The Staff was nice
The room was full of flies, and the bathroom was stinky with urine on the floor, I had to ask the staff to clean. The blankets were damaged. Really weird people outside smoking .
3.1
I like the breakfast thats provided
I didn't like the fact that I had to ask housekeeper for service to my room.
3.1
Pictures online looked better than the property
The parking lot was dark
There was only one towel in my restroom
There was a leak under the sink
3.1
It’s closeby to everything we needed and the included breakfast is the best part!
The towels and soap distribution was random but they still helped out when you ask. Also it would get humid in the room, but it was still a great stay.
3.1
The bed was decent. There was a lot of open space for me to sit my things down.
My room had roaches and other pests. One of the lights hardly worked.
3.1
The staff was friendly.

3.1
It was well lit up area. Beds were nice and cleaned restroom to.
We had 4 people and only had 2 big towels and 2 small towels and office was not close to go get towels. You would have to drive to office to get towels. Had people knocking at our door around midnight. Floor had pieces of eyelashes on the floor. Floor was gritty and couldn't walk barefoot without having dirty H.E.B feet 😆 oh and 1very tiny trash can in bedroom the restroom lacked trash can.
3.1
the place is very dirty and unpleasant I do not recommend it there are even cockroaches it is horrible
3.1
Uncomplicated late check out
3 Days no room cleaning, very big marihuana smell, breakfast is only a bag with a cookie and crackers?!?

I've been going back and forth to Austin every 2 or 3 months for my granddaughter, we've stayed several places bit settled on Super 8 due to value and the staff. The staff is always very helpful and go out of their way to help.
I didn't get to stay longer.
3.1
Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Our bed got fresh sheets most days and we got new towels each day.
The first room we were appointed had a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain so we were switched. Our new room was dirty, floors and walls had residue from previous tenants, we asked cleaning staff specifically about one wall in particular but they didn't get to it. Breakfast was granola bars, peanut butter crackers, and fruit snacks, even on weekends there were no other options. One reason I chose this hotel was availability of a pool, which ended up only being open 2 days during our 7 day stay.
3.1
nothing
the room was to be non smoking and it smelled like a marijuana party happened in fit.
3.1
The staff and the idea that there's even a pool.
3.1
The room was clean but the conditions of the bathroom, in poor condition, there was no soap, the towels were very small, in the room next to ours they had a lot of shouting like from a party, there were several people, they came and went. I would not go back again
3.1
the location
the room smelled very damp, the plug socket was hanging off the wall, outside was a constant smell of drugs,
3.1
Good location and friendly staff.
Broken toilet, no wash clothes, no soap, advertised free breakfast was sorely lacking.
3.1
Easy to get to and lots of stuff around. Key cards were nice and the room was pretty modern.
There were only two full towels and no little hand towels so we were forced to use one as a hand and use a personal towel. Three pillows for two people. No shampoo or conditioner OR soap of any kind. No back up roll of toilet paper and was given half a roll to begin with. Hair in freshly made bed.
3.1
The Desk And Chair with ottoman in the Room were nice features
Room service threw away my bathroom products, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, before realizing we were not checking out. shampoo and soap were not replaced.
3.1
location
no soap. no towels. no toilet paper. shower did not drain.
3.1
The beds where super comfy
The staff was very unpleasant to deal with. While cleaning our room they found my husband insulin needles and kicked us out for paraphernalia. We tried to explain but they wouldn't even hear us out. We have never had this problem before. His insulin and everything was neatly and safely put in the corner on our bathroom sink. I'll never stay here again and neither will any of my family.
3.1
The bed was okay
There was no soap or towels in our room and when I asked for them I was given towels but was told they have been waiting on soap for months.
3.1
The beds were nice and the location was good.
We kept our room shut + put towels under any holes but cockroaches/bugs kept coming… Staff would not help us get rid of them. Holes in the sheets, dead bugs/ much dirt under the beds.
3.1
We liked thst centrally located and within fistsnce of a lot of attractions and nearby stores. Safe parking and overnight staff cared about guests.
Wasn't really pedestrian friendly around the property. Cleaning seemed rushed and the breakfast was too bag lunchy.
