We enjoyed the quiet stay while having the down town area just a few minutes walk.
The management responded immediately to our needs. We recommend casa Colima for your safe stay in Sayulita.

We enjoyed our stay on the north end of Sayulita. The house was spacious for our group of 6 + 1 infant. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views were gorgeous. The location was great for our family and easy access to town on our golf cart. Communication was unclear given that there were three different people I was supposed to contact. Isis was extremely helpful. A few issues came up during our stay and Isis was on them immediately. We got locked out for a few hours because the door keypad malfunctioned and there was a shortage of dishes. The biggest issue was the water getting shut off two separate times during our stay. This was more due to it being a crowded week in Sayulita and not the condo itself. Isis helped get the water back on both times. All in all we enjoyed our stay and felt that it was a good value.

We enjoyed our 6 nights so much! Isis took care of all our needs quickly. Great location, clean property with well stocked kitchen.

Villa Colima was just wonderful. Amazing views, clean and the rooftop deck was so great. My friends and I like walking so the short 13 minute walk to Sayulita was perfect. It was also nice to be on the north end and in a gated community. It felt very safe. We met many people staying there and everyone was so nice! The beach access was easy and because we were north, it was way less populated and much more relaxing. We did wish there was a few more glasses and Tupperware containers because we cooked every day. But we were just so happy there!! Highly recommend!!

Villa Colima was perfectly situated for our 5 days in Sayulita.
Isis and Eric were helpful booking ground transportation from the airport and a golf cart rental. We loved being able to walk to the beach, as well as town, and the epic views from the roof terrace.
There were a few issues they were responsive to. The last few days, there was active construction on the stairwell railings which made coming & going a bit difficult. (We had a small child with us.)
We did detect a smell while running the washer; fortunately, we did not need to use it more than twice, but the door to the W&D was stuck and difficult to close.

Hearing the waves from the balcony!
The view was wonderful, the balcony was perfect for the morning with the waves from the ocean and the birds, it was a paradise. The roof top palapa at night with the city lights and ocean breeze.
Wished for more creature comforts, extra pillow on the bed would have been wonderful. Chairs that would have been more comfortable, would have made me feel like never leaving.
Not sure if I will stay in the same condo but, I will be returning to Sayulita.

Fabulous condo with wonderful views
I can not say enough about how awesome our stay was! Eric and Noah were so incredibly helpful even before arrival. We had a few things that needed to be taken care of and they were on it super quick!! We most definitely stay again.

Monterosa Condo, Sayulita
The Monterosa Condo was lovely, beautiful views, great pool and on the quiet side of town. I recommend renting a golf cart as the walk into town and up the hill can become a bit much after a couple of days. No need for a car unless you are planning day trips to other towns. The condo itself was very comfortable but the kitchen was not as stocked as the description indicated. Eric was very receptive to this observation and assured me that he would look into it. I recommend this rental to couples, families or groups of friends,

Absolutely the best place in Sayulita
We spent a week in sayulita and this was a perfect location. Steps from a quiet and beautiful beach and short walk or golf cart ride to downtown. The home has amazing views and all the amenities. The complex is quiet, clean and has a beautiful pool.

loved our stay!
We hadn't been to Sayulita in 15 years! It has changed a lot but still the wonderful quaint town we loved back then. The condo was clean and in safe neighborhood, from what we could tell. We actually do cook when on vacation and I would suggest an overhaul of the pots and pans. The nonstick were so scratched.....and I don't mean to be picky but I have such a pet peeve about those....they are toxic too cook on as is, but when scratched even more so, and they never last! I wish more VRBOs would just invest in stainless steel that can take the overuse! other than that, all was good.
Overall it was quiet except the two nights a loud rager was taking place in a condo across the parking area. We believe it may have been a wedding party. We're talking live band followed by DJ until 2am. Even ear plugs couldn't drown it out because you could literally feel the music! I wish we weren't so tired from a long day, we would have just joined the fun. :-). So that was a definite bummer, bur that wasn't fault of this condo or Eric. It happens. The night we arrived, after returning from getting dinner, the door wouldn't open. The lock battery died. It was 9pm and I had to call Eric to let us in....... I felt so bad having to call him that late! He came right away and was there first thing in the AM fixing it. Eric was a great host, we wouldn't hesitate renting from him again! Looking forward to visiting Sayulita again in the near future! Maybe next time we will try a house right on the beach!

