The layout, furnishings, and facilities were fine. The neighborhood was close to our family's home. We were able to walk night and day. without concern. Sanchez street (2 blks away) is designated a "slow street" meaning we could ride bikes and walk without lots of traffic. Very nice. You do have a parking limit in the neighborhood of 2 hours or you will get a ticket.

This was the perfect home base for exploring San Francisco for our family of 3. Noe Valley is a wonderful neighborhood plus the J Church muni is a nice ride and easy to get downtown or GGPark to do touristy things too. The flat is quiet, comfortable, with well stocked kitchen and charming touches. Rae and Jamie were great, very responsive and early check-in worked out perfect for us. Loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed, and we were able to drive to pretty much all over San Francisco from this location. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Finding parking along the streets in the evenings was the only tricky thing, but we managed. The landlord was helpful in setting us up when we arrived. We accidentally left an item behind, and he was able to find it and had it shipped back to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great homey apartment in a safe, chill area. Easy walking distance to cafes, transit, groceries and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. It felt like home!

We had the best time and most comfortable stay here in SF. The location could not have been more perfect. Little corner coffee shop/bistro was perfect for quick meals and coffee. The condo was comfortable and clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would happily return and telling all my friends visiting SF about this place. Thanks!!!

Noe Valley is perfect for walking around & lots of small coffee shops & cute stores. The VRBO is exactly as advertised. Two tv’s. One in master room. Kitchen is equipped with everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 3 had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. Nearby, you have the J-Line or buses to go Downtown or rather explore San Francisco. Ample street parking was no problem in this neighborhood. And Jamie has been a great host.

Nice place, roomy for family of 4, Parking can be challenging (we got a ticket not realizing street cleaning day is different depending on which side of the street you’re parking on). Nice coffee shop at the end of the street, walking distance to grocery, good location with a car. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Overall, happy with our stay!

The check-in process was quick and easy, handled by the owner's son, who lives below the unit. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful- the quietest and safest neighborhood I've stayed in the SF area. It was a quick walk to a great cafe and close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!

We were visiting family who lived in the Noe Valley and this unit was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walking distance to 24th street restaurants and shops and right on the Muni “J” line for quick access to the area. Communication with the owner was easy and the unit was clean and private.

This was the perfect SF long weekend spot for us. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of four, in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Parking was fairly easy too. Rae and Jamie were both wonderful to work with. Would definitely return!

Rae’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great, on the J-Church train line and a few steps from Martha’s coffee. We were even able to park our car nearby without too much effort! The apartment is quiet and private, and had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!

Excellent quiet location with an invigorating walk to 24th Street. 24th street is the main retail area for Noe Valley. The property was as advertised with a kitchen that included everything anyone would want. Easy public transportation. The J streetcar line had a stop one blocks away. A problem arose and the owner responded immediately, and the problem was corrected.

Great space in residential area. Comfortable for 3- 4 in a family. Nice towels and sheets and shower/bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped with Safeway and Whole Foods within 10-15 min walking distance. Half block to amazing public transportation - kids 18 and under ride free ans $2.50 on muni app. Restaurants within walking distance. Just know this is a more residential than tourist-y area so you will need to Uber or take transp to do most activities which worked lovely for us!

Great neighbourhood and location was good. Apartment side was great, but a little dated. A lot of personal stuff around made it tricked for us with a little one who gets into everything. Also, was not impressed with the expired foods in fridge and cupboards. Makes you question what the cleaning fee is really for.

Husband and I stayed 5 nights, and we were so glad we chose this place! It’s roomy, has comfortable beds, great location near transit and coffee houses etc, but also a very comfortable place to relax both indoors and outdoors. We were even allowed early checkin and late checkout which was so appreciated. Hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay here with our kids in July. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the setting is lovely. It was a very convenient location for us to get around the city and even the East Bay. We had our car with us, and parking was not too hard to find. Also, the photos actually don't do it justice, there's much more natural light than shown in the photos.

We (me, my wife, and our adult son) loved our stay there. Rae and Jamie were excellent hosts with some of the best communication I've had with a host. The flat has everything you need, plus some. The Muni is a short walk, which makes the whole city accessible, and the neighborhood was interesting to explore. I would recommend this to anyone.

The property is in a great neighborhood with many great restaurants and shops nearby. The property was perfect for us, had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. A bit outdated and crowded with owner stuff is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness but it didn't bother us. Jamie was very helpful at check-in and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was great. The communication from Rae and Jamie was prompt and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The location was very close to several transit options. The neighborhood was very quiet and about as clean as a city neighborhood can get. Thanks again for everything.

This place was extremely comfortable and homey with everything you would need. You can tell this is a home in which people actually live, not a rental income property; everything is high-quality and comfortable. The location was fantastic, very safe and quiet neighborhood and we easily could get up into the city for activities. Communication with the owners was helpful and responsive and they gave helpful tips about the area and travel to the state (we came from the East Coast). Would stay again.

Could not ask for a better location then Noe Valley. Cozy neighborhood feel and easy access to all the sites. Great space for a group of three or four in the city—with plenty of room to stay in and relax. Thank you Jamie for being such a great host.
