Enjoy our completely remodeled and tastefully appointed 3-bedroom 3-bathroom waterfront home as a fun family adventure or a quiet getaway. Our home is located on the exclusive, private and peaceful Bay side, as opposed to the crowded, and noisy Oceanside of Mission Beach. From your cozy beach retreat, you will experience some of the finest panoramic views of famous Mission Bay. Our home is absolutely perfect for children. You can step out of our home and onto the fine beach sand of Mission Bay, and not have to worry about crossing a street. ‘Bay side Walk’ is right at your doorstep (One of the most scenic walking and biking trails in Southern California that curves gently around Mission Bay). If you are looking to enjoy big ocean waves and the hustle and bustle of Mission Beach, it is only a 5 minute stroll away.
Start your day relaxing inside or outside with a cup of coffee, and watch a beautiful Bay sunrise. During the day, take advantage of 19 miles of sandy beaches, 14 miles of bike paths, a network of channels, islands, coves and wildlife preserves, including so many recreational activities that you could easily spend all your time at the bay without having to think about driving your car! When the sun goes down, fire up the BBQ, and look out over the blissfully quiet beach, and the tranquil, calm water of the bay. Before you turn in, enjoy a grand view of the explosive and spectacular Sea World fireworks (seasonal) right from your own patio.
The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV. The large en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, a large shower and a bathtub. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bathroom. You will enjoy stunning views of Mission Bay from your master bedroom and can watch the sunrise from your bed each morning!
There is a beautiful glass atrium leading off the master bedroom, which is a place where you can sit and work at a desk or relax and read a book, while looking out over the beautiful Bay.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 32-inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a large shower. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bedroom.
The third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a large shower. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bedroom.
The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and accompanying fine linens. You can sleep in the living room with the ‘La Cantina’ folding glass door wide open, while enjoying the wonderful sights, sounds and fresh air of the Bay. There is a 65-inch flat screen TV, accompanied with a premium home theater surround sound system.
The patio offers spectacular 180-degree views of the Bay. There are very comfortable patio lounging chairs and tables to relax around, and a high-end large Weber gas grill.
The kitchen is fully appointed with cooking, serving and dining ware. It has granite tops and high-end appliances including a professional Dacor stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The dining area has a table that will seat 6 or 8 people (using the extension leaf provided). A wet bar with granite top is attached to the dining area.
There is a separate laundry room inside the house, that has a washer, dryer, and additional sink area.
High-Speed wireless internet is provided throughout the house and will also work on the patio and beach in front of the house.
There is double-car garage equipped with an automatic door. Note that the garage was originally built at a time when vehicles were a little smaller, so if you have 2 full-sized Vehicles/SUV’s, they will not both fit into the garage. However, 1 full-sized Vehicle/SUV and a small car will fit into the garage.

Beautiful home with a very nice kitchen and baths. Plus a well-equipped kitchen. Great deck and beach area where we spend many hours. The owner was very responsive with communication. Would definitely rent again if we were in the area.

This is a lovely property for families. We brought our children and young grandchildren, and it was a mirror steps to the beach for fun play in the sand. The hosts attention to details is excellent.

We appreciated the fact that it is so centrally located near so many of the places we wanted to visit - the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, USS Midway and the beach. My nephew enjoyed seeing the ocean for the first time and getting to build sand castles. Your home fit our needs very well and we are glad that we stayed here. '

We had just 5 of us. Property beautiful. Enjoyed running on path and local breakfast. Very clean. Process for check in easy. The details and warnings were a bit disarming as we were afraid we’d get the few dishes we used back, linens in right place, garbage out, cushions in etc.

The panoramic view of the bay was beautiful and relaxing. The location could not have been more perfect and the entire property was in pristine condition. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Took my extended family for a spring break getaway. The house was perfect for all seven of us. It was spacious and very comfortable and with such a beautiful view overlooking the bay. It was also convenient to so many of the San Diego attractions.

