We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. The only problem I had was with the set up of the umbrellas on the beach, personally I want to face the water when sitting on the beach and the chairs usually available are in a semi circle facing other people, this would not keep me from returning to the property, I just took my own beach chair so I could sit facing the water .

Always great working with Coastal Vibes! Waterscape is perfect for kids and this condo allows for grassy area to play. Condo was very nicely appointed and comfortable!

Our family had a wonderful one week vacation mainly due to the comfort and convenience of our condo-C205. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. I had many questions before the trip and he answered immediately and was so pleasant! Not having a “check-in” process after a long day of travel was soooo nice! We went straight to the condo, put in the door code and as soon as we walked through the door felt right at home. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find-it’s very well stocked with pots and pans, blender, coffee maker and kurig, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and every utensil we needed to cook every night. The master bed/bath was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows in the closet and a set of bath/hand towels and washcloths for all 6 of us. We did a load of laundry everyday and ended up putting all the bath towels in two big baskets provided in the hallway table because we all showered at different times of day and it was just convenient for us. The other half of our family was in C202 and these two units were located perfectly for us. We had a 5,3, and 1 yr old and the walkout unit opens up to a big yard area for the kids to play when we weren’t at the beach or the pools. The C units were furthest from the beach so we rented a wagon (party of 12-3 kids under 6) which we never even used! I haven’t covered pools yet but out of characters. They were excellent. Something for everyone!

Overall we had a great stay. The property was kid friendly and the beach is beautiful.
We were disappointed that the front lawn, which we had planned to have as an option to play before pools open, was wet and muddy every day we were there.
Other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed and they allowed us to check in early. Would recommend!

This is our second year staying at a Coastal Vibes property and we couldn't be happier.. we've already are booked for next year..
we had a few minor issues and they were taken care of immediately.. The maintenance man JT and Jaren were the ones we had the most contact with and they are both super people..JT even gave use some suggestions on places to eat and they were all delicious!! Can't wait to get back there..

This was the perfect condo for families with young kids. We had 2 families with a combined 4 children all under 8-years old. We loved the sliding barn door for the bunk room which made the kid's shared space closed off from the rest of the condo and made it like their own little hideout. Being able to walk out to the large grass area to play and be only a few steps away from the shaded play area and splash pad was ideal. It's also convenient that we are able to park right outside the room with so much luggage. We will certainly come back and stay in this condo while our kids are still little!
Also, everything about the Coastal Vibes reservation and payment process was very convenient. Communication and instructions were top notch and easy. Recommend!!!

It was a great stay!! Great place. We just wished we could be closer to ice cream shops, town etc. But overall the resort and room was great for our family. We will definitely be back.

We had the best week in C205! My kids absolutely loved their bunk room and the smartTV on the bottom bunk. It was a real home away from home that we'll definitely return to in the future. The pools were so much fun and the beach was beautiful. Loved that they had activities for families during the week.

Overall the trip was good. Had a few issues with cleanliness such as mildew in the showers, unwashed quilts/comforters. Condo manager was awesome and quick response time

We are beachgoers. Every year we come to the beach at least 3 or 4 times. Usually Pensacola Beach, but for this last minute trip, we decided to go down to Ft Walton Beach and I'm so glad we did! We absolutely loved the condo, the condominiums, the water park, and the beach. This condo is literally steps from the kiddie splashpad area and it was absolutely perfect for our 3 yo and 1 yo. Our days went something like this: 8:30 - Water park; 11:00 - Lunch and naptime; 1:30 - Water park; 4:00 - get ready for supper and then bed time afterwards. It was awesome and our 2 boys loved it. They were so wore out every day they slept good every night! The condo was well stocked. It had a Keurig (every condo should, but they don't). It's actually 3 rooms if you count the bunk beds in the laundry room. WE LOVED IT!

We have stayed at Waterscape several times, but it had been a few years since we'd been there. The property and pools were just as awesome as we remembered. The kids had a great time! Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

This is our 4th visit through Waterscape and our 3rd in unit C205. The entire process with Coastal Vibe cannot be matched. They make the process so easy and it really sets the tone for a fun and relaxing stay! The unit is a great location with easy access to the walkways and premium parking! We love the well maintained unit and complex, and find so much comfort in the attention of the Security on staff at the complex.
It's always so incredibly hard to leave, that we immediately start planning the next year's trip on the way home :)

Communication with owners was great, really appreciated letting us in 2 hours early. The pool and beach access was nice. However, the property was not clean, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people. The pool was insanely overcrowded.

Waterscape C205
Host provided an excellent pre-arrival information email with door code, gate code, parking pass, etc. Pool/beach access bracelets were in the property upon arrival and property was clean and ready early. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! Others have commented about the location being near the fire station: true, you will hear sirens on occasion but it is always brief and in my opinion not bothersome.

