Pretty nice place, if a little dated. AC was not good and the 4th bed is not really a bed. But great location and views and it was clean. It was really nice to have a parking place in the garage.

It’s everything you would expect in a City location. Sandwiches between a local grocery, bars and bakery/sandwich shop and numerous restaurants within minutes by foot. City life abounds with homeless and noise, sleepless in Seattle is the name of the game. Accommodations were safe and secure. Condo represents as described however steps to upstairs room were tough. Some maintenance was required and internet was spotty. Overall suited our needs. Marijuana fumes were strong with windows or sliders open. Staff was as helpful as could be to help where they could.

Great location, easy walk to the piers, pike market or the space needle. Lots of food around, morning croissant or evening dinner. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna.

Very nice place, short walk to the space needle and pike place, the place was not completely clean, the only inconvenient thing was that there wasn't air conditioning

Great location and fantastic view. The unit was spacious and clean. Unit could use some tlc and updating.

Cleanliness seriously need to be addressed! The bedding was disgusting and was not washed. There was pink goopy mess on the comforter and sheets upstairs and downstairs sheets had dried on gunk as well. There were no extra clean sheets in the house or provided during our stay. We had to launder and wipe down kitchen and living area counters ourselves! The coffee maker had an old filter in it full of old grounds. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was sticky spots on the flooring in areas of the home. The bathroom appeared to be the only areas truly cleaned. Other than the complete lack of cleanliness this place is amazing! I would give 5/5 star for overall location, security of building and instructions for check in/out.

On a college graduation trip with my great niece, Vacasa was the perfect place for us! Wonderful views of the Bay, and unit design provided me with space to get up early while niece had her own space upstairs. We did not rent a car and were perfectly located to walk to so many attractions all around us, including Pike's Place Market in one direction and Space Needle in the other. Delicious and varied restaurant options all around us as well. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Court. It was a great location for us to explore the city and had beautiful views. It was clean and comfortable for everyone.

Awesome place for two couples.

This property is a keeper the view was great beds were awesome sleeping arrangements, fit myself to adult children and three grandchildren with room to spare kitchen as well stocked. We did need more linens and got them very promptly property manager was easily accessible. The downside is there’s only one parking spot, but the upside was there was lots of street parking and you can take a train from the airport here and walk to everything you need to get to and did I mention the view out the windows! You might want to use a fan at night if you don’t like the street noise and during the spring or summer with the windows open, it might be a little loud as there are nightclubs and pubs underneath your windows, but that doesn’t bother you. This is an excellent choice.

Check In and security was amazing. Wonderful view. Only down side was Wi-Fi was slow.

Super cool place in the heart of town. We went to all the games and were able to scooter it all over town. The UW QB is very impressive and my colleagues were very impressed with the Seahawks cheerleading squad. Awesome time.

The location and views are fantastic. But the condo itself is in need of serious updating. We found linens in washer and dryer. The starter kit for arrival was not provide so no dish soap , no bath toiletries …nothing. The mattresses are not comfortable, old. The linens are old and worn. The sheet on the king bed is so old you could see thru it and was full of hair. Apparently is was not clean. The duvet insert with no cover is all stained and disgusting. The AC unit has a pan and it was full of water, overflowing and the electric cable sitting in it. For what we paid I expected better. Very disappointing.

All 3 AC units were broken, screens torn, closet doors broken, poor lighting, broken futon bed, rented for 6 guests but only 5 towel sets, listed to sleep 7 and even 6 was a stretch with broken futon.
83 degrees at check in and 79 when trying to go to sleep.
What really made it worse, it took 3 nights before response from management and nothing was ever fixed ! Shameful !

The property was clean and in a great location.
Many items in the property were not functioning- fan, dishwasher. We arrived during an unexpected heat wave and it was really hot- but we could not plug in all of the air conditioners because it would trip the breaker. Otherwise beautiful place.

Noah, the on-site contractor, was responsive and greeted us upon our arrival. It was apparent the maintenance of the unit was sub-par; 2 of the 3 AC units were not operable. After effort we got 2 of them working yet, the unit in the master bedroom did not work. We asked for a fan; it was hot which did not make for a good night’s sleep. The place needed painting, floors were scuffed terribly, ceiling tan didn’t work, etc. we tried to open the windows/doors at night yet the street noise was excessive. Next time, we will be in a hotel.

