The condo was roomy just the 3rd room was a loft not a bedroom but we made do.
I would recommend a little updating the furniture and especially the linen and bed covers
I would still recommend this place to anyone
The owner was super nice and communicative

The property was clean and very cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but when I called the owner they were very quick to respond and have the issue fixed right away. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

The condo was a great place for family, especially with the amenities (pool, sauna, locker rooms, air hockey, etc.) offered in the building. Our kids had fun sleeping in the solarium. The condo was not actually ski-in/ski-out, but the shuttle system wase extremely efficient and helpful! We never had to wait long. With the condo located between the two main lifts, it was a great place to stay for skiing at Brian Head! Thank you!

The manager Scott was great at communicating. Easy checkin, comfortable and perfect for our trip since we were here to just ski. It does say ski in/ski out and we didn’t see the ease of that so we just drove over to the slopes. Might help if they included a map to make that easier to figure out. Otherwise it was a great place.

We always love staying in Brian Head. Scott is one of the best hosts, highly recommend any of his properties you can book through him. Such a great trip we had once again, we go every year and love it. Thank you for making it a really nice visit, easy and comfortable.

Stay at Brian Head
Property was clean and well suited for our stay. There were a few things that need some attention, broken door to the bathroom and an access panel for fireplace, but other than that everything was as listed. Ski-in Ski-out was a little bit of a stretch it was possible but not really an option very difficult access and egress to the slopes. Scott was very help full and readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definely book with him again

Great stay!
Walked in with the condo warm and cozy great after a long day of snowboarding! I would definitely rent again and recommend to a friend! The host was really great they helped get back something I had left in the rental.

Extremely comfortable and functional
We found the condo to be a warm and inviting place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The fireplace added to the coziness and also kicked out a good amount of heat. The living room couch and chair were super comfortable, the dining table was perfect for playing games at in the evening, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed and all in great condition! Scott is extremely responsive to any queries and we felt well taken care of. Also: loved having underground parking with a door that opens to the stairwell that takes you directly to your condo! If you're thinking Copper Chase is a ski-in/ski-out place along the bunny hill on Navajo, they've changed that hill to a tubing hill, but the Brian Head Shuttle comes by all the time and we also had no problem getting great parking by the ski lodges, even during an extremely busy week. Highly recommend this property or a property managed by Scott Kraft.

It was a great location. It was a little tight for bike racers getting ready with all of our gear but everything else was great.

Customer Service Above and Beyond!
We can't say enough good things about Scott Kraft who helped us with our booking through VRBO. Long story short, we inadvertently made our reservations for the wrong dates, but Scott was able to change them at the last minute to accommodate our arrival. Then, we broke down on the road and couldn't make it to the hotel after all, so I called Scott and told him the bad news, not expecting anything more. Well, Scott asked where we were and he was going to try to get us lodging nearby, which we had already done, but that kind of concern and service is very rare these days. He even went so far as to refund our cleaning and extra bed fee, which was not at all expected but greatly appreciated. Book with Scott and you are in the best of hands ;) I'm sure the Brian Head lodging is fine as well, wish we could have made it there!

Towel bar fell off in master bath, husband reattached, interior door broken and masking tape used with sign not to open, and worst of all, shower door fell in off tacks on 14 yr. old granddaughter while she trying to get out. Could have been bad. We were 14 minutes late checking out (forgetting about time change) host very rude.

Nice place for a few days.
It was nice. Property owner gave us a door code that was easy to remember. Pool water was a little cold.

Had everything!
We rented the condo while passing through on vacation. Scott was very communicative with any question I had! Comfortable and relaxing. We didn’t need anything extra, he had everything for us at the condo! Thanks again!

This place was exactly what we needed for our two day, one night visit to Brian Head. The only thing I would caution is to remind anyone taking a shower that the hot water WILL run out if it isn't rationed/the rules aren't followed about how much to turn the water on. There was signage in each restroom about it but our first friend didn't see it. There are 3 queen? beds and 1 pull out sofa bed so 4 of us each had our own bed. The description said ski/in ski/out but I never figured out which run to take to get back to the house. I also never asked Scott who probably would have been able to tell me. He was a great communicator both to let me know what was going on and if I had a question, his response time was very reasonable. Yes the interior is not circa 2020 but that wasn't important to our group. ALSO, we never had any issues with the internet but if there was an issue, I'm sure Scott would have fixed it if he had known. Again, a very accommodating communicator. The location of the room is also really close to the parking so no need to carry your luggage very far. Just a few flights of stairs. All and all, a great place to stay. He provided coffee for us too, which was cherry on top.

Ski in ski out, great location
The unit was great. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beds for my family. Real ski in, ski out location. We would definitely come back again.

Good for the price
This was an inexpensive condo and we got what we paid for. The mattresses should probably be replaced- they had pretty severe body impressions. Several surfaces were dusty and dingy and the shower floor was stained. But the location was great and we were there to ski, not sit in the condo all day.
3.0
Content
The unit is probably best for no more than 6 guest. Several of the kitchen utensils were old and damaged, with some of the appliances old such as the coffee maker. There is no storage for boots or skis/snowboards. We left our gear in the hallway/stairway.
The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was inoperable which was unfortunate as we specifically booked with Copper Chase for that reason.
The wifi was not stable, so if you are going there with the intentions of getting some work done after being on the slopes it may wise to bring a hotspot.
