Believe the reviews that the beds in two of the bedrooms need to be replaced! It is close to both Keystone, Breckinridge and a grocery store.

Nice place. It met our needs.

Overall good experience with an excellent location! Trash can in garage was past full but resolved during the week. Mattresses in Bedroom 3 (bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom) are very uncomfortable; probably okay for kids. Notebook with info needs updating as it doesn't match with listing in some areas (such as checkout time). Condo is very close to shopping and Summit Stage stop and station.

Return stay for a guys ski trip
This is our second time renting this place as it checks all the boxes for us - private garage, gas fireplace, washer/ dryer, and close proximity to a number ski resorts. Everything was a good as we remember from 2019.

We wanted to stay in Frisco because of its central location. It was easy to get to all the surrounding towns. The house is located in a really nice neighborhood. Very peaceful and attractive. The house opens onto a common area. There's a patio with a grill that worked well. You could seat 8 people on the patio with a reasonable amount of space. As far as the common area is, it's not really clear what the rules are. It was like a huge backyard. You could throw frisbees, have a picnic whatever as long as you were not too obtrusive to the others around you.
The house is only a little over 1000 square feet. It's laid out well with the bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen with a small dining area, and a den with a fair size TV. The finishings in the house were above average but certainly reasonable for the stay. We were able to fit 3 couples and one baby in the upstairs bedroom without difficulty and not falling all over each other. There was a garage that you could fit a average sized SUV in. The VW Tiguan fit in with room for at least 4 bicycles on either side.
The location of the house was nice. It's a little off the freeway without hearing or noticing it at all. There is a Walmart, Wholefoods, Safeway, and a bicycle rental within walking distance. The Marina and the downtown strip of Frisco you would probably have to drive to.
If you like bicycling you can get to the main bike paths which will literally lead you anywhere. You can ride all the way to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail completely on the bike path. I rode around the lake in a clockwise direction. The part around Swan Lake is a exhausting.
Overall a great experience.

Condo was very clean, kitchen appliances and fireplace were a nice touch. However the mattresses were awful and dual climate control would be a plus (downstairs was roasting while upstairs was cold).

Fireplace and kitchen appliances were nice but the beds were awful and there were not enough blankets. Dual climate control would be nice too. Downstairs was roasting while the upstairs was cold.

Such a convenient location!
We like to ski several resorts and this location is minutes from Copper, Breck, and Vail. Its also so close to the local groceries, ski rentals, and downtown. The home is very clean and warm ( we really loved the gas fireplace). The one back bedroom with the bunks was a little chilly since it sits over the garage. Overall we’d definitely rent this again.

Private deck out back was nice. Being able to grill out allowed us enjoyable, relaxing meal instead going out. Very walkable to Main St. Grocery, restaurants nearby. Enjoyed Outer Range Brewery as well.

Overall very nice, quiet, clean and great location. One major issue, why I couldn't give it more than 3 stars is the bedding. Mattresses are beyond worn out which made it difficult to sleep. Easy fix if they choose to do so. If they did I would stay there again.

If you are on a ski trip and want to visit several of the resorts, this is a perfect location. Generally a nice place. Very clean and good space. Two issues I had with the property: first, the beds were horrible. Was very difficult to get a good night's sleep, even after skiing. Mattresses should have been replaced years ago - very uncomfortable. Second, the heat was not regulated - it had to be at least 80 deg with the thermostats off. Had to sleep with the windows open - mid winter. Other than that, we had a great time.

good location
The property is well located. It can fit up to 8 people. Matresses (all of them)are really old an worn out, which in lengthy stays can be rather unconfortable. If they fix this and the cable actually worked, it would be a perfect house.

Fabulous weekend get away
Our stay was cut short sadly due to some sickness but this unit was everything we had looked for and expected.

Great house for family vacation
My family of 4 adults and 3 kids had a great time at this house over Christmas! It was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably. We really appreciated the location which was walking distance or a very short drive to a strip mall with shops like Safeway, Walmart, and a liquor store, so running out to get one last item of groceries or additional gear for the kids was easy. It's also close to the Silverthorne Outlets which was great for Christmas shopping. The house itself is a corner condo unit with 2 stories and an expansive back yard area that the kids used for playing in the snow. The house was a great base for our trips into Breckenridge, Frisco Main Street and Loveland Ski Area. We especially appreciated the convenience of the flat, easy access garage (with a garage door opener we could use) and the mudroom for snow boots and coats. Everyone had a great time and wants to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place!
We especially loved the location - very walkable to Main Street, the marina, restaurants, groceries, WalMart. We appreciated being able to use the garage and the garage door opener. We enjoyed having a backyard and deck with patio furniture to relax outside. Definitely recommend this place... We want to come back soon!

Very nice place
This was a nice place. They had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the four of us, with a third bedroom to spare. Has a one stall attached garage we could park in, and they left the garage door opener for us to use. Our favorite things about this place were 1) the location - very easy walk to all the attractions on Main Street, as well as WalMart, Safeway, Whole Foods, bike rentals, the marina, and restaurants. The only time we took our car out of the garage was to drive to other towns in the area; 2) the ground level deck on the back and a back yard - it was nice to relax outside at the end of the day. Frisco is a wonderful city with a beautiful downtown area that is fun to explore, and biking/walking trails everywhere. We will be back!!

The house was exactly what was described on the site.
We were in town to race the Leadville 100. This house was perfect for us since it was only 40 minutes to Leadville. Kitchen was good size for cooking plus they provided a gas grill and plenty of kitchen utensils that we needed. Plenty of space in the yard to hangout and the neighbors were very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Houstonians getting out of the HEAT!
Location is ideal for food shopping and a local lake. Great location in Frisco to get to Marina and Main Street via car or hiking. Great location.

Great condo, in a GREAT location
Great place to stay, plenty of room! There was plenty of room for the 2 families who went on the trip (4 adults, 4 kids) to all sleep comfortably, and no one was on the couch. The location is amazing! Right near grocery story and Walmart, within walking distance to lots of places and the "downtown" area. Condo was clean and looks as pictured. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!
Location is great in Frisco, close to Walmart and the grocery store, as well as 70 and the cute little downtown area of Frisco. The condo was roomy and had lots of space. We had two families of 4 stay together. Back patio and yard are a great addition!

Great Location - Comfy Home
Very nice townhouse. Well kept and very cozy and stocked with enough items to cook and relax in comfort. Loved sitting on the back porch and looking at the huge grassy and tree open space. Close to Main Street and shopping.

great location and backyard !
We stayed at this place March 17th - March 19th. Overall, everything was very acceptable, but I do have some suggestions for the owners.
-upon our arrival the deck door was unlocked
-oven needs a good cleaning
-chair pads need to be cleaned
-kitchen needs updating with supplies for those of us who are away and cook a few meals. You could add: colander, mixing bowl, salad bowl , mixer, cookie sheets, dish towels, knives that actually cut.