Fabulous views, pretty place. The beds were uncomfortable and one of the listed beds wasn’t usable (twin) and not being able to use the dishwasher was kind of a bummer for what the place cost. Lots of great restaurants nearby and walking distance to Pikes Market and the Space Needle.

The only thing good about this rental is the water views. On the day of check in, a greeter has to meet you and give you a tour. The instructions for contacting the greeter did not work and when we arrived it took him over 20 min to get to us even though he knew when we were arriving. Once we got into our rental, we looked everywhere for pool towels but did not find any. We found the empty bin labeled pool towels. As it turns out, there were only 4 total bath towels despite our booking for SEVEN people. We called and messaged Vacasa immediately. We were told the house manager would respond within the hour. When they didn't, we called again. We ended up having to share 4 bath towels between all SEVEN of us. In addition to the towel fiasco, 2 out of the 3 portable AC units did not function. The one in the king bedroom had an error code. The one in the queen bedroom functioned but did not cool the room down at all. All night, it felt like it was over 80 degrees. The fold out single was also broken so the person who slept on it slept at a slant. The linens for both fold outs were placed randomly throughout the rental. The screens were missing or ripped. The dishwasher was broken. Drawers and shelves were visibly dirty. We called Vacasa again in the morning as well as VRBO after 10am. We were told maintenance would come to remedy. We were only in this rental for 2 nights. Maintenance never came and towels were delivered after 9:30pm the night before checkout. Horrible experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of room for everything and the view is really, really worth it. It was close to Pike’s Market and everything we wanted to see so the location was just right! The contact person made getting in easy and I liked that it was slightly stocked with a small amount of detergent and shampoos, etc. we would stay here again!

Overall I want to say I was impressed with this property. The price was in incredibly reasonable given the size, season and location. However, there were a few mild issues I did have. First and foremost, the listing stated there would be some cleaning supplies, however most of these were missing when we arrived. They did provide laundry pods, however these were stored open, under a wet sink and had exploded by the time we went to go use them. No big deal but a little inconvenient. There were some hairs and unwashed sheets on beds as well which made the laundry situation all the worse. The views from this place were absolutely incredible and stunning, however the huge windows with opaque shades really made the house incredibly hot. There were high powered fans, however the hoses to blow out the hot air were broken and not able to be connected to the outlets. We managed by placing it in front of an open window, however the street noise from the bars below made this a bit of a problem around closing time. Lastly, the furniture was gorgeous, but the bed frame in the upstairs room was obviously broken and they had attempted a cheap fix by placing the cinderblock underneath yo try to support. I reached out to inform Vacasa about this issue and they asked if I wanted them to send someone out…at midnight hours after I reached out. I applauded the effort and was grateful there was some communication but sleeping on that bed was so painful. I sincerely hope they replace that frame asap

This was a great option to stay in a central Seattle location… but not for 7 adult sized people. It technically sleeps seven, but if you actually have seven people in your group for five days as we did, you will not have enough space or toilet paper for your stay. We had two families- 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The four adults slept in the two beds, and then the three teenage boys had to sort out sleeping on a single fold out futon or on a double sofa sleeper. Two of our boys opted for the floor instead of the sofa sleeper. So, great option, great location, cool apartment, but for the right sized group.

Safety and view were great! We had issues with cleanliness, appliances not working and basics like TP and Paper Towels weren't provided.

Clean, easy guided check in, and beautiful views! Lots of space- loved the layout. Great central location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. And it was nice to have a garaged parking spot.

The property is as represented. I wish there was a guide or manual to assist with the electronics.

Awesome views. We enjoyed watching the ships come and go.

The pictures on the web site do not accurately show the property. The screen doors to the outside were all ripped, the air conditioning vents were duck taped to the windows. The closets were used as storage for doors and maintenance supplies. All units I've rented over the years have had coffee, not this one we had to go buy coffee. Also there was not wine opener. I contacted management the first night and did not get one until the next afternoon. Very disappointed. Nice view and location not worth the money

Apartment was great! It was nice to have extra room to spread out and a parking space. View was amazing! Had a few questions and got quick responses from Vacasa.