Great Unit for Small Kids!!!
This unit is perfect for families with small kids! Easy parking and being able to walk straight out to the pool, was wonderful. The unit is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Grandkids loved the TV in the bunk room. We've stayed in about 10 different units at Waterscape, this was our favorite so far.

Waterscape is our favorite fall break spot for our family of 4. Our friends also join us. C205 is a great location. The parking garage is super close to the unit. The patio is awesome! The kids love playing in the yard area. The unit is very nice and clean.
I highly recommend this resort and this unit!

Great play area
We had a wonderful vacation. This property was as expected and as advertised. Being so close to the baby play area was great for our young grandkids. Very convenient with the large area off the patio to play. The only problem we encountered was the dryer would not run. It was reported so hopefully it is fixed now.

Love Waterscape but needs to be cleaned
The decor is beautiful. The condo is very well equipped. Loved the counter space. However, there was dust in this unit on the baseboards, closet doors, fans, etc. the floors felt sandy and the washer and dryer smelled soured. There was hair on our towels and sheets, so I think the laundry units are just not getting them clean. The air wouldn’t go below 75. I contacted the manager and he communicated immediately and sent a repairman. Repair guy came and emptied sludge but it still wouldn’t cool. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, and really didn’t want to this time. But when I am concerned with letting my toddler play in the floor in a unit we paid a lot for, something should be done. Our second day there a cleaning lady opened our door twice with no knock. She said our unit was on her schedule to clean. So I’ve thought maybe they just got the schedule wrong and didn’t clean it before we got there. There were new bracelets, towels were hung and amenities promised were new and provided though, so I don’t think that was the case. This unit could be amazing if they could get it cleaned and cooled.

Clean unit, but consider location
While we’ve stayed here at the resort many times before, we didn’t mind staying back in the C building this year since rooms were barely available. It was still a great time on the beach. Room is very nice and a spacious kitchen. One thing I’d keep in mind is the main unit door location. It and several others are the closest ones to the fire dept. right across the street. When we checked in on Saturday afternoon, we must have heard the sirens go off a dozen times. There’s not much of a door sweep/ noise insulation to muffle that noise. I could clearly see daylight under it. Fixing that might help muffle the noise from the sirens. Otherwise they are amplified through the parking garage to the unit. Saturday was the worst , but it still went on almost every day at least once. If you don’t mind that sort of thing, thing this is a great bargain unit. If you have little ones, that will be sleeping in the bunk beds 4 feet from that door, you may want to consider if this will pose a problem with noise. Dryer dried out loads, but after 2 cycles. Main bed is getting some sags in the sleeping spots. Still doable. Toaster…. Maybe it will toast, maybe it won’t.

This was our third year staying through Coastal Vibe. Their team goes up and beyond to guarantee our family has a fantastic time. The room is always clean and has everything you need and then some! Waterscape is the premier family establishment and the 24/7 security is always right on top of everything! Thanks Coastal Vibe for giving us a home away from home with an extra does of sunshine and comfort!

Perfect condo
Our condo was near perfect! It was quite which was not something we expected since it was busy. It had plenty of seating for 6 of us. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Lots of toys left by other condo users. Very clean. We loved being on the bottom floor. We absolutely loved this resort and plan on going there again and using coastal vibe! They were so good about sending emails and getting in touch with us when we needed them too. This condo was absolutely beautiful and I recommended it.

This condo had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed to have the perfect vacation! We stayed with our three children (15,5 and 2) and everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The ground floor was perfect for our two youngest- and the close proximity to the warm pool and kids pool was a definite plus. The unit was clean and very comfortable, (bring extra blankets if you get cold easily).
We went to the grocery store our first night and cooked our meals everybday- the kitchen had everything we needed and not having to drag tired kids out to restaurants every night was really nice.
We are planning to return next year!

Perfect location!
We loved the location of this unit! Parking is literally a few feet from the back door and made loading and unloading our things a breeze. We also loved that the kids were able to play in the green space that lies in between this condo and the kiddie pool. It was very homey, clean and the multi-level pools give it a resort feel. The pics don't do this unit justice!

Great fun in the fun!
We were down for the Fudds volleyball tournament and had a great time. My family and I were able to walk on the beach to the tournament which was very convenient.
The condo looked great and had all the amenities with a full size washer and dryer that made my stay easy because we have to wash pretty of sandy clothes. The walkout unit was great because the kids could just walk out the back door and play in the grass area.

Perfect Family Vacation!
After 8 days, I’m usually pretty ready to be back home, but not after this vacation! Waterscape is the absolute best family spot on the panhandle! The condo was perfect for our crew- kids ranging from 1 to 8. Everything we needed was ready and available. The management team was quick to respond as needs would arise. The entire property is well kept and there is constant maintenance taking place which speaks volumes about the pride of their grounds. Two nights into this trip, my husband and I were searching dates for next year. We cannot wait to bring our kids back In 2021!!!
