Fantastic property, fantastic views of the Sandia Mountains. Property was super clean and very relaxing. It’s close to everything in Albuquerque. We saw hot air balloons every morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a lovely property with a great view.
The home was cozy and stocked with all necessary items. We loved the local coffee left by Shariesse and Phyllis.
More importantly the hosts were generous with their personal grandchildren items and left the house stocked with toys for our grandkids...including outdoor toys to play with in the BEAUTIFUL backyard.

I was super grateful to find this gem near my friends house. I was able to have my own space filled with considerate amenities, great views, and amazing host hospitality. I will definitely be interested in coming back again and working while visiting my friend!

This is the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our hostess,Shariesse, literally thought of everything to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The back yard has gorgeous mountain views and sunsets and sunrises are splendid. We saw balloons every morning!! The bird feeder becomes a riot of birds including gambrel quails. So much fun to watch. There are many resource materials available on things to see/do in the home as well as games, televisions, etc. Shariesse also left a welcome gift of hatch chilis, wine and ice cream. She checked in with us to make sure all was good.
Wonderful place, wonderful lady.

Host thought of everything!! Would recommend this host and property and would definitely stay here again! She thought of every little nuance needed for a successful visit to this area. House was warm and welcoming!!

My husband and I needed a getaway from the Arizona heat. We required a house that accepted pets as we brought our dog. This house fit all our needs. It was clean, comfortable and WELL stocked with everything we could ever need. The backyard overlooks a golf course and several times we saw hot air balloons land there. Very cool. Being high desert many yards do not have grass. This yard has a very lush lawn in the back which was a treat for humans and dog alike, coming from the mostly grassless desert of Scottsdale.
The owner was friendly and very attentive to our needs/comfort. One of my pet peeves when renting homes is the list of “chores” that the owner requires the renters to complete before checking out. I wonder why I pay a hefty cleaning fee if I have to wash sheets, empty the trash, etc. The owner of this home left no such instructions! Of course we tidied up before we left, but it was because we wanted to, not because we were told to.
There is a large off leash dog park within walking distance, and a park with basketball and tennis not to far away. Most everything else we did required a hop onto the freeway, and while it was not too far from the home it was less convenient to restaurants/activities than I had hoped.
Overall we were happy with our choice and would recommend this property.

We so enjoyed our stay despite the heat wave. Chariesse' s house is filled with lovely details making it so comfortable. We especially loved the back yard overlooking the golf course and beautiful views. The pheasants and their babies and all the other birds that visited the bird feeder were a delight. We will definitely come back when we're in the area and will recommend it to any friends visiting Albuquerque.

The property was comfortable, well appointed, and very well maintained. With views overlooking the golf course with the Sandia Mountains in the background, we spent considerable time on the patio or glued to large windows, watching the abundance of wildlife and time go by as we had our morning coffee or evening cocktails. The hostess, Shariesse, is very friendly and easily available to help with anything about the home, or even recommendations about where to adventure or eat. The home is also convenient to a wide range of services and stores (including the grocery), and has easy access to the interstate, which makes auto sightseeing very easy. We would definitely stay at this home when in Albuquerque again!

My family stayed in this home for 4 nights and we loved it. It is in a great location. Easy to get to Old Town and Downtown. Not too far from Meow Wolfe, Chimayo, the Fire and Ice cave, or even some of Route 66. Shariesse, our host, left toys out for the young one we were with, and she had a blast. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cups, plates, and cookware. We enjoyed our stay.

Ladera West is a beautiful and comfortable home with a fabulous location! We were in town for the collegiate national road races and this home was near the races and it backs up to a beautiful golf course with amazing views of the mountains! Coffee in the morning on the lovely patio with all the birds was so relaxing. The views are even better from the patio upstairs off the master. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The hosts even checked in with us before hand and left out a bunch of wonderful games. We had such a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for my families spring break getaway! Shariesse was so great about communicating early after booking as well as during the trip! This home was beautiful and we felt safe the entire time. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views 😍! I will definitely stay here again if we make our way back! 10 outta 10!

This house is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot! It’s super cute, beautifully decorated, and the owners literally thought of everything! We didn’t need a thing during our stay and there were even little surprises left around the house for us! I actually ended up ordering several things they have in this house on Amazon for my own house! We felt very safe here and the view is absolutely stunning! Sharie was super communicative and made sure she understood our needs and that everything went smoothly. It’s very easy access to I-40 and lots of restaurants around. We will be staying here every time we come back, if it’s available!

This house is everything that is advertised and more. Shariesse went above and beyond as a host from the initial phone call after booking to the welcoming gifts and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do…hot air ballooning, Breaking Bad tour, museums, Sandia Peak. Beautiful wildlife was fun to watch both in the yard and on the golf course. We had a wonderful week.

We had a great overall experience. Upfront communication was timely, helpful and informative. The home had everything we could ask - even more! Great location for Balloon Fiesta (20’ drive) and Old Town (10’ drive). Enjoyed the wildlife (quails, finches and rabbits). Well equipped and nicely decorated. Very peaceful getaway.

We walked in and were immediately amazed at the spaciousness and decor of the property. Any one of us 5 gals could wander off and have some alone time, either on the outside patio and gardens, in one of the living rooms, or on the second floor patio. I would book again at this property in a heartbeat.

