My friends and I stayed here for bachelorette weekend! Such a cute house. Minutes walk to beach in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately by management.

loved this charming house! there was plenty of room for six adult women, and we had plenty of room for knitting, cooking, talking, and eating. even Lilly (my pup) loved the yard and the neighbourhood, expecially the cats and the chickens. the magic of tybee still lives ...

Loved it!
This place was so cute and cozy, we didn’t want to leave! In fact, we didn’t even want to leave during our stay to go to the beach. My teens were quite content just staying inside and at the pool that we didn’t make it down to the beach as much as I thought we would! My only complaint was I couldn’t figure out the cable in the living room, but we streamed some things. In the master I couldn’t figure out cable or even how to even stream in there. Maybe some directions would be helpful. Otherwise, 5 stars!!

Nice time on Tybee
The house is cozy, but large. Comfy bed in the main bedroom. Pool is lovely and proximity to the beach is perfect.

Mostly better than listing
The website can't capture how beautifully the property is landscaped, or the lovely fragrances of the flowers that surround the property. The Wi-Fi worked great, the TVs were easy to use, and there was a Keurig coffee maker not listed or shown. However, the website description also can't capture how difficult it is to shower in a stand-alone claw type tub. I felt like I was wearing Daniel-san's Halloween costume in Karate Kid. Also, the vintage plumbing backed up and required a plumber during our visit (previous guests flushed babywipes), though management handled the issue quickly. Be sure to give 24-hours' notice to management if you want the pool heated and know that the spa has bubbles but no heat. Furthermore, the freezer made no ice, so we had to purchase bags periodically.
Overall, it was quirky-cute and we had a great time.

Great vacation!
We loved the place! Great location on Tybee. We spent time on the beach and then went to Savannah a couple days. The place had lots of room for our party of 9. Thanks for great customer service!

Cute house, great location!
Super conveniently located. House is older and could use some TLC (front door sticks/very hard to open, a broken chair by the pool, broken lower legs on two beds). But overall the home has a lot character and I could stay there again. Communication with property managers went well.

Besides the washer breaking on day one and the heating pool to have some issues our stay was pleasant.

Awesome vacation house close to all that Savannah has to offer. Gorgeous beach two blocks away. We had never been in a vintage house and we were so excited. It did nit disappoint. Very cleansed decorated beautifully.

Fun and lovely
We all had a great time. Place was clean and roomy. We just had some chicken lumping issues but management was quick to resolve. Garbage bins were full when we got there but that’s just minor. Toilet on main Master bedroom wasn’t cleaned because there was a ring mark on the toilet. But then again it’s not an issue for me as I just cleaned it. Good things are better and greater than the nod so good things. Thank you for the quick check out too!

July 2016 - Breeze Inn
Although short, our stay at the Breeze Inn was sweet. The eclectic decor and Mary Kay Andrews pieces were nice touches. The cottage felt very homey and was conveniently close to the beach and IGA. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

This house is absolutely perfect. The furnishing are fabulous from the decor all the way to the perfectly organized kitchen that has everything to set a proper southern table. The property is well maintained inside and out. We didn’t have even the smallest thing to fuss about.
We came down for a girls weekend, 7 ladies, and there was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for gettin h ready.
We can’t wait to come back!!!

We had an awesome time in this unique property. We love all the knick knacks and memorabilia. We completed 2 puzzles. It was nice to bring our sweet dogs with us. Another highlight was seeing a bagpiper on the beach in the light of the full moon!

July 2016 Stay
Tybee Island has always been one of our top places to go!! This year seemed a bit rocky, but we all stayed the course! The home, however stunning, needed a lot of updates for the price you are paying. Amazing decor, beautifully decorated, but we couldn't enjoy the outside back porch because the cushions were basically rotten through, soiled and no chance of relaxing outside.
The photos of the home were well taken since I thought I was getting more space than I actually was.
Overall it was a great location for the family, but looking at her cost and the updating throuout that needs to be done, just took me a back with the total fee required.

Nice but some maintenance is needed.
Very nice place but small things need to be addressed such as burnt out light bulbs. Missing remote control for Blu-ray player and TV. Toilet upstairs made strange sounds when flushed. Valve was leaking when lid was lifted to inspect. Kitchen faucet made same strange sound but no others did. Latch missing off of screened in porch door. Nail heads raised in 3rd bedroom floor. Lighting in family room is extremely dim. Could not do anything but watch TV in that area at night. We like to play board games and cards and the light was not sufficient for either.

Quintessential Beach Cottage Proved To Be A Complete Delight
I think I fell in love with this beautiful home the first time I saw the photos online. That love was solidified the moment I walked in the front door after a seemingly endless drive. Have you ever felt completely at home in someone else's house? After visiting this surprisingly large home, I have. We arrived late on our first night, after the sun had gone down, to find the outside illuminated with the most beautiful white, sparkling lights draped over the fence and the awnings. Those lights were like a beacon calling us inside. My husband and our daughter rushed off to explore the home, but I spotted what looked to be the most comfortable couch in all the world...I quickly found myself sinking into that sofa, a place where I imagined myself reading my favorite novel or flipping through the pages of a local real estate magazine. The rush of feet coming back downstairs startled me from my daydream and forced me to look beyond the beautiful living and dining room combination. The kitchen was beautiful, well equipped for our family and some friends who joined us later for dinner. It had everything we needed, and even offered an additional vintage fridge on the back sunporch. When I made my way upstairs I found three stunning and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own unique style, while still paying tribute to a southern vintage charm. You won't believe how fast I forgot about that living room sofa once I saw the master bedroom suite. The bed was large, layered with luxurious bedding and calling my name. I persisted. The master bath was just as elegant and well appointed, with all the essentials we needed. The claw foot tub was reminiscent of days gone by, but updated enough to meet our needs. The other bathrooms were just as wonderful. I spent 5 relaxing days in this amazing home. Each day was better than the one before. I have traveled across the country, up and down the beaches of the east coast and I have never found a home that I loved as much as this stunner. The location is central on the island, only a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighbors were great too, each one greeting us when we went out for the day. Tybee Island recommendations include the Sundae Diner for lunch, The Breakfast Club for breakfast and MacEllways for a fresh seafood dinner. Did I mention that my friends went crazy when I told them this home belongs to Mary Kay Andrews, noted NY Times best selling author? She even left us an autographed book!

Lovely home and area
Really appreciated the ascetic of the home. Homey and inviting. Home could use a little elbow grease, especially on the back porch where we enjoyed sitting and chatting. The outside shower needs cleaning and removal of nails. Some items are a little run down and maintenance is needed on handles and controls in bathroom showers. Otherwise, it's a beautiful home with lots of potential. Loved all the colors and obvious history of the home. Great location to restaurants and ocean. We will return for sure.

Charming
So nicely done with retro to the 40s and 50s. In need of just a little updating in the living area, sofa and side chairs look good but cushions are worn out. All other elements are great!

We had a lovely vacation!
The Breeze Inn was as cute in person as in the pictures. We (family with 3 school aged kids and a dog) were very comfortable in this charming home. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. Loved the beach. We liked the easy going feel of the island and that it didn't feel overly touristy, except for a couple tchotchke beach shops . Enjoyed eating at Huca Poos Pizza, The Crab Shack, The Social Club, and Sno-Balls Ice Cream. We're ready to go back!
