Me gustó la ubicación, tenía fácil acceso. Las camas estaban cómodas en general y era tranquila la zona donde está ubicado.

Cuando llegamos la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía luz en el baño ni la sala de estar, nos cambiaron de habitación de mala gana. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero solo es café, avena instantánea y barritas de granola, nada más. Se supone que está abierta la cafetería de 7 a 10 y uno espera que estén rellenando las pocas cosas que incluye el “desayuno” pero para las 8:30 que bajamos ya no había agua para café ni leche ni nada. Para hacer el check out no había nadie en recepción, tardamos 1 hora en encontrar quien nos atendiera para poder entregar la llave y te atienden molestas las recepcionistas.

We were double charged and DID NOT stay the second night. We booked a well maintained hotel.

No breakfast. Easy access to I35.

Lack of secured outside doors. Blood stains in stairwell. Elevator did not work. Room was dirty. Black hand prints in bathroom, stains on walls, no iron. Cigarette butts, needle caps, used syringes, horrible smells, and overall disgusting facility.

Truly I feel like I overpaid

The fact that there was no Pool, the backside looked unsafe & shopping carts around the backside. Also the carpet was dirty in the room , floor was sticky & there was a strong odor of bleach that gave us a headache . coffee and oatmeal in a cup is not what we call breakfast

The handicap room that I had requested three months earlier was not available and I had to pay an extra charge for an upgraded room on the main floor. That was disgusting. Also, I did not feel very safe in that location

It stated that this location would provide breakfast but it did NOT! I had 4 guest in my room but only 2 towels. No sheets for the sofa bed.

Just walking into the lobby one realizes that there is no one on the property that keeps it clean or up to date!

Their was no breakfast offered as advertised, no pool available as advertised, the sink was broke no water came out, and the sofa bed couch that was advertised had no mattress inside of the couch it wasn't brought till the second day. Very unhappy with this hotel.

Advertise what is really available or drop the price for not having certain things available.

The bath tub tile needed work the tile was falling off the wall.the tub had chips in porcelain and rust they say their is utinsaules in the kitchen their isn't.no smoke alarms.cabinet doors dirty.could sign in to the wifi wifi had no security.....

Obviously, never coming back.

Not much. The exterior appearance is lovely, surrounded by live oak and crape myrtle trees.

The room was not as it was depicted on Booking.com. There was no sofa or comfortable chair to sit in, despite its being a suite. There was a kitchenette but no coffee pot, coffee cup, or coffee. When I asked for a change and for coffee, the front desk staff was unhelpful, promising a change in room for the following day but not following through, and telling me there was no coffee pot available. The first morning, when I got up to go downtown, there was not only no coffee in the lobby at 6:30 and 7:30 but no breakfast at all, no person at the desk. The towels were thin, bed cover thin, shower had little water pressure. Lights in main room were not working. Plugs did not work. I had to return to the front desk twice to get the key card fixed, despite following their direction to keep it away from my phone. Basically, nothing was as depicted and very little worked.

Would never stay here again.

We did not eat the breakfast. The bathroom was ok. Except that they literally turned off the water to our room when we were 20 minutes late checking out and refused to turn it back on.

The room smelled like a cigarette ashtray. The bed cover was stained. We did not sleep well because we were both bitten by something - I think fleas- throughout the night. Then when we were running a few minutes late to check out they turned off the water to our room. And refused to turn it back on. This was insane.

Cockroach in room. No coffee at breakfast. Dirty towels left in room. $100 deposit required even though room was already paid for, not in advertising at booking

it’s location

it was filthy, cabinets were dirty inside and out, the top of the refrigerator was filthy. it had spider webs on the curtains and the tub had a leak so all I could hear was the dripping water all night. And their pool no longer exist it was covered with cement
