This is our second time renting this house and it keeps getting better. The house is so comfortable and clean that you can't help but enjoy the stay. And then there is the view. You have to experience it to completely appreciate it. We could sit out there all day and not grow tired of seeing so much of Sedona's beauty. The only thing better than the house and the view is the service. Candace is a fantastic host - great communication, true professional and addresses all your needs in a timely manner. We will be back!

This property has an expansive and welcoming deck with stunning views of the creek and red rocks. The bedrooms all have terrific views and attached shower/bath facilities. The living spaces are inviting and provide a variety of options. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to prepare a meal there. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! It a spectacular place to begin and closeout your day in Sedona and the surrounding area. This is a wonderful lodging choice.

The house was great, had lots of great family space and rooms for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and all the bathrooms had what we needed. The views were amazing. The excitement for our stay came from flooding from an all day rain added to snowmelt from a recent snowstorm, which caused the road to the house to be flooded. We managed pretty well, using a couple of trips across the footbridge to get out suitcases and groceries across. I do not like bridges like that or heights., so I was nervous the first trip across but it turned out to not be too bad. I wouldn’t really want to take little kids back and forth, but it would be doable. The host was very responsive to our questions, which was much appreciated in an uncertain situation with the unusual flooding.

Incredible property with amazing views. Very comfortable home, with any possible appliances and device you can possibly need in the kitchen, a chefs dream. Spacious and open rooms, all with views. The home overlooks Oak Creek and it's sound is very soothing. The deck is spacious and provides a great area to relax. The property is also very pet friendly.
The home is centrally located between Sedona's Downtown and the Village of Oak Creek. Basically a short drive to anywhere.
Candice was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The pictures in the listing accurately represents the property. We spent 4 wonderful weeks at this property and totally enjoyed it.

Arguably this house has the best views in Sedona. Many of the famous landmarks are in front of the huge deck. Spent many hours on the deck just looking at the view.
The house has plenty of couches, beds, linen, supplies, and room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds comfortable.
Very close to downtown Sedona and the town of Oak Creek.
Over all a very enjoyable place to stay.

My wife and sons and their wives spent 4 glorious nights in Sedona and had a great family time. The only thing that needed fixing was the faucet on the kitchen sink. it doesn't always go off when you turn it off...just needs an adjustment.

Location was excellent: easy access to trails, shops, dining. Everyone of us was very grateful for having this house as our ground station, if you will. We cooked meals at house, and on grill on large porch oveff reaction looking the valley with gorgeous buttes, pinnacles, and mesas across the way.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Three couples stayed for four nights. There are views from each of the three bedrooms that also each have king sized beds. And the deck is incredible - extremely large with seating to relax and a table for eating dinner along with a fire pit and gas grill. In the kitchen , at the dining room table or in the living room or bedrooms you look out over a valley across to the beautiful red rocks and formations of Sedona. We could see Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock. We didn't want to leave and will go back to stay there.
There are more electrical appliances in the kitchen than even I have and I cook a lot.
I gave it a four rather than a five on check-in because I had to call to get the code to get in but it was remedied immediately and they were very helpful and responsive.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Outstanding view, plenty of room and secluded but Close to town and hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again, and again, and again.

The best place to stay in Sedona if you're looking for an amazing place with incredible views! My family and I stayed for 5 days, and wished we would have stayed longer! The home was very comfortable for our group of 10 adults, and we enjoyed the deck as much as possible. The host was quick to reply & fix any issues, which were minor during our stay. Plenty of kitchen appliances and amenities to use, as well as extremely clean spaces. Towels and blankets were plenty, plush, & clean. We hope we get the opportunity to stay again when we return to Sedona!

Rented this home for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday. We all loved it. Had a great time! Amazing mountain views!!! Was absolutely beautiful. I look forward to renting this home again in the near future. Thanks so much! 😊👍

View is so incredible and not far from town. Beds were comfortable, although we only used the 3 main beds, not the pullout. Parking passes were nice Be prepared to buy all condiments, cooking oil, spices though. Nothing there but paper towels and TP. I feel like home was more beautiful than pics so was pleasantly surprised.

