직원분 영어도 잘 하시고 센스있고 매우 친절하십니다. 작은 호텔이지만 고즈넉한 건물도 아름답고 발코니도 예쁘고 룸도 넓고 상태가 너무나 좋았습니다. 저렴하면서 청결하고 아름답고 위치도 최고예요. 강력추천합니다!

아쉬웠던 점은 없어요. 제 개인적으로는 침구가 조금만 더 고급스럽다면 별 5개 호텔 안부럽습니다

Great stay in Luang Prabang

Location hard to beat, between morning and night markets. The manager was fabulous, so lovely and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even though so close to markets was down quiet laneway so very quiet at night.

Be better if door to bathroom area. There is a door to toilet and shower but sink area in open. Meant you had to change in shower area for privacy. Some rooms lack a bit of privacy. Rooms on 2nd level better, particularly those with balcony.

The location is great - very central and a 30 second walk to the night markets and the monk procession. For breakfast, they have a menu and make to order eggs, smoothies, etc. The room was nice, and there were no bugs in the room. The air conditioning worked pretty well, and the people at the front desk were very helpful. Great family owned business!

There was mold in our air conditioning unit which made us stuffed up every morning after breathing it in. You could see black mold dripping out of the air conditioning unit. We didn't notify the staff and just decided to live with it, but I'm sure if you did they would fix it. Despite this, I would still recommend staying at Queen's House!

Great option at good price

The staff was very friendly, spacious and clean room, good location, they have fast laundry service at a good price, they lent bicycles and a good breakfast (my favorite was the fruit with yogurt).

We wish the air conditioner could cool down the room a little faster, but it’s because we visited in the summer time so it was pretty hot. Bicycles were a little rusty.

Superb

Location is excellent, just 1 minute walk to night or morning market, You dont need breakfast, just walk 1 minute down the street. Staff is very friendly and handles your needs. And you can enjoy your breakfast at balcony!

Gem of a hotel in the center of the city.

Located in a quiet alley steps away from the night market. Rooms were clean, sheets and towels clean, wifi strong, and a hot shower. Reception are friendly and they went above and beyond to assist me with printing my visa for my next destination as I was scrambling to catch a flight. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs a comfort audit by an experienced hotelier. Management is not aware of guest expectatio.

Bed border was a wooden shelf at shin height. Need to replace before I would consider returning.

Comfortable with a great location

Location was almost in the night market, but still reasonably quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was quite good.

Cash only and it would’ve been helpful to know that ahead of time.

Nice Hotel

The hotel is really in the central of old quarter. My room was nice , Large and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and helpful to help me everything while I staying there. Close Main Street is the night market on them , luangprabang so beautiful in the night, local people’s was friendly . A lot of temples nearby, must to see the monks in early morning and morning market with many many organic fresh foods . I will be back again for next year if I have plan to Luangprabang. Make sure to recommend this place for everyone. Thank you so much to Queen’s House team

Wonderful stay in Luangprabang

The receptionist was amazing ,they are the host also ( Lam and Nhi), extremely helpful and always polite. The hotel was in a quite alley near the main road. strong wifi and very comfortable bed. It’s just a few minutes walk to night market . Lots of nice coffee shops around. Great place to spend a few day in Luangprabang. Thank you for the excellent service We will be back again for a vacation. Highly recommend this place to everyone they would like to visit Luangprabang.

The location was superb. Both the night market and morning market were within 100 mts. Most of the attractions such as the museum, temples etc were in 5 mins walk. The owners were superbly helpful with the food, tips, extending our checkout time, laundry etc etc.

Exceptional

Great place, located in central area in a quite road, very close to the Mekong river and night market. The owners are a sweet couple, and they're always happy to assist and share great tips (where's the best exchange rate to change your money, great prices for bike rental, how to get to places, etc.). The rooms are tidy and clean, they look even better in reality. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Luang Prabang

This place was exceptional. Fantastic location, very close to river and the night markets tucked away in a quiet lane. We loved our stay here and felt very spoilt with extras like complementary fruit and drinks in the afternoon. Place is very highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Nice and charming and close to all the points of interest

The rooms are big and clean. Situated in a quiet area next to the main street of the city but you won't hear the noise around, you can walk everywhere and don't need any transport to visit the temples. The breakfast was fantastic and served in your room (I had one of the rooms with balcony with makes it perfect for having your breakfast there). I must also add that it is a nice detail that when I was going back to the hotel after a long day, I was offered a complimentary smoothie and also the person at the reception was very honest at the time of arranging transport and excursions, offering you a very competitive price which is something that you don't see often in these touristic places. I highly recommend this place hotel if you are planning a visit to the city.