Fabulous views and location. Lots of food and drink options.
Air conditioning wasn’t working properly

The location and views are fantastic which is the saving Grace for this condo. Not only was the decor tired, but it was not very clean. Our shoes stuck to the floor in the kitchen & hands stuck to the knobs on the cabinets. The floors in one bathroom had hair all over and did not appear to be swept. However the ends of the toilet paper roll was neatly folded into a perfect triangle. Lightbulbs were out in several places, sink drains in the upper bathroom did not drain. There was no Kleenex anywhere, and the pillows smelled of perspiration. The instructions for the internet Wi-Fi were incorrect, however Management did respond quickly and the situation was resolved. There were no instructions for the television & it was frustrating to have to work so hard to figure it out. The greeter that met us when we arrived basically got us into the unit and left. There were no basic instructions, nor written instructions, no information about where the pool was or the workout area. But we finally found it ourselves…as we were leaving.
I am not a complainer, however, I am a landlord and felt very disappointed with this property. It is a shame because, as I said, the location and views could not be beat.

Great Property, Great Location
This apartment was just what we needed for our family of four, and it was in a great location—walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, great restaurants, shopping, and amazing views of the water. We had some trouble getting in upon arrival because the property contact person told us to text him when we were leaving the airport, but then he didn’t have his phone with him that day so we sat outside the property for an hour before I finally just called the 800 number for the rental company. The property also didn’t have Wi-Fi (which isn’t a big deal for me, but for my 13 and 15 year old it was), and the property contact person didn’t fix the problem in the 5 days we were there. If we were in Seattle again we would stay here again.

Great apartment
Great apartment in the middle of Belltown surrounded by bars, shops & restaurants, with amazing view of the waterfront. Easy walking distance to city centre and Pike Place in one direction and Space Needle in the other. Noisy at night when local bars emptied but to be expected in a central location like this. Enjoyed the shared outdoor grill and pool facilities. Perfect for our 4-night stay in Seattle.

Great weekend!
We had a great time. Amazing view. Great location within walking distance of places of interest. Highly recommend!

Great location, six adults one child max.
Love the location, love to view didn’t love the very loud bar/club across the street that was noisy until after 2 AM. The twin bed is not suitable for everyone. A few things need to be repaired, such as the kitchen cabinet. There are a few cobwebs in corners. But really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Great location
This property is located in a great location within walking distance to Pike Place Market and has great water views. Be aware that it is across the street from the club The Crocodile so music/heavy bass could be heard until midnight. When we checked in the temps were sunny and high 60s so the condo was extremely warm, we weren't aware that it didn't have central AC but did have portable units. Luckily temps at night were cooler but you can't really keep the windows open due to the club music at night. The unit was clean and looked much like the photos. The upstairs bath tub faucet was hard to operate but we figured it out. Overall it was a great location to stay for the 2 nights we were in the city. There's wasn't clear communication as to how to drop off the keys at departure.

Great location, great views, comfy beds.
Had the 7th floor corner apartment with a great view of the sound. Were within walking distance pf the Pike Street Markey, Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena. Scott, the property manager was very responsive. Overall, a good experience.

Sightseeing and a hockey game
Beautiful view, clean and very comfortable. Loved this property. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy, and kitchen well appointed. It was a perfect location. We walked to the marketplace and then walked to the Seattle center- it was the same distance to both. And lots of restaurants and bars and shops all around it.

Walking in Seattle
The pictures were accurate and the actual views to the water were even better!
Location was central to most waterfront and other attractions.
We walked to most places in the morning and took an Uber back in the evening.
Felt safe in the neighborhood.
Recommend riding ferry to Bainbridge Island in the evening. Spectacular city views on return

Really nice place.
Relaxing colors and decor, good coffee maker and great mattresses. Pool super warm for kids. Grocery store, pizza and bakery right downstairs. Nice area to walk around in. Only drawback was the nightclub complex across the street. Got very loud at night, esp 2am. But would definitely stay here again.
