LOCATION: Situated on a peaceful wooded private upscale residential mountain area directly off Blue Ridge Parkway and located 6 miles between Blowing Rock and Boone and all the High-Country amenities (skiing, hiking, fly fishing, Arts and shows at Appalachian State.). Although Mountain 2 Sea provides a family-friendly Mountain Get-away it is 1 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and perfectly situated between Boone and Blowing Rock. and other attractions (Tweetsie Railroad 4.5 miles), Blowing Rock Town center (5.5 miles), Appalachian Ski Mtn (6 miles), Boone (7 miles), Grandfather Mtn (20 miles), Hawksnest (21 miles), Sugar Ski Mtn (23 miles), Beach Ski Mtn (30 miles).
My favorite rooms: are the Wood Beamed Loft with Wide Board Pine Planked Flooring and a bookcase full of books for your reading pleasure. It's a great place to escape the crowd and curl on the sofa with a great book! Finally, sitting on the front porch swing surrounded by native rhododendrons.
I know many of my guests love the multiple public, but private spaces this house includes due to 4 public rooms (versus the norm of 1 great room) and multiple-level decks and porches. There are many spots to find a private moment or change your view. My view is always the wooded wonderland.

In total 14 seats. Dining also opens with an additional patio door to a screened-in porch and additional decking with outdoor dining.

room)
• Side deck off kitchen with dining set & propane grill,
• back deck which connects the dining deck and screened Porch
• 2nd side deck connecting the screen porch to yard and final 1000 sq foot deck

Brenda's home was perfect for our family vacation which included 6 adults and 2 children. We had a lot of rain the week we were there but the house had plenty of large gathering spaces as well as private spaces when we were stuck indoors. The outdoor space included a hot tub and playset and the granddaughters and adults enjoyed begin outdoors when we could. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location off the parkway, only 4 miles to 321 which gave easy access to Blowing Rock or Boone. Our last 5 family vacations have all been in the HIgh Country and we would definitely stay at Brenda's again. She was able to give us both early check-in and late check out and was a fabulous host. Thanks!

The home was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It felt like a private, secluded sanctuary but it is so close to everything in Boone and Blowing Rock. The host was amazing with communications. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we will most definitely return.

This cabin was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well stocked with supplies (towels, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags). Brenda provided a list of nearby activities/attractions prior to our stay as well as excellent directions to get to the cabin. She was a wonderful hostess; texting upon check-in as well as throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Ron (next-door neighbor) greeted us shortly after we arrived and gave us directions/recommendations for groceries and food. He also let us use his leaf blower to clear the driveway of debris (small twigs/leaves - we were on motorcycles) throughout our stay and refilled an empty propane tank promptly. We spent time every night in the hot tub and around the fire. The sunroom and deck seating area were used in the morning as well as the evening. There was more than enough space for all three couples. It was nice to have the option of both a Keurig and a
coffeemaker (which was large and used daily). The sunsets were stunning and only a few miles from the cabin. We loved being right off the Parkway - close to everything yet far enough away to not hear any of the traffic, etc. We will definitely book this cabin again the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful home in a quiet, convenient area near Boone, Blowing Rock and the Parkway. Brenda is an amazing host with friendly communication and helpful recommendations. The home is spacious and has great amenities from relaxing decks and hot tub, to fully equipped chef's kitchen. We had an extended stay with family and pet and enjoyed our time in the area.

Our time spent in the home could not have been more enjoyable. The house was very accommodating for our family and our needs. Traveling with various age groups from toddlers to grandparents, the home allowed us to spread out and be very comfortable. I can't say enough about how easy Brenda was to work with. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. At the last minute we saw we could come a day earlier than planned. She made every effort to get the home ready for us so we could add a day to our stay. We enjoyed our visit to Spacious Mountain Treehouse and hope to return soon! Brenda and Ron were great host and I highly recommend this property.

We had such a great Thanksgiving in the mountains. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was great for kids and a dog. Couldn’t ask for a better location and Brenda was a fantastic, responsive host!

All was as described and more. Beauty of area at this time of yr was beyond words. We had great family time and the football game was awesome (even though we lost). This lovely property was the perfect vacation home for our family of 3 generations. The house had plenty of living space on 3 levels and lots of parking for our 4 cars and boat. The large, updated kitchen and spacious family room were wonderful. We spent hours in the fantastic outdoor area - several decks, hot tub, grill, firepits, comfy chairs and an amazing, large wooden “playground”.
Located near the Blue Ridge Pkwy between Blowing Rock and Boone, it’s an easy drive to nearby lakes, trails, restaurants, shopping and attractions.
Brenda was the consummate host! She went above and beyond normal host/agency duties and was helpful before, during and after our visit. She also provided useful info about the property and the area. She responded promptly to any questions we had and graciously accommodated several requests.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was everything as advertised, and Brenda was great in responding promptly to our questions. We particularly enjoyed all the outdoor decking, including the gated playground and tree house for our young grandchildren. We especially appreciated Brenda being flexible with checking in and out. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would 10/10 recommend to all of our friends! The location is perfect and an easy drive to both Boone and Blowing Rock. We loved that the house is located on a private street, we went on several walks and barely saw another car or person! The cabin is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Brenda was available to answer any questions that I had, and made sure to let us know that we could even check in early! We will definitely return!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this home. We had plenty of space to prepare a feast and enjoy it together. The outdoor space was equally accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit surrounded by a large well furnished deck. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The location is conveniently located and a short scenic drive put you in the middle of Blowing Rock or downtown Boone, depending on the direction you wanted to go. Great holiday with family!

