We had a hiccup with checkin when the code didn't work. I was able to finally get in touch with the host, and he made it right getting me the master code and then brought some lovely gifts over as an apology and a bit of a credit back on our stay. I loved the home -- it was quiet and cozy, with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. Neighborhood is a great location to be within driving distance to everything Dallas has to offer! The host is next door if you have questions. Beds were comfortable, coffee was delicious, and the backyard was serene! Definitely will stay here again, and thanks to Peter for being a kind and gracious host!

A friend and I were in town for a wedding, we didn’t want a hotel stay, so this place was perfect. The location worked well for us in relation to where we needed to go. The home had pretty much everything we needed and enjoyed the back deck and yard. If I had any suggestions, The place needs a small amount of tlc, several of the cabinets seemed damaged and the ceiling fan chain was broke so I’m usable. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t good and placement of furniture in living area was odd. No real defined area to watch tv. Overall great value and worked out well for us.

I’ll start by telling you about Peter & Aly the owners. They are wonderful people. The bungalow is nicely appointed in southwestern flair. It is quaint, cozy and comfortable. Peter & Aly keep the property immaculate and will go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The location is very convenient-minutes from Love field and the impressive uptown/Highland Park area. We can’t wait to return and stay a while. We stayed atbthis property for only 3 nights even though booked and paid for 4 nights due to family plans changing. The property was conveniently located to our family. Our only issues were with the Roku TV as we never seemed to get live TV at current times. Otherwise other small issue was that the lighting wasn’t very bright. Especially in bathroom even when adjusted to highest brightness. The hosts were cordial and responsive.

We were able to find an amazing property available near our ultimate destination, and not only was it convenient, it was magnificent. I could have spent the entire weekend just enjoying the house and the garden. We visited friends, we went to a concert, our dogs chased squirrels in the backyard. It doesn't get much better. The house is beautiful, and comfortable. They had everything we needed if we chose to eat at the house, and we had a safe and comfortable place for our dogs to stay when we went shopping or to visit friends or to a concert. I certainly hope if I have the opportunity to return to the DFW area in the future that I will be able to return to this same location. It was an absolutely sublime experience.

Peter and Aly were great hosts. They greeted us as soon as we got there and made us feel so welcome. The house was perfect and the back yard was a beautiful place to relax after a day of checking out the city. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

The house itself is very comfortable and pretty, with lots of nice artwork, not usually found in VRBOs. The house has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. There is a nice back yard with a dog and cat that can be "borrowed" for a little petting (if you are missing your own pets). The hosts (who live next door) are lovely and very helpful. We had a nice chat with them one evening - they couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and we loved taking walks in the morning and early evening. The communication about the property (how to get in, etc.) could have been delivered a little sooner, but this is a very minor comment. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels - but again, this is very minor. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Dallas and I give this VRBO a very high rating.

This house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in a great location to everything Dallas. The owners are very helpful and live next door which is very convenient. It is a very comfortable house with two bedrooms and a comfortable couch to sleep on. We really enjoyed the peace that the place offers and we appreciated the safe neighborhood! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed in this cute bungalow for 8 days for the holidays with my husband and our small dog. Very comfortable little house. Excellent backyard. Nicely located in the best part of Dallas. Peter, the owner who was located in the house next door, was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Peter!
