The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were able to order a nice dinner and had comfortable, very nice rooms with powerful air conditioning. After a delicious breakfast the next day, we enjoyed the relaxing scenery of the ocean and gardens. It was the perfect hidden oasis.
We arrived in the evening and couldn't see much of the narrow unlit road leading to the hotel. When we arrived, we couldn't tell if there was a hotel or not. But we were greeted by hotel personnel and escorted to where we needed to go. So it was all good.

The staff is friendly.
The place is poorly managed. The check in done by MC was a disaster and very chaotic. They gave away our room and tried to downgrade us. She forgot to mention half of the things and does not understand English at a sufficient level to work at a reception. The set up of the dive center is a disaster as well. They don’t go out everyday so don’t expect diving trips to be guaranteed. In addition, the location of the dives and the number of dives for that day is left to the debate of the divers. Nobody takes the lead. The gear is not properly taken care of and guests and dive masters touch the underwater life. I absolutely hate that and that’s simply not ok. They have a lot of dogs that bark wildly at you and don’t listen to the staff. Because there are also a lot of roosters, chances are that you won’t sleep at night. The hotel has a restaurant that serves ok food. All in all I don’t recommend this place

Cleanliness and friendly staff. The owners were nice folks
Location. The access to the property could easily be missed. And the road going to the property is pretty narrow and unpaved.

the place was great very cozy
The Location was great for visitors with private vehicles, very isolated, and the roadway was very narrow passing by farms and houses, the you will miss the Sign of the Resort as it was not visible from the hightway, We passed by it several times when we went to the city center.

It was a very enjoyable experience, the staff was great but the owners were especially accommodating , going out of their way to take me diving, and after I develop a case of divers ear, they gave me medication to treat the infection..Mahi Mahi is a small but very delightful resort, from the dive boat to the kitchen, everything was well thought out and the food was delicious..I will go again and can't recommend Mahi Mahi ,.. enough..
The location is a bit isolated, but for a couple looking for isolation, it was perfect..

They helped me arrange a tour to Apo island. It was really a nice day. The room was clean and cozy, and the dinner there also good!
It took me a thousand and three hundred pesos to get there by motorcycle from Sibulan port. You should ask resort to call you a car and that will be more comfortable!

Everything! Room was clean and comfortable, great food, very helpful and friendly staff, and incredible diving!
The dogs. They bark constantly and beg for food when you're eating. One dog on the next property was barking well into the night non-stop. I don't get why they have them, they're more annoying than endearing and I love dogs. My only complaint. Oh and the internet isn't great.

There is no chance for criticism

the boat to dive sites, the ocean, view, architectural
design, location, cleanliness, staff, facilities, food and rooms! Our overall experience was exceptional
nothing much but maybe entering the property from the main road only but no issues. I guess this gives
a rather privacy atmosphere

This is one of the best dive resorts we've ever been to. The facilities were excellent, the food was really good, the staff friendly, and the guide, staff and equipment during our dives were great too. Due to the weather, we weren't able to visit Apo Island, but we managed to fill our time with coastal dives and day trips to mountains and lakes around the Dumaguete/Dauin/Zamboanguita area. We also got massages, and wow they were really good (and this is coming from us who get massages weekly). We would most definitely stay here again the next time we're back.
Nothing really. It is at a somewhat remote location, so if you need to visit other restaurants or convenience stores, you'll have to drive or organise a tricycle. We just stopped by a 7-Eleven on our way back from the day trips.

Location is good for what we plan to do. Breakfast was good too. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I just didn't like to noisy neighbors.
The very very loud noise coming from the karaoke of the neighbor. The shower area needs some improvement to stop too much water splashes while taking a shower almost the entire floor of the bathroom is so wet that it's so slippery getting out of the shower we have to put dry towels on the floor so we don't slide walking around.

Food was very good!
The room was clean! I love the design.
Very close to APO island.
The only concern was soundproofing. A bit of noisy in the early morning.

It was clean, they helped with the things we needed like a scooter, transport etc.
It is far away from where anything is happening sadly. We felt they were a little bit pushy about diving with them, even though we were not going to dive.

The staff was courteous and friendly the whole time. Food was exceptionally good and priced well. Rooms were clean.
Minor improvements like water kettle inside the rooms.
