The hotel is very well located, close to downtown, the Capitol and the Museum of Natural Science. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was well designed and clean. I really liked the style of the hotel all up: modern design, a little bit offbeat. All up, we had an excellent stay. Special kudo to the barman who I watched the Paris Olympic with. Very nice guy!
Breakfasts are very standard American breakfasts. Coffee tastes so-so. Could be better. I think that they could improve this part of the experience.

Decent atmosphere,food was good.
Seemed no frilly… basic rooms , no closet in the rooms

Buyer Beware! A Motel 6 with Waldorf Astoria prices. They've cut corners in the buildout, the furnishings, the amenities, and the services.
Go elsewhere. Spend much less and get much more!
Furnished like a college dorm...no closets--only pegs on the wall with hangers. No night lights, used flourescent bathroom lights with the door ajar. Rooms cleaned only if you stay 3 days. Only 1 K-cup of coffee per person per stay--unless you stay 3 days, then you get 1 more. Cut corners on tissue --the cheapest kind that falls apart when you use it, and paper coffee cups that are so flimsy they collapse when used.

Doug at the front desk was outstanding! He made us feel like we were old friends while maintaining professionalism.
He was courteous and helpful.
The restaurant could use more options.

Staff is wonderful, bar set up is nice and rooms are comfortable with great bathrooms, everything is modern and new. Breakfast was delicious and service was really good there too
Probably the noisiest place we’ve ever stayed at. There was noise until about 2 AM from a bar across the street, there were trains and fire trucks passing constantly but worst of all the walls and ceilings were paper thin and it felt like people in the hall way or next door were actually in our room or trying to get in. Quite bizar for such a new hotel.

Raleigh is a beautiful, walkable city. You'll pay a little more to reach it from the Casso, but I found it worthwhile. A perfect place to start the day and end it. Great service, fantastic food, Goldilocks bed. The front desk is very helpful as well.

Clean, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, GREAT FOOD! Fun bar with great cocktail menu! Will return :)
It was a little pricey, but worth it!

Attempts to contact admin to correct an error was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. I eventually settled the issue through my credit card company.

The food in the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff members Jack (dinner) and Asia (breakfast) were execellent! I will definitely stay again in the future.

I’m not really that picky but I thought the fragrance of the shower soap was very strange. I didn’t use it. The bar soap provided was awesome.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants.
The bed frames are made of hardwood with sharp angels. I hit both of my shins. Not fun

Location.
Craig, staff-member.
We were given what we suspect was amongst the worst rooms; at the end of the hallway next to the stairwell (which cut into the room space), overlooking railway lines and with no cupboard at all. Had we brought suitcases with us (as opposed to hand luggage) we cannot imagine how they would have fitted. The bed was small. The train horn blaring at regular intervals made it difficult ti sleep properly. Staff (except for Craig who was excellent) were indifferent at best. Although we are travellers from well across the globe, we could barely get an answer to the question “what should we be sure not to miss before we leave Raleigh?”. The staff member on duty when we checked in, and then checked out, was bordering on surly. He did not ask a single question about our stay which is simply astonishing. Clearly, the hotel must be doing very well if it can be so dismissive of its guests so it won’t be troubled to hear we would not only never come back, but will make sure actively to recommend against it.
