovely. Clean and well kept. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfy.

We loved the proximity to the center of town and the spacious floor plan! The views from every room on the top floor are so stunning! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs and everything was very clean. I would only recommend it to groups of four or smaller since the living room does not have much extra comfy seating. A larger sectional couch would have served the space better for us. But overall I would book it again due to location and upscale vibes!

I was a very beautiful house with gorgeous views!!!
Only advice is that the house was very warm when we arrived. Maybe try to go ahead before checking in and have the temperature a little more comfortable. Also coffee maker was extremely slow. We did have the Keurig so that was great!!!!

The home has beautiful views to the lovely backyard outdoor garden and rocks in the distance. The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything was available that we needed for cooking and spending time together. High ceilings and large windows throughout. Very clean. Pretty and quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Heaven on earth!
The home is so beautiful, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a family retreat. The views from the home (including bedrooms) and expansive patios are breathtaking and the kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. The location is ideal - within walking distance to Tlaquepaque and even uptown if you like to walk and don’t mind some hills. Looking forward to staying here again!

This house is in a great location with beautiful views. The master bedroom, upstairs bedrooms and kitchen were all wonderful. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom had a bit to be desired. Bathroom very cramped. Spiders found in basement and in twin bedroom. Other than that very clean and beautiful.
