The breakfast offering was very simple. No frills. I ended up going to local restaurants for a more robust offering
Be aware that the room does not have a screen on the window, so if you leave your window open there could be some bugs that come in. But we needed to keep the window open to maintain a good temperature in the room. Even though it was cold outside, our room was a little too warm

The room was beautiful, smalll but tastefully decorated, had everything you wanted
We were not informed that the bar and restaurant didn't open Monday and Tuesday when booking.

The staff was the best. They were so nice and always there to handle every need of ours. They are available 24/7 and are always quick to answer questions. Also the pub below has great food and drinks and is a fun Irish atmosphere. Very quiet room too!
My wife would have liked a full length mirror in the room but this is a minor detail. Everything else was great!

The staff were lovely.
The tiny room looked over the street, and people walking down the street could see right into the room. The only place to change was in the also tiny bathroom. Unacceptable.

The barman Paul who checked us in is a star 🌟, went over and beyond to check us in he's an absolute credit to the hotel, was gutted he was not working when I checked out say goodbye personally .The beds and pillows are amazing like sleeping on a marshmallow.
Nothing I didn't like a beautiful Hotel ,great staff gorgeous food.

Posto favoloso, pulito, accogliente in posizione vicina al centro.
Se proprio vogliamo mettere i puntini sulle i il letto era un pochino rumoroso, ma non è stato un grave problema

It was a quirky design property located over an Irish bar. There was a bistro attached which served lovely food and plentiful breakfast.
Unfortunately our room was at the front of the property overlooking a noisy road. Only one mirror situated in the bathroom and a very creaky bed.
4.5
The staff was very nice, the room was smaller but clean, bed was comfy. The bathroom was smaller as well but very clean, the shampoos and other utilities were good quality.
The TV remote control didnt work properly. The place is on the first floor and there is a pub underneath, so sometimes you hear bar noises. Walls are a bit thin.

everything was amazing

Bedroom was nice, classy finish, bar downstairs looked nice (if it was open), location altho grotty is handy for Phoenix Park, St James's Hospital, Heuston Station etc. And right on the Luas line. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast.
Building was shuttered-up when I arrived, manager arrived 5 min later to let me in. Since start of COVID pandemic, they do not run the bar Mon-Tues (pity, looked nice, and I was not aware of this when I booked for Mon night) which means it's totally shuttered up, makes access and checking-in tricky, coordinating with staff by phone. Also, area is a bit dodgy, pavement is about 1m wide, not a nice, safe or convenient place to wait.

Very cozy room complete with tea for the morning! The bathroom was surprisingly large with a lovely shower.
The check-in experience was lacking. Weeks before check-in I confirmed an earlier time to check in. When we arrived at this time, it was not open and no one communicated with us. When it finally opened hours later, the host tried to tell me he confirmed a different time with me and had been calling me (he hadn't). Really frustrating experience.

Clean and fresh hotel room with lovely furnishings. Great location and lovely staff.
The rooms were on the small side which wasn’t a huge issue. The beds are also pretty small making sharing a bed difficult.

The staff was amazing !!! Great customer service door to door.
The room air was a little stuffy. Loud street vs. fresh air with the window open. The fan helped but those old buildings are a challenge

Lots of character. Rooms were charming and cosy. Everything was immaculately clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved the location.
Very noisy and no air conditioning.

Larger room with separate toilet and sink. Pub downstairs (wish it had been open earlier).
Seemed to have a leak from upstairs bathroom that was dripping lots and causing mold. Very warm as window could not open much due to pigeons.

Very helpful staff on reception.

The location was good and the room was very clean. the room was well appointed.
The room was extremely small and on a corner so there was a lot of traffic noise and the trams that run regularly till 1 am right outside our window we’re a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast was cancelled at the last moment (about 3 weeks before our arrival) and we were offered a 15 Euro per couple discount for no breakfast. It’s almost Impossible to get a good breakfast for 15 Euro. We were offered the option to cancel free of charge but again at short notice so all the good accommodation was booked. Reading some of the previous reviews the cancelled breakfast thing seems to be a common theme so beware.

Very friendly staff, accommodating with an early check in. They also were great with storing our luggage for the afternoon after we checked out. The style of the room was great.
Because of the location, you will hear a lot of traffic and the room was quite hot. When you open the window, it cools it off nicely... but also allows in a lot of road noise.

The room was cosy and had a distinct atmosphere which we loved - even the teacups were cute! Also appreciated the bathrobes and the nice bathroom, along with the great soap, body gel and body lotion provided. The staff was accomodating and cheerful. In a word, we loved our stay!
The road outside our room turned out to be quite noisy - but this was maybe the only drawback of our stay.

All the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and spotless. The next time we're in Dublin we will definitely be staying again.
Room was very warm, we couldn't figure out the thermostat.

The location right beside the Luas was brilliant as we arrived at Heuston Station and were going to an event in the 3Arena so it made our journey planning so easy.
The room was small but perfectly formed, we were in Room Patricia on 2nd floor so it was also very quiet.
Bed was a bit creaky, think it was the frame rather than the mattress. Some shampoo in the bathroom also would be nice.

The best part about the experience was the communication. We had some troubles with our flight. A huge delay caused us to arrive several hours after we expected, and even though it was around 11pm, we were messaging a representative (Sylvia) the moment we landed, and Paul graciously stayed late to help check us in (even offered us a cup of tea!). The room was very nice, and clean. One thing you don't see often is a fan in the room and we loved it because we like to sleep with a little noise at home. Overall, very pleased with the stay.
The biggest inconvenience was the shower/drain. The shower had a tendency to drain very slowly and overflow if you weren't paying attention.

The location was perfect for us. The shower was good.
The bed was very small. And the noise from the traffic and the luas woke us at 6am.