The process from start to finish was seamless. The property was very clean.. Candace was great and very prompt to respond.
The property more than delivers on views, space and coziness. The house and kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Restaurants were crowded so we did use the kitchen more than we had expected and were pleasantly surprised.
If you are looking for a modern white on white/gray industrial feel experience this might not be the place for you but... if you want large decks, a fire pit and a cozy relaxing place to kick back and reconnect with loved ones then this is the place for you. You can't help but be impressed by the spectacular views from the deck and living areas.
Hopefully... you can appreciate the beautiful custom woodworking details and love that went into the construction and designing of this lovely home. Some might say it's a little dated but thats part of its unpretentious charm. You will feel welcome and comfortable the moment you enter those "big" beautiful awesome front doors.
(The only negative is the sleeper sofas in the den if you are counting on them as beds for adults could be tricky.. We had a small child so we were able to make due.)
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Picture perfect views! The home is so comfortable and inviting. The huge deck over looks the gorgeous red rocks. We had a perfect Thanksgiving holiday with family. Thank you for your hospitality Candice! We will be back!

This house was so big and gorgeous. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend this place.

The property was beautiful! The view and the deck makes this house worth staying at! The area is very quiet which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of towels for our party of 6 for our 5 night stay. One of the only cons of the home is the sleeper sofas in the den. They are extremely uncomfortable even with the mattress pads that are available. The springs are broken on certain parts of the bed so you can’t sleep flat at all. Overall the home was a great experience and Candice was very easy to work with!

The VRBO was just as described! It was large, clean and comfortable! Plenty of room to spread out. The large deck was spectacular and the views were absolutely amazing! Simply Gorgeous! The proximity to everything in Sedona was perfect. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We are three couples that have been friends for years and finally were able to get away because we all have been vaccinated and this was a place to go with lots of outside activities.
The house is amazing, was perfect for three couples, but the deck and the view are the selling points to this house.
It was difficult to get reservations in the evenings at restaurants, so we would eat out late afternoon and have cocktails on the deck in the evenings with the fire pit going and had the best view in the area right from that deck.
It rained our second day there and the water did go over the bridge to get to the house, but we could still cross and after a call to the property manager, all questions and concerns were taken care of.
We will rent this place again if we are in the area, just hope it's available.

This was our second time at the same property and like the first, was excellent. Great amenities, location, and view.

The location and basic design of the home are fantastic! It would be hard to find a better location for views and privacy. The basic design of the home is spectacular, very large and roomy, with a huge deck overlooking Oak Creek and the amazing panorama of the red cliffs and buttes. The location is good, being fairly close to the attractions of Sedona, without being in the traffic that comes close to gridlock at times. Supplies, linens and towels were plentiful. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating, both inside and on the deck, for lounging and at tables. The primary bedroom upstairs is palatial, with fantastic views on two sides, and a luxurious bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is also very roomy with a large ensuite bathroom. There are however, some flaws that should be addressed. First of all, it does not really sleep 8 people comfortably. One reason for this is that the sleeper sofas located in the "entertainment room" are very inadequate and not worthy of the overall excellence of the home. They need to be replaced with new sleeper sofas, with decent mattresses. The other major problem is that the second upstairs bedroom is inadequately cooled and not comfortable for sleeping during warm weather. That bedroom also has a bathroom whose shower is long and very narrow, made even narrower by an encroaching laundry chute. This doesn't leave much standing room in the shower. The kitchen, which is fairly large overall, suffers from a small and outdated refrigerator with a non-working ice maker. The built-in dishwasher leaks at times, from a faulty door-seal. One needed appliance is a four-slice toaster. Also needed are at least one set each of measuring cups and measuring spoons. Another needed appliance is a knife sharpener, as the kitchen knifes were quite dull.
Overall, it is a wonderful property and needs just a bit of investment and attention to details in order to bring it up to its full potential as a premier vacation home.

This is a great house with a SPECTACULAR view and an amazing deck. We loved it. Downside- carpet is truly filthy and terrible, upstairs room above the garage is so so hot and fan does not turn in the right direction and can not be changed. I would freak out if the bridge had been out bc my mom and dad could not have made it to the house. It would not be an easy trip up. But, overall we could not have asked for more space or a better view. Very well situated as well. Wonderful!

The deck offers an incredible view as advertised. The home is spacious and had everything you'd need, but a little outdated.
Two air-conditioning units; one for the north and one for the south side of the house. The south worked great, the north made the lower level master bedroom freezing, but left the upper north side bedroom hot and stuffy. The family room with the two queen sleeper sofas are outdated and in bad condition. The bed frames were bent and broken and the mattresses on them were worn-out with springs showing. The pads they offered weren't very good and my daughter, her husband and their 10 year old child were disappointed. My granddaughter ended up putting the mattress pad on the floor because she said the bed was terrible. I felt bad for my daughter and her husband. I would return to this house if the things I shared with the manager are fixed because it is very lovely.
