LOVED the location of this charming little snapshot of history. Main floor bathroom was modern and accessible. Stove and oven work fine. Washer/Dryer work fine.
Parking is a little wonky (shared w another house) but easy to get used to and not an issue at all.

This cute house was exactly what we were looking for. It is really charming, with a great location and was well stocked with all the essentials. Our group of 2 couples, and 2 singles, were quite comfortable in the 4 bedroom house. It was also really convenient that we received a text that we were able to check in early, and we also purchased the option to check out late. We loved all the little historic details and would definitely book this house again. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer in McMinnville.

We loved our time here. Beautiful architecture and perfectly located for walking in and around downtown. It is a little odd that the master is upstairs and the one updated bathroom is downstairs, but the experience was great (my wife's take: Every older home should have 1 updated bathroom--she loved it--I was just too lazy to walk downstairs). If we're ever in the area again, we would rent again without hesitation.

We had a great time during our stay. It was a get together of old friends and distant family, so it was wonderful getting to come together and see everyone again and this house proved to be the nearly perfect location to do that. Somehow, the house managed to paradoxically be both spatious and cozy. It was warm, welcoming, and within easy walking distance of many great places to eat. I was a little concerned about the proximate to railroad tracks and if we would have trains keeping us awake all night, but this ended up noting being an issue.
There are only a couple of small issues that I feel are worth noting at all. First, the property description, at least at the time I did my booking, seems to not be entirely accurate. According to the description, this property offers four parking spaces. While it is true, the small parking area adjacent to the home does have space for four vehicles, the fourth space is reserved for the neighbor. There are only three spaces available for the vacation home.
The other issue is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. It seemed to be made of some kind of memory foam. Laying on the mattress, you just kind of slowly sunk into it as it wrapped around you, making it difficult to move. Maybe some people love this kind of mattress, but it wasn't for us. The upstairs bedrooms were fine though.

Perfect McMinnville location, close to downtown. Bonus- live music during the weekend at brewery across the street, perfect sitting on the front porch listening!

Lovely house, comfy beds, lots of room and perfect location - you can walk anywhere down town!

This home’s location is so convenient for walking around McMinnville. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. Plan to stay again in the summer.

We just loved this home!! Access to all of Downtown McMinnville with just a short walk. Historic house with historic decor, with everything we needed to have a great time.

We were 4 adults and used 3 of the four rooms in this lovely house. It was such a beautiful place to spend time together, cook meals, eat, and use as a home base for a wine weekend. It's super close to lots of places to eat, all walkable. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals, and while our stay was short, I could definitely have been comfortable in this house for a longer stay.

Enjoyed McMinnville a great deal. House was SO convenient to all things downtown. It was wonderful not to worry about driving to pick up coffee, eat out, pick up a few groceries and do a little holiday shopping
Home is old and charming. Downstairs bath is a beautiful remodel. Great place for a small group of friends to stay. There are a couple of wonderful areas to sit, relax, read or chat while enjoying a great glass of wine

House worked very well for our family 4 adults and 2 kids under 5. Seemed very well equipped with backup in the pantry. Short walking distance to downtown. Easy access to restaurants. Wineries within very easy driving distance. Note - there is no grill. We will recommend to friends and probably return for a longer stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wortman House. Lovely historic home was comfy and cozy. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect location just one block off of Third street abundant with good restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in McMinnville!

The location of this house was awesome, we had lots of fun exploring McMinnville. The house itself is a little rough on the inside. Floors and seating surfaces seemed clean, but we found glass on one of the upstairs throw rugs. Looking up there was tons of dust and cobwebs. The upstairs shower was very small and the drain was clogged, backing up the water. The front porch is not super inviting - uncomfortable furniture and it really needs a good cleaning.
We enjoyed our trip and would return to McMinnville but I would pick another space next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. There was so much to see, do, and eat, all within walking distance. Thank you.

This was a lovely property and we enjoyed the location and cleanliness. However the keypad entry is getting worn out and better instructions are needed for entry. We struggle with this lock in the pouring rain. Also upon arrival the house was 45 degrees and took a very long time to heat up. Not a great welcome. The porch bedroom lamp is broken with a short and needs to be replaced. Also this is the first ever we’ve had to provide our own roku. For the amount we’re paying we should have this service available.

A wonderful place for our family gathering. Lots of room for everyone in our party of seven. Location is an easy walking distance to the rustic downtown with unique stores and restaurants. Nice off street parking. There are some businesses across the street, but all went well.

This historic house was perfect for our family. It was easy to get to fabulous wineries nearby (Domaine Drouhin and Domaine Serene) and the town was great. Nick’s restaurant was awesome too! Vacasa was great to work with and the trip was a success! Thank you.
