Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Make a fishing trip very pleasantly surprised that everything was nicer than I even expected. 10 AM check out is a little early, but that is consistent throughout Hamilton Cove.

Our family had a lovely stay on the island! The condo was perfect for the 6 of us, plenty of room and everything we needed was there. Catalina is a special place and this property made our vacation very enjoyable

The property and location was perfect! Loved the amenities for the property (mini golf, basketball, volleyball, pool, private ocean access, golf cart). Short fun golf cart ride to downtown. House had plenty of room for 2 kids and 2 adults. Would definitely stay at this location again.

I wish they would have said there is no cell service and how to specifically get into the unit in the “check-in, check-out” instructions. But, once you're in, it’s amazing! We had a great time as a family of 4 with 2 teen/tweens. Would absolutely come back.

Shuttle service from the pier to the condo should be provided for the rates that are charged, and a service to store bags until check-in time should be provided. Hot water was very limited. Internet connection was unsound. Golf cart needed repairs, and asking your clients to drive around the island to fill up gas tank in a two hour widow with only two pumps avail is insane.

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views. So close to the ocean you could hear and see it from almost every room! Far enough from the maddening crowds, but just a quick golf cart ride (included in the price) from all the fun town activities! Would stay here again and again!!

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed! We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing, the unit is close to the gym, sauna, hot tub and pool. The golf cart was fantastic as well. Can't say enough great things about this place.

All slick tile floors that felt like they were cleaned with greasy product. Very dangerous. We all slipped no matter what shoes we wore . Shower in master was extremely difficult to get in and out of. No warning about all of the stairs to get into the property. This is not for anyone who has any physical limitations.

We have stayed at Hamilton Cove a few times. This unit is one of the best. It is quite large and the view is great. It is partially blocked by another unit but it is still great. One of the heaters didnt work but the other one was adequate for heat. The golf cart was not as big as advertised (4 seater) because the other one got totaled. We ended up going back and forth with 6 people until we decided to squish everyone in. The snap cover for the golf cart was great and kept us warm. I would totally rent this unit again!

We stayed at this nice condo for 3 days/2 nights. 10 minutes' drive from the Avalon terminal. Tom and Veronica are very helpful, always respond to our inquiry in time. Nice view and friendly neighborhood. Golf cart is a plus, very convenient if need a ride to the town. We will come back again. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Catalina. This property was spacious with a beautiful view. It was very nice to have the golf cart! A couple little things - no can opener, and went on wild goose chase to find gas for the golf cart. Those things would be helpful. 😃

This rental perfect for a family reunion. My brother and his family rented the 2nd, smaller property, which was conveniently located near us. The rental was very spacious had everything we needed (except weirdly coffee seemed to be an issue for the coffee drinkers trying to figure our god to make coffee. They went to the market and bought instant). The view and balconies was just gorgeous. Washer/dryer for wet suits and beach towels was perfect. Pool and spa were right across from us. Beach was an easy ride in the included golf cart (although close enough to walk), and the golf cart was a great convenience to have included for our trips into town. Such a great experience and beautiful location for a family reunion!

Stayed 2 nights with my wife, 2 kids 11&13 and 81 year old mom and it’s couldn’t have been better. Place was stocked with everything we needed down to floaty things for the ocean and chairs for the beach. Would absolutely stay again…only complaint from the kids is that it wasn’t long enough 😁

We've been to visit Catalina Island several times for day trips but this was our first stay overnight... We stayed all week. It was so relaxing to start of each day at a home with a fridge and kitchen equipped for any meal we wanted to have in. The golf cart (seats 6) got us around Avalon on our own schedule so we didn't feel pressured to get anywhere. The spacious widows and balcony doors were great for viewing sunrises but had full blinds for when we wanted to sleep in.

Our family (5 sisters and our mom) pick a new place every year to have celebrate eachother as mothers. And this was the perfect getaway. The island truly makes you feel like your out of the US. And condo was perfect. The size and the view was amazing plus you have the bonus of thr golf cart. The only thing i would say is have the taxi driver drop you off not on the top road but the middle one. We followed the directions given to take the top road and we had to carry all our luggage down multiple flights of stairs which made it hard on some of us with bad knees. Thats our only complaint.

Our stay at the Hamilton Cove condo was excellent. The property was clean, ready on time for check in, good communication with manager. The kitchen as stocked with useful items for basic cooking, the beds and furniture was very nice. Everything was clean and ready for our use when we checked in. We used the grill and golf cart and both were useful in making our stay very nice. We would stay at this property again!

This property was very nice. Beautiful view!! Hamilton cove is great! Very clean. A bit dated but very spacious. The golf cart was a six seater which was nice but it was gas (and a bit noisy) but I think it should be noted that there is only one place to fill it up which is a 45 minute round trip drive to get to. So plan accordingly so you can get out by your 10am departure time.

Location is beautiful, roomy and secure. Furnishings are nice and appropriate, except as noted below. Property manager was never seen, though wanted to borrow the golf cart to take in for registration??? Facility is NOT ADA compliant - 36 steps to the front door. The golf cart is not NEW and is NOT as pictured. It is in serious need of service, though it does run. Rain/wind covers do not zip closed and flap in wind. If rolled up, they won't stay up. Due to the remote location, a golf cart is a necessity to go to town. Attention to detail is missing in the maintenance of this location: - Main TV remotes have either corroded or no batteries. Never got it to work. - Special Hot water faucet and filtered water faucet in kitchen are both broken. - BBQ was filthy and needed to be lit manually - One dining chair had a broken back - Guest bath toilet has bad flapper mechanism. It would keep running if not manually fixed after flush. - Dryer vents into main living space, adding heat and humidity - Most electrical outlets are worn and will not hold plug in place. This is a FIRE HAZARD.

The property was clean and very comfortable. We loved every minute of our family time here. Getting around the island with our own golf cart was a family favorite. We enjoyed the view from the patio while drinking our morning coffee.

Nice property. The only critique's we have are minor. The advertisement mentioned that the golf cart was new. However, it seemed to be an old golf cart and it was an extremely noisy cart (we were a bit hesitant while driving in and out of Hamilton Cove thinking we were disturbing the peace). Also, the coffee pot liked to leak on the counter top for some reason. We still had a wonderful time.

Condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. Very comfortable and quiet with a great view of the ocean. Veronica was great...easy to reach when we had questions during check-in and check-out. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Condo was excellent. Beautiful location. I would only have one suggestion. We were required to fill the golf cart with gas before we left, which is fair, no argument. However, this is not a simple task. On Catalina there is only one provider of gas. It is not located in Avalon, but rather 4 miles out of town and over 7 miles from the condo. And it is not an easy task to do at midnight because your ferry leaves the next morning at 10, be at the ferry early! As you’re driving down this bare piece of road, you keep thinking this cannot be the way as there is nothing out here? My suggestion is simple. Provide this information to the renters in a broucher left with all the cleaning and check out brouchers on the same table. Put a map of Catalina with the one and only gas filling station, give the mileage, give directions. Mention it is 24 hrs a day, no attendant, credit card only payment. That way a renter can enter this task into their plans.