Great communication to start with owner. Very simple booking and access. This was the perfect location for us to call home base while in San Diego. Kids loved playing on the beach bayside and the walk to the ocean was very quick and easy. View was spectacular from living room. Would definitely come back. Only note: spiral staircase was a little scary with an ambitious two year old but not too bad

Truly a beautiful house on the quiet bay side. Easy, quick walk across the street to the bustling beach. Everything is high end, modern, clean. Well appointed kitchen. Loved every sunrise and sunset! Three floors with spiral staircases- just thought I’d mention for anyone for which that is important.
The building is angled to the alley and the garage is just past once you see the front door. That was a tiny bit confusing when we first arrived but a nice neighbor helped us out. Would have loved a few more restaurant, cafe recommendations in the welcome book but that’s nothing Yelp can’t solve. Cleaners arrived at 9:45am so check out time at 10am is truly strict.

Every day we enjoyed the sunrise right in front of the property and sunset in the back - only 5 minute walk to Mission beach . House was clean, comfortable ,and spacious for the 4 of us. Highly recommended !

Doesn’t even need a review! It was a great property. We had 2 cars so we had to find parking which was hard but we had bikes so we rode to and from. Belmont park is so close. We enjoyed the beach and the view. We even did a campfire out on the sand and played cornhole.

Wonderful place on the bay! We stayed here with three couples. The deck was our favorite hang out, kitchen was well stocked, and this place was conveniently located near many attractions. We visited the San Diego Zoo, took a bay tour, visited the USS Midway, Hotel del Coronado, and Torrey Pines Nature Reserve. Grant was very helpful and made everything go smooth with our visit. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

The property was well maintained and even had fresh cut flowers in the home!
Kitchen was well equipped and organized. Everything was as listed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with.
My only suggestion would be to add a few more bath towels.

Our son graduated from college and we wanted a place where 5 family members could stay together. My elderly mom had her own comfortable room on the 2nd floor and the rest of us stayed on the top floor. The place was really clean and the photos were spot on. We got right in using the code and there are instructions throughout on how to use everything. The first thing we did was open the panoramic doors to the view. It was a little chilly that weekend but we spent most of our time on the deck. Morning coffee, hanging out, evening cocktails and watching the fireworks at Seaworld. We walked on the boardwalk every day. It’s a short distance to restaurants for breakfast, and there is a rental place not far right on the water with boogie boards, paddle boards and Bikes. The garage is a tight squeeze but we fit a Toyota Highlander and a smaller sedan with some maneuvering. It was great to have parking. It’s a very special place and we’d stay there again.

Condo was as described & excellent set up for 3 couples. Very convenient to all the major activities in the San Diego area & great restaurants nearby. Only thing I’d like to see would be room darkening curtains in the bedrooms as it was pretty light but otherwise I’d highly recommend.

What lovely accomodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break trip in this home. We appreciated how clean and welcoming the home is - including special touches such as fresh flowers and nice foaming hand soaps. My favorite element was how the doors to the deck could all be opened up to create a continuous feel between the inside and out on nice days.

Perfect weekend get away with 3 teenage boys. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the path (right outside our place) early in the morning, loved opening the glass doors for the fresh air and sitting on the veranda eating breakfast. Boys enjoyed reading outside. Perfect location to the beach - boys played Volleyball for hours. The house is clean and beautiful.
I would suggest beach towels and not renting a large truck to park in garage..... that made an adventure getting in with inches to spare.

We had a group of 6 women staying here for a low-key bachelorette weekend. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there are multiple balconies to enjoy the sunshine and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. You can believe every photo you see! The house is luxurious! Don't let the spiral staircase scare you. It's an easy and confortable climb to the 2nd floor. You will absolutely LOVE the kitchen! Not only is it modern, it is fully stocked with every pan, dish, utensil you will need! And Grant is the very best!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t lie; the view of the bay from the patio is absolutely stunning! The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. We have been coming to Mission Beach for the past 15 years, and this was by far one of the best places we stayed at. Highly recommend!!