If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would. From the time we booked the property until we checked out everything was wonderful. Shariesse is a fabulous host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay. The location is centrally located in Albuquerque. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the views from the backyard facing the golf course are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the veranda off the master suite and the many varieties of birds out on the patio. We definitely would stay again when in town to visit family.

The Perfect Everything
From the moment we stepped into the townhome until the minute we left everyone was smiling. From the large kitchen window we had coffee/tea staring at the BEAUTIFUL backyard view of the Sandia Mountains and gorgeous Albuquerque skies. We were minutes from everything: Old Towne, airport, restaurants, mountain trails. But we didn't have to leave the backyard for sightseeing and entertainment - the 22 baby quails and their parents as well as the other adorable wildlife (finches, woodpeckers, butterflies, and rabbits) were delightful distractions. We had plenty of space for playing board games, revisiting our favorite episodes of Breaking Bad, and relaxing outside sipping coffee or tea. Shariese was the kindest and most gracious hostess. She made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable from start to finish. Everything in the home was well keep and oh so thoughtfully organized. Shariese really knows how to prepare for her guests. Our Father's Day vacation is one that we will cherish!

Very clean, well kept yard, and wonderful views. The only negative would be that all three bedrooms are upstairs. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a great location.

Great place with all the creature comforts
We had a great stay at this house, which is conveniently located in ABQ, close to pretty much everything. The kitchen was excellently stocked, plenty of games for the kids, and TVs/technology throughout the house made living super convenient.
Shariesse was great to work with and was available and helpful for everything we needed or had questions on. Great place!

Wonderful property and owner!
My family and I stayed in Albuquerque to attend a funeral and she made every part of the stay comfortable and welcoming. It was already a stressful time for our family and she made the booking process and check in a breeze. She had coffee, tea and all the kitchen gadgets we needed. Our entire stay was comfortable and the home had met all our needs. It was very nice to see the hot air balloons most mornings too. I highly recommend staying here if your in the area. I even recommended the listing to my relatives who live in the area if they ever have other friends or family who may need a VRBO in the future.

Best VRBO Experience
I cannot use enough positive words to describe our stay at this property. Not only has Shariesse and Phyllis thought of every little detail you’ll need to feel like you’re home, but they actually CARE about your visit and your experience in Albuquerque. They went out of their way to have a surprise waiting for my husband’s 50th birthday, checked in with me to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn’t need anything. Shariesse gave me several suggestions for events, experiences, and restaurants and each of them were on point! We will definitely be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Wonderful property with beautiful views
My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks to visit family and friends. It's in a great location with easy access to any side of town. Shariesse was welcoming and helpful from the first day I booked my reservation, and she also checked in with me prior to arriving and was always available to answer any questions.
Upon arriving at the property, it was truly like coming home. There was so much attention to detail to ensure your stay was as comfortable as it could be and it lacked for nothing. The house is beautiful with a lovely backyard and patio to enjoy the view of the Sandia mountains. Shariesse and Phyllis made me feel like family. They were wonderful and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. My husband also enjoyed playing the golf course right behind the property.
We highly recommend and would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you for everything.

We had a very nice 3 week stay at this well equipped and well maintained home. The house has a beautiful view over a golf course and mountains and a lovely back yard with lush lawn and shade tree. Location is very quiet, peaceful, and within a short walk to a nice city park. Modern updated kitchen w everything you need to prepare meals. Great wifi. The host is very responsive and flexible. She was extremely gracious and patient w our reservation date fluctuations. Thank you again Shariesse!

Lovely home to escape the TX summer
Love the location and neighborhood. The view is the absolute best for ABQ and Shariesse has a beautiful backyard to enjoy the balloons, quail, sunsets and sunrises. She has thoroughly thought about the needs of her guests, so you should have a care-free vacation.

Perfect home!
This was perfect! We came during a heat wave and with the central AC (no swamp cooler) and many fans, we kept nice and cool. House was clean and more than well-stocked. Beds were so comfy. The picture window and back yard was great for people watching on the golf course and watching the birds. The quails were particularly awesome. We didn’t want to leave! We will def be back. Thanks to the hosts!

Can't wait to return!
This home was a real gem with everything we could have hoped for and more. Comfy and clean, with amenities including table games and private outdoor area for lounging or grilling with a great view of the golf course and mountains. The kitchen was fully functional and doubled as a “room with a view” for early morning balloon watching. We also loved watching all of the birds and quail families that visited the backyard. Our family of 5 gave it 10 thumbs up and we are hoping to come back in the future!

5 Star Hosts and a 5 Star Stay
First, the property. This great house backs up to the Ladera Golf Course on the west side of Albuquerque. The view behind the golf course is the City of Albuquerque and the Sandia (watermelon) Mountains. Fantastic! Mornings were enjoyed either inside in front of a huge picture window or outside on the lovely patio. Shariesse has several bird feeders that brought in a variety of birds including a family with baby quail. The location is convenient to shopping, a mall and restaurants with easy access to the freeway. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the deck outside offers a rooftop view and cool evening breezes. The kitchen is well stocked including many spices, coffee and teas. The photos show how warm and inviting this spot is. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies tailored just for us. There are games, books and puzzles for lazy days. The neighbor was quiet and friendly. Now to our hostesses. The Best! Great communication. Attention to detail for your comfort and convenience of stay are everywhere. We had mentioned our favorite restaurant and we arrived to Sadie's salsa and chips along with other goodies. (Great New Mexican food!). Shariesse was easily available if needed. The keyless entry made check in a breeze. We will happily return next time we are in Albuquerque.
