We adored our stay here.
We adored our stay here. The owners had decorated for Christmas, which made it so special. The barn itself is lovely and very well equipped with lots of space, and the pool was so warm and bigger than we expected it to be. We will be back!

We had a brilliant stay at Coombehayes Barn. Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of room, even the WiFi was good!
Lovely 5-10 min walk (through fields and cricket pitch) to the local pub and a little further along the river into Lyme Regis.
We couldnt recommend this property more highly and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at Coombehayes Farm.
We had a wonderful time at Coombehayes Farm. The property had every amenity you need and was like home from home. The indoor pool which is for your exclusive use is such a bonus and is kept at a warm temp. You do need a car, although you can walk into town the walk back is arduous. I would also recommend booking restaurants beforehand as they get booked up. The owners are lovely and on hand if you need anything. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Coombehayes Barn.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Coombehayes Barn. Did not want for anything and the pool was a great hit with everyone, especially the Grandchildren. This was our first holiday away with the whole family and it worked very well. The weather wasn’t great but the pool more than made up for it.
Would definitely recommend this venue.

We had a lovely family holiday (there was 12 of us) the grandchildren loved the pool as did the adults. Our only criticism was that the single beds upstairs were uncomfortable, maybe ok for children but not for adults. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful cosy warm home, with everyhing you could imagine you would need, we made some lovely meals and it was perfect for our family get together. The pool was wonderful, a good size for a morning swim or family volley ball. Have been here twice now, once with a group of friends and then family and would definately come again if visiting that area again. The local area and coast is just fantastic. We loved the views across the valley. The owners were friendly and welcoming but non-intrusive. We had a wonderful stay.

Second time here and still as lovely, clean and fun as we remember. However the walk to the centre of lyme regis was longer than we remember... getting old I think.
Only slight disappointment was that the playstation controllers didnt work, so maybe either replace them or just remove it altogether to avoid disappointment.
Would definitely go again

This Cottage is amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks and we all had a great time. We all loved the pool and our 3 year old learnt to swim whilst we were there! Everything you need is there, from a slow cooker to baby monitors. Our son loved playing with the wooden train track! We highly recommend.

Lovely property, perfect for all the family especially the pool for the children. My only slight criticism would be the kitchen which was on the small size for 12 people. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a lovely return visit to Coombehayes Barn.
We had a lovely return visit to Coombehayes Barn. We met at uni and live in Surrey, Hampshire, Pembrokeshire and Gloucestershire so it's a great place for us to meet. Our little ones loved the pool, we went for a lovely walk from the cottage to the black dog tea room for a scone. Best fish and chips ever on the beach at Lyme Regis we had such a lovely weekend. Beds comfy and kitchen so well stocked. I left a pillow there and the kind owner found it for me and sent me back the pillowcase which was very appreciated. Thanks very much!
