It’s so beautiful and calm. Everything was lovely.

Super clean, and the small touches to make the room feel comfortable were wonderful! The air purifier, the noise machine, the fresh sheets, all of it
Nothing!

The home and amenities are well maintained. Every sense was considered in the decor from the moody parlor to the calm, minimalism of the guest room decor to the clean, light scent of the kitchen when you come in from the courtyard. They used natural light and lamps to great effect. The interior design decisions were intentional and cohesive but not overdone.
I can’t come up with anything I disliked or would change.

The property and our room were clean, well appointed and inviting. We love the extra touches like complimentary sparkling water and granola in our room.
The sheets were rough.

The bright property had all the required amenities and a lovely backyard! The staff was also super prompt with their response.
There were several human hairs on my sheets and on the floor. My other comment is that my alarm wen off at 4 am indicated smoke was detected.
4.7
Clean, comfortable, secure, with spacious rooms and stylish furnishings and décor. The property is mainly unstaffed and self-service, but it has everything you need on hand and staff are easily reachable. Two blocks from the edge of downtown, and a short walk from hip restaurants and bars. Rooms are quiet and spacious (king room was huge) and there's pleasant communal kitchen, dining, living and patio areas.
Nothing in particular. The area is still somewhat transitional but feels safe enough.

This is the one of the most charming places we have stayed. It is a historical house in a great location. Room was clean, lots of light and less than 5 minute walk to the City Market. We will definitely be staying here again.

I liked the modern look and amenities while feeling quaint, intimate and cozy. the touches of character were spot on. the location to downtown was fantastic. clean. the unique opportunity to meet new people in the common areas or hide out in ur room and relax is great!
my husband thought the bed sheets were a little scratchy but I liked the texture.

This was my second time staying here. Everythinf was great.
These are very small details but the body soap was out in the shower, and it there was different granola in the room this time. I really enjoyed the Vermont granola, and hope to see it with my inevitable next stay.

The location was good for my meetings— wasn’t sure about safety walking back at night alone as a woman— loved the cozy room, beautiful house— the security self-check in was great. The renovation of this beautiful house was amazing!
Not so sure about the neighborhood — maybe it’s fine? I don’t spend much time in city centers these days.

Very clean and modern. It smelled wonderful, and our room was outfitted with small things that make a big difference. Thinking about the fridge, the snacks, the speaker, the humidifier, magazines, and white noise machine. Happy with $175 p night but can’t picture spending more than that.
really nothing, would completely come again.

Our stay at Guest House Raleigh was honestly amazing. The house is SO beautiful and well thought out, the interior design was perfect with the best little touches that made it feel like home.
Matt, Nicole and Janie were so lovely and welcoming. I would 100% recommend and honestly can't wait to stay again.
