We were out of data before checking in but the host was helpful and even came to the site to assist.

Suzanne was terrific to deal with. All was exactly as described. She was very responsive and had a beautiful welcome basket for us. The location was within walking distance to Pike Place Market, and shopping at Nordstrom. We even walked home from the T-Mobile Park after the concert.

The location of this property made it a great launch point for exploring Seattle. Suzanne was responsive and it was easy to access the building and apartment. During cleaning periods we were able to store our luggage there which was very helpful on front and back end of trip. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Suzanne is the best host! The Nest was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Seattle. It included free garage parking which was a huge bonus. The location was excellent - we parked our rental and could walk + Orca transit to everything. It was well stocked, very comfortable and had A/C! The rooftop has great views and watching the evening sunset was beautiful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Suzanne was always available and quick to help. Highly recommend and would definitely return. 10/10 Excellent

The condo is ideally situated near the convention center and downtown Seattle. Suzanne is a very nice host. Thank you for everything !

Great downtown location. Nest in the heart of the city is a great description for this warm and cozy place. Added bonus of having a parking spot.

Suzanne’s apartment was spacious and comfortable. There are so many pieces of unique furniture and original art that she clearly picked out with love and intention. All 3 beds that we used were incredibly comfortable and the sheets felt wonderfully cool and soft.
I struggled a bit with the check in, but she quickly helped us figure it out. It was a little warm the night we checked in, so we had the windows open. That meant city noise so I was glad I had ear plugs and a white noise machine. The windows when closed removed about 90% of the noise.
The location is about a 4 minute walk to the convention center, so was perfect for my conference. We loved our stay and Suzanne. Highly recommend!

The is clean, tidy and affordable. The location in the heart of the city was perfect for our first visit to Seattle

Great stay! Suzanne was quick to respond to questions and the apartment had everything we needed. the beds were comfortable and the ac units were enough to keep the home a good temperature in the heat. The location is perfect for the conference center, capital hill and the downtown. Parking is available, but as stated it is a very narrow space and structure so larger vehicles will have trouble parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

We really did not need the car we rented since this place is so close in. Even though it had a parking spot (miraculous!), it was easier to go on foot or by Uber so we did not need to deal with parking. The apartment is charming and homey!

The Nest had everything we needed for this pre cruise trip. It was within walking distance from many sites to include Pikes Market and the bay front shops and restaurants, as well as a monorail station to get to the Space Needle and the surrounding area. We enjoyed a “home”cooked meal with our halibut and salmon we purchased from the Fish Market as the Nest had all the comforts of home in the kitchen. The beds and bedding we comfy. Loved the oversized couch and chair in the living room. Curled up with a book and a blanket there. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Seattle. Thank you Suzanne, for a home away from home. These “birdies” would love to come back to the Nest for another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We had 2 adults and 2 grown children so the 2nd room with 2 beds was really helpful. The location was great and we were able to walk or scooter everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable few days. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a concert and to check out Seattle. It was a good location for what we needed. Nice space.

The Nest was perfect for our week-long visit to Seattle. Beautifully decorated and comfy, cozy. Conveniently located close to Pike's Market and other sites we wanted to visit. We arrived much later than expected, due to airline delays, and Suzanne was a delight to work with, getting us situated in the building and parking garage. She offered suggestions on restaurants, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop watching the sunset. We couldnt have been happier!

We needed a place to serve as our home base for a weekend of Mariners games and Seattle fun, and this was perfect! The location was great, the host was very easy to work with, and it fit our needs very well! Would stay here again.

Clean, comfy oasis a hop, skip & a jump to the conference center.

We loved our short stay at The Nest. Having stayed in Seattle before, we quickly got our bearings, straight out of the door, turn right, turn left and you’re on Pike Street ! Our favourite and a lively, easy walk to Pike Market. Lots to see, eat and do.
We had all our needs met at The Nest, so comfortable. The beds are a dream, the kitchen is easy and there is good wifi, throughout.
Check in is easy.
Thank you Suzanne and to Christine, the lovely and accommodating cleaner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nest! Suzanne was so accommodating of our early check-in request, the apartment was well-stocked with necessities and nice touches, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Thank you!

It was great to have room for the 6 people in our family which included 2 small children. There was a small grocery store right around the cirner sonwe could get essentials for breakfast. It was close to lots of things and not a overly busy area. Also loved having a washer and dryer. Something that was difficult is we didn't realize how hilly Seattle was so it was tiring pushing our two umbrella strollers back up from Pike Market. My parents ended up using Uber a lot to get places to avoid habing to walk the hills.

We stayed here for U of W graduation
Great location as far as being close to the market and waterfront as well as public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shopping. For all of us this worked out great. We had other family members stay near Capital Hill which was a little further away from some attractions but much more quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay - Suzanne was great and was very easy to get in touch with. The apartment had everything we needed and her welcome basket was a nice touch.

This is in a great location to be able to walk to almost everything in downtown Seattle and the apartment is very comfortable and generously supplied. Suzanne does a great job of staying in close communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Nest!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nest in Seattle. The host was very communicative and made the check-in process smooth and easy.
The apartment was well set up for our family of four and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The welcome basket of treats when we arrived was a nice touch and much appreciated.
The Nest was pretty centrally located for our trip. A short 15 minute walk to Pike’s Place and and even shorter walk to the monorail to the Seattle Center. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The included parking spot was great - no need to hassle with on street parking. I will say that the fit was a bit tight for our mid-sized SUV, but it was definitely doable.
We’ll definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit Seattle.

We came to Seattle to celebrate with our grandson his high school graduation. The location couldn’t have been better! The bed in the unit was incredibly comfortable. That being said I would suggest bringing extra hangers as there weren’t enough in the closet. The furniture is a little worn. No secure Internet and no cable TV.

Great stay
I stayed here with two friends for four days and it's the perfect location if you plan on walking around the city but also need a rental car to go further out. Right next to the convention center and all the tourist stuff but quiet enough that street noise isn't an issue.

Convenient location, amazing property managers
My friend and I ended a cruise with a few extra days in Seattle. The Nest met our needs and is walkable to Pike Market. Suzanne was extremely accommodating in allowing us early check-in and late checkout. Her communication was quick, patient, and thorough when I had failed to read the new check-in process. When Suzanne was out of range, Noah took over and gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 too! Thank you both for all your kindness.
