Wenn voll belegt nicht gerade ruhig.

The property was amazing it’s good for a family who wants to have a vacation…you can cook, make some BBQ.
The bed was good and very spacious but the cabinet was rusty and my boyfriend was afraid to go in the bathroom because he saw a cockroach.
4.3
spacious room and bathroom, serene and relaxing resort, fast internet
4.3
The staff were very hospitable and friendly.
4.3
Comfortable and good amenities
There were no shops in the vicinity
4.3
The staff was great.
Pictures show cooks and food made giving you the impression food is available, but no cooks or food at property. It's very misleading. There is a lot of water and termite damage that needs to be fixed, and it could use some painting too where it has peeled in many places.
4.3
The place is very nice and ocation is excellent if you want easy access to Kawasan canyoneering.
Access to food and other convenience is very limited. You need to bring everything you need as shops and restaurants are far.
4.3
Perfect stay; a good size bedroom, hot shower and it was very quiet. I had the pool for myself all morning. Location is good too for the Kawasan falls and the staff is very very nice and friendly. Salomun was very helpful and attentive.
Also the canyoning company next door to the hotel is a good deal to go to the waterfalls. Ask the staff about it.
The hotel needs a bit of paint outside and the pool a good clean
4.3
Staff was amazing
There wasn't much choice for dining.
4.3
Very close to Kawasan, the place is nice but not much eateries outside the place. The caretaker is very helpful and accommodating. They keep our luggage after we check-out and let us use the shower after we came back from sardines swimming and leaving to Cebu.
No nearby stores or eateries that's close to this place.

The host and he’s wife are AMAZING! They were super kind and helped us a lot. The facility is even better than the pictures posted. there is a super cool shared balcony, a nice pool and a wonderful view
The mattress wasn’t the best i had and we had ants in the room but it was fixed after we told the host

We were the only ones in the hotel,
The staff was kind and listened to what we asked for (Ex. Clean the clothes, book taxi, etc)
There is a swimming pool right after opening the door, it was clean and quiet.
I proposed looking at the sunset in this hotel and was able to finish it successfully.
(Sorry,, i forgot to take a pictures,,,but you can trust me)
There are some bugs because it's close to the sea,
But I think that is inevitable.

1- Location: just opposite is the MAG canyoneering operator that connected us with the best english speaking local tour guide "Kuya Wilson" who is also a photographer, videographer, and adventure enthusiast; additionally tita Didit is the best filipino-chinese chef in town; 15-min walk away from a convenience store called "7-eleven" and ATM machine; 10-min motorbike ride to the zipline and canyoneering starting point.
2- Heated pool
3- Access to the private beach
4- Strong wifi
5- Kitchen facilities
6- Kind staff/caretaker: Tito Solomon took good care of us and brought us food and drinks while we enjoyed the beach/pool; Tita Jovy cooked us amazing filipino breakfast at 6 am before our activities started at 7 am and kept the place clean.
Areas of improvement:
- Provide guests with a clothes dryer or hanger
- Install a water heater for the shower
- in case of unavailability of electricity (rare), install a generator
- provide more comfy pillows and thicker blankets

Thumbs up to the caretaker (Kuya Solomon). He's been very accomodating and helpful
We're lucky we booked a Friday Night stay. We had the whole house to ourselves.
