I didn’t like the fact that everything was smelling good & all nice but eventually two roaches were in the bathroom. House keeping was very rude & it’s dangerous for two females having to TAKE OUT THEIR OWN TRASH !! House keeping did not offer to do much when my stay was for two weeks by the time I left the toilet was filthy because all housekeeping did was worry about trash & towels. Every time they’ll see us in the hallways, they wouldn’t even acknowledge us . It was very rude for one of the housekeepers to make a comment after seeing me arrive from my surgery that “if blood gets on the bed sheets it’ll be a extra charge” I wouldn’t dare put blood on the sheets, why are they in my business & there’s worst things on those beds for housekeeping to be worried about that in particular when I had everything handled in my room . It’s too expensive for them not to have at least breakfast or for them to take out your trash at least !!

Attitude and unprofeasuonaliam of staff

Very disappointed as this hotel on your web site states breakfast included and don’t do breakfast at all
This is very misleading as I booked because it said breakfast included

Staff was great. Room was nice and I had a good sleep.

it was a convenient area to shop and the place was clean
no comment

The hotel was as expected with high a quality room and great kitchen amenities. The heater and AC worked well and the cleaning service was on time and supportive of my remote work schedule. Internal hotel staff was helpful throughout the stay
Wifi - Super Fast WiFi Access worked well for a week then completely fell apart after that. I called customer support and they said they couldn't help me and then started ignoring my calls where I was on hold for an hour once. And 30+ minutes a few other times. I then called right back from a new number and they picked up, clearly screening my calls and didn't want to help. Terrible Service and hurt more because I was working

Overall a great place to stay. Everything you need ava very clean.
Water pressure in shower could have been a little better but that's the only thing I had an issue with and it's only because I had to pick something.

The price was acceptable, so that's why I chose this hotel.
I stayed at Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin for 12 nights, no one came to clean my room in the whole stay, no clean towels, no more soap, even on my reservation it was said that the housekeeping day is on Monday, no one came, so I called the front desk - they said that they are short on staff... so why would you mention this day on my key? I asked them to come the next day on Tuesday (I was already staying there for 8 nights without any service), no one came - they said if I want clean towels - I should bring the dirty and exchange, no one took my trash out - I was supposed to take it to the trash can behind the hotel myself. I'm on business trip in a hotel, I'm paying money, what for? Internet was slow, there is stove in the room, but there is no kettle, no pan, no silverware, nothing, so once you come here - make sure to bring this huge pile of dishes if you want to cook something.

We have stayed there for a week but they have NEVER provided any room service, not even once, even after we complained it to the front desk!

The bed was comfy and the room was very clean
The staff were not very friendly, they made us feel like a nuisance every time we spoke to them. The room also didn't come with any amenities such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery so everyone who stays there has to go out and buy their own, when my partner initially asked about this the receptionist told him to "not be smart"?! Finally, they boast "super fast" wifi but the code only let us connect to 1 device and we were here for work so we had to spend an hour on the phone to the wifi provider to get our other device added.

There wasn't housekeeping services provided.

Inside was clean
The staff stole my daughters phone. Plus, the whole area surrounding the hotel is full of garbage and homeless camps.

The room was nice.
The WiFi was terrible. The kitchen comes with zero cooking equipment, so you have a hob but no pots or pans or dishes or even cutlery. The staff are generally unavailable and unhelpful; they will do the bare minimum but even something as simple as taking trash next to the bin and not just the stuff in the bin won't happen (if it's not in the bin you need to take it to the garbage at the far end of the car park yourself).

The price was right. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space for one person. Great storage drawers, closets, cabinets.
There was a kitchen with full frig, two burners, sink, and MW, but absolutely no utensils, dishes, or pots, not even a coffee mug. If I hadn't been able to borrow stuff from my father, I wouldn't have been able to cook anything but microwave dinners.
There was a dining nook that was great in theory, but the seats were fairly uncomfortable and the table was way too high. I had to prop myself up on pillows to use it.
There was a TV with possibility to plug in the computer via HDMI cord, which I would have brought if I'd been warned ahead about it. So I couldn't use the TV.
There were signs everywhere about wearing masks, but the staff didn't.
There was a gym but according to the sign on the door it didn't open till 8am.

The gym was awesome.

All the stores nearby.
I didn't like that I can hear the people next to us screaming. It was scary.

i loved the bathrooms & how cozy the room was , we had no troubles sleeping & feeling comfortable in our stay
i would have to say that the worst part of the stay was the roaches , we saw about maybe 3 or 4 roaches but i was lucky enough to have someone with me who didn’t mind killing them.

There was a huge bug flying around my room.. Went to the front desk to inform the lady, ask her if we can be moved to another room etc. She sat and described the bug to me, said that since my room is on the first floor that’s common to happen, offered me lysol because they didn’t have raid and then proceeded to go sit back down.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. It room had everything we needed. It was decorated very nicely. The room was very spacious.
I couldn't find a box of tissues in the room. I wish there had been a mirror over the kitchen sink to use when someone was in the bathroom.

Next to Walmart and Firestone so when we got a flat tire it was very convenient for us to drive safety around to get a new one put on. It was a very quiet location tucked away.
They need more staff because when we arrived we waited a good 10 minutes for someone to show up and I had to call the emergency number to let them know we were waiting.