Everything from the owner to the amenities of the house to the location was so accommodating! Brenda was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The location was BEAUTIFUL and the amenities made staying here with a large range of ages (newborn to toddlers to teen to parents and grandparents) easy! And you couldn’t ask for a better location…easy to get to Blowing Rock or Boone. And it’s a SUPER quick to drive to Tweetsie! Thank you Brenda and family!

What a wonderful house!! Plenty of room!! Beds were very comfortable and although we had a 6 and 2 year old with us, it was very quiet at night and in the mornings - barely heard their feet hit the floor. The outside space was awesome! The grandkids loved the playground, hot tub and loved seeing the deer roaming the neighborhood. We will definitely add this house to our list of favorites in the Boone area. Very convenient to both Boone and Blowing Rock.

This is our second time staying at this property and won’t be our last. We love the house and property. It feels like you are in a remote area. Brenda has made it feel very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next time there.

Perfect family vacation
Celebrated my parents 50th anniversary. Perfect for a family vacation. The playground was awesome for the little kids and the teens had fun in the hot tub. We cooked and grilled out and enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would definitely return!

Wonderful mountain getaway
This large mountain home has it all! There's a playground for kids, a huge hot tub, 2 fire pits, a grill, a screened porch and a huge deck with a big dining table and plenty of comfortable furniture. And that's just the outdoor area! The kitchen is huge and well furnished, there are five bedrooms, two dens with big flat screen TV's, a big living room with fireplace and a large dining table, and even a ping pong table on the lower level The host was very attentive and contacted us often to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommended!

Everyone really enjoyed their stay. The indoors was spacious and the backyard was really awesome. The house and kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely return with family or friends on a future trip.

Great property next to blue ridge parkway and key locations
We had a lot of fun in this property. 4 adults and 2 kids, with a pet. Backyard was heavily used by kids. Overall the house was clean. Great location to if you are looking to drive to spots in Boone and Grandfather mountain, you can always come back in the evening to the hot tub. No mountain views, although we were always gone in the morning and came back in the night so really didn't miss it.
Overall, we really liked it here, it was peaceful, and well located including being able to get groceries, drive to restaurants and still be off road enough to get that blue ridge mountain feeling

Great multi family!
Great place, very clean and well furnished. Communicated with both the owner and property manager and both were awesome. Perfect for multi family, plenty of bed space but most of all was lots of separate hang out space. The adults could enjoy a space, the teens went to one area, the kids to the basement and there was a playground for the little ones outside! Will definitely look at renting again next year!

1st of all this house is amazing! location is great and the host Brenda is by far the most attentive and helpful host that could ever exist! We were lucky enough to get a big snowstorm the weekend of our ski trip and she helped with all the details and possibilities of getting in and out. the Hot tub was excellent and play ground was awesome for the kids! We would definitely go back!

Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for us to vacation in. The views were breathtaking. We experienced the highest level of comfort (i.e. kitchen, appliances, bed's and bathrooms). All were top notch. I've never slept so well being away from home. You thought of everything. We enjoyed all the amenities offered inside the home as well as outside. The owner was fast to respond to all of our questions. (i.e. from day one of showing interest, during our stay, and even during our trip back home afterwards. She was the best. Our family highly recommends this vacation home.

Lots of space and the ping-pong table, hot tub, fenced in back yard with a children’s play fort were *all* heavily used. Kitchen very workable and I found a GREAT local chef who delivered a complete Christmas Eve meal for ten people that was genuinely fabulous and so reasonably priced. Have given her name to the owner to share with other visitors.

The property is very nice, just as described, with chef’s kitchen, welcoming great room with fireplace and so many nice areas to just hang out and relax. The hot tub was clean and inviting, and the outdoor fire pit such a plus for a mountain setting. The home was super clean and well stocked. Fantastic location with easy access to both Blowing Rock and Boone.
Brenda and her husband were immediately responsive to all inquiries and addressed any concerns. They are very friendly and are clearly conscientious about the property.

Roomy and Great Fun
Lots of space and the ping-pong table, hot tub, fenced in back yard with a children’s play fort were *all* heavily used. Kitchen very workable and I found a GREAT local chef who delivered a complete Christmas Eve meal for ten people that was genuinely fabulous and so reasonably priced. Have given her name to the owner to share with other visitors.

Wonderful stay
The property is very nice, just as described, with chef’s kitchen, welcoming great room with fireplace and so many nice areas to just hang out and relax. The hot tub was clean and inviting, and the outdoor fire pit such a plus for a mountain setting. The home was super clean and well stocked. Fantastic location with easy access to both Blowing Rock and Boone.
Brenda and her husband were immediately responsive to all inquiries and addressed any concerns. They are very friendly and are clearly conscientious about the property.
