Spacious open floor plan with lots of natural light and a newly renovated, fully functional large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The space is an entertainer's dream! Bedroom 1 closes off as does bedroom 2 which has a twin bed as well as a trundle bed. Off street parking for 1-2 vehicles is provided behind the house.

Owners and Property Manager live nearby and are readily available. The neighborhood surrounding Kathy’s Place is absolutely lovely and very community and locally driven. Walking around the area is inspiring; the architecture and preservation is beautiful! Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay's Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile.
Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to Downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about a $5 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena. 40502

If you have special requests, please ask! We are very accommodating to children and can offer pack-n-plays, high chair, and other baby needs on request.
Guest must notify us if they have a pet and provide details. Please note that only dogs are allowed and there is a 2 dog maximum under 40 pounds . A pet fee of $150 is required. Pet Fee will be added at booking. If there is a longer than month stay, the pet fee could be additional.