Home away from Home
Clean, responsive communication, detailed description of neighborhood and friendly friendly local businesses and people. Ben the condo manager was there to welcome and check us in and even hauled out luggage to the 2nd floor for us. The building was in a safe neighborhood and the pool was nice and the flights of stairs did not bother us at all, even our toddler loves counting how many steps each time we walked them-great workout! The weather was not too nice the first 3 days, but we still found plenty of things to do and enjoy in town and around the area. Sayulita was full of beach living life, our toddler had a blast eating different styles of street tacos and we even cooked several yummy meals with fresh fish from the local seafood store that had fresh mackerel, mahi mahi and snapper. Los Meurtos beach was beautiful on the last full day and the golf cart was necessary with our toddler! The other days we lazed in front of Don Pedro's restaurant (you can rent the beach chairs)and had fun in the waves watching the surfers.
The condo itself was clean, with enough utensils and dishes for 3-4 people and the upstairs rooftop area was a nice place for afternoon sunning and reading (the hammock is the best to snooze in!) while the toddler was napping.
WE even booked massages one afternoon while nap time was happening for the baby and had them set up on the rooftop. The view from the condo is incredible of the beach and the closeby local restaurants were all fun, friendly and decent. WE preferred to search out where locals would go for some traditional fare like Birra and Menudo, but were unsuccessful.
Having a washer/dryer was a plus especially with a two year old!
Bring pesos, as we forgot to make the currency change but there are plenty of ATMs dishing out US Dollars or Pesos.
Overall, we had a blast and I would go back too Sayulita in a heartbeat!
Thank you Eric for sharing your home!

Wonderfully relaxing
We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat! Near the beach. A short walk to town. The pool was great as was the upper patio. The view from the patio was hard to beat. We were 3 couples and the only thing we would change would be the bed sizes.

Excellent location! Liked that we had a short walk to town. The views from the two different balconies were fantastic. Very comfortable for all five adults.

We were very happy with the accommodations, there were 6 of us, there was plenty of room, the community pool was great, and the Condo and grounds were very clean.

Bad virus in the town of Sayulita
The condo we stayed in was fine but the town of Sayulita has a big problem.
All 60+ people that attended the destination wedding got really sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Apparently, this has been going on for years. Google Sayulita Virus to learn for yourself.

Great views and comfortable Condo
Beautiful view and comfortable condo. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our time in Sayulita! If you can’t walk up a flight or two of stairs be prepared, not set up for people that can’t walk up stairs (no elevator). Although, one of the nicer Condos (clean and adequate for a family of 5 or for couples). Close proximity to the beach and nice long walk to downtown area. Most things stocked for day to day use (dishwasher, washer and dryer, fresh water for drinking and shampoo, but no hand soap which we asked for, but never received from the Assistant). Overall nice experience and parking for golf cart, definitely would consider coming back!

Awesome Stay in an Amazing Place
We had 6 adults and had plenty of room and space to not be on top of one another. Eric and Ben were super helpful and made check-in very fast and easy.
3-bathrooms was a huge plus and watching the sunset on the deck was magical. I would definitely recommend staying here and going to lovely Sayulita.

beautiful and relaxing
Lovely open, breezy, bright and clean condo. Perfect for our group of 5 (2 couples and one child). Well equipped kitchen and nice to have three bathrooms. AC in all the rooms, but barely needed it given the nice breeze and fans. The upstairs roof deck was great for sunsets and the pool was great too! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Oasis
The place was fantastic! Eric and Ben were both great to deal with, Ben is on the ground apartment manager. He has great recommendations for restaurants. The location was great a short walk to downtown, the beach, and all the wonderful restaurants and stores. We had so much space for everyone. Bathrooms were well equipped with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. The upstairs patio has a great view, with hammock we all kept fighting over and I giant table where we ate most of our meals. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner works great and was a life saver in those hot afternoons. They provide drinking water. The pool was outstanding, what a great view. Wonderful place would recommend it!!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
The place is really nice and I loved the location. Perfect to walk to downtown, the beach and small stores. Plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms were well equipped with towerls, TP, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. House was lacking hand soap. Left one on each bathroom for the next guest :-) Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. House is lacking a comfortable sofa and chairs in our opinion as well outside the balcony. We had to sit on the beach chairs. They have an upstair bedroom and the patio which gives you a great view. Met some of the neighbors who actually live there and were really nice. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioner works great except one of them kind of leaked water. Eric was great since the beginning of the transaction and Ben who manages the apartment was too. I am giving 4 starts because I think needs a bit of upgrade on the sitting arrangement. Kitchen is well stocked but some pots are chipped. They provide drinking water as well!! The pool was amazing and you can't beat the views!! Great place I recommend it!! Thank You Eric
P.S. during our stay there was construction happening and we were annoyed hearing all of that going on when you want to take a siesta!

Terrific spot to enjoy Sayulita!
The condo was very clean, spacious and had wonderful ocean views. Everything went smoothly with getting access to the unit and Eric was helpful in getting transportation for us to the airport.
One suggestion for improvement-refresh the tennis balls if possible! We enjoyed playing tennis on the grass courts at the complex but there was only one ball left in the can.
