Beautiful home! This home was wonderful for our family's vacation to New River Gorge. Close to town, the Bridge and Visitors Center and hiking trails. Thanks for a gorgeous home and a wonderful trip!

A lovely home in a great neighborhood. It was as advertised and had everything we needed. Close to many beautiful sights and fun activities. Thank you for a great weekend!

This is a great location — only 5 minutes to the bridge and the Canyon Rim Visitor Center in the National Park. The Bridge Overlook in the development is a great view and very convenient. The cabin is just as advertised, and a perfect place to come back to after days spent exploring the area and all that it offers. Check-in was easy as could be and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great location. Enjoyed the small town of Fayetteville. Spent a lot of time around he fire ring since our weather was the best Hosts were quick to reply to our needs. Hot tub was a nice feature. Recommend this cabinet n if you want to stay in a central location to many places within the park.

This condo was great for a group of 7 friends traveling to WV to go whitewater rafting at Ace Adventure. It was only about 15-20 from there. The location is great and it is very quiet there. They had everything we needed. My only small complaint is that we arrived at night and the house was totally dark and no lights came on to see until we stepped on the porch. I would recommend that the owner put some lighting up to make it easier to find in the dark.

We 3 enjoyed staying at the Kaymoor house. it had all the basics and was very close to downtown Fayetteville with wonderful restaurants and shops. the AOTG Rafting company was 10 minutes away... this house really is convenient to everything in the area ! and the gated community made it feel very safe.

We loved our stay at the Kaymoor house and exploring New River Gorge. The property is very convenient to the Canyon Rim Visitor Center and Fayetteville restaurants. The house is located in a gated community that has its own bridge overlook, which you can walk to in 15-20 minutes or take a quick drive with parking. The house had everything we needed. I appreciated the lack of clutter and open shelving in the kitchen. The full bathrooms were large and gave everyone their own space. This made it feel relaxing compared to other rentals we've stayed in in the past. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the large front porch and the hot tub on the back deck. There were always deer walking around the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had some issues during our stay, however Steve was very easy to work with and resolved all of our issues.

This upscale home in a wooded, gated community is a great value. Comparable to most true cabins in price, it offers much more space. The location can’t be beat if you are heading to the New River area.

My family stayed at Kaymoor House for 3 nights while visiting New River Gorge NP on the way back from Florida to Pennsylvania. It is a beautiful home in an upscale Bridgeview Estates neighborhood - very secluded, surrounded by trees and trails that actually connect to NP trails. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay (soap, paper towel, trash bags and more). We spent time exploring the park during the day and relaxed in the house in the evening. We had a great time and if we come back to the area, we would be looking to rent the same house! Thank you!

The Kaymoor house is located within a beautiful, wooded development just north of Fayetteville. Our GPS was a little off, so pay close attention to the community signs in front of each property if you arrive in the dark. Once you have found it, it won't be a problem. A quick 5 minute drive to Fayetteville or the New River Gorge Visitor Center, the location could hardly be more convenient. The home itself is spacious and lovely. A great family destination. The master suite is very nice although an upgrade on the mattress would be appreciated. The location is at the north end of the national park and there are many activities nearby. The central and southern portions of the park would require a drive and a bit of planning ahead. We loved it!

The Kaymoor house was truly what was described and what we were hoping for. Even though you are technically in a neighborhood it was very quiet and secluded with wildlife all around. We loved how we had our own private neighborhood overlook that wasn’t overcrowded like all the other overlooks in the area and it was easily accessible without much of a hike to get to. The home was clean enough but there was a few small things that added up that made the place feel not as clean as us cleanaholics would like. Floors needed swept, the windows and counters were dusty and there was a giant cob web with a collection of leafs and dirt mixed in it that made it impossible to walk out of back door to deck. It just made the home feel like it hasn’t been touched in quite some time but honestly nothing bad enough to make us feel dirty or unhappy.. we just had to do some sweeping/cleaning during our stay. Some things we recommend would be to provide tissue boxes, clocks, and matches or a lighter as we had nothing to use to start our fire. It was a rainy day where we could not even do it the old fashion way of rubbing sticks together so we had a real hard time lighting our fire with nothing to work with! We ended up lighting paper/twigs on fire from the grill and carrying it over to fire pit haha. Overall, we were very satisfied and it has an unbeatable location to all the recreational activities and restaurants. Thank you so much!

This lovely home and property is located in an upscale, clean neighborhood just minutes from the entrance to the National Park at Canyon Rim. It's also close to other state parks, attractions and conveniences. The home is immaculately clean with a master suite on the main level. The front porch is a great place to relax, and just a short walk to a fantastic overlook/photo op of the New River Gorge bridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is great and it's in a very nice location. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in New River Gorge. There's an amazing overlook of the bridge within walking distance.
Everything was clean and in working order. Very peaceful and just what we were looking for.

This location was fantastic for exploring new river gorge. It was close to Fayetteville, which is a super cute town with excellent food options. I think the current rental would do better to include body wash/shampoo in the rental. It's just never something that I've encountered previously and we had to go buy some. Also, we were not able to use the hot tub until the third day because it takes a long time to heat up and we wanted to use it the 2nd day, it was at 80 degrees. If you want to use the hot tub, turn it on immediately upon arrival. I think if you have renters coming, the hot tub should have been turned on the day of or day prior to arrival so that's immediately usable. The deck should have been cleared of leaves. I get that it's the Fall season, but we had to walk through inches of leaves just to get to the hot tub. The love seat in the living room is in very poor condition. The arms are almost ready to fall off. Maybe people have been wrestling or sitting on the arms, but I would recommend this get replaced. Overall, the place is nice and a great location. But, for the cost, additional care and attention should be paid to the items listed above. thank you.

Steven’s place exceeded expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The wooded location is quiet and feels remote, yet it was convenient to shopping and to all our vacation activities (hiking, rafting, zip lining, etc.). After our busy days we found the beds to be very comfortable and we slept well! Communication from Steven was timely and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Our family couldn't have stayed in a better house, the amenities were all you need and the house is big enough for a large family! I loved that the house is in a gated community located in a nature preserve, needless to say it's a nature lovers dream!

Comfy beds, large bathrooms and great kitchen/family room.
The front porch is so peaceful in the morning with the fog rising and the sounds of birds waking up.
The hot tub was clean and ready for us to jump in!
We’ll be back to explore the area more.

Loved Fayetteville, West Virginia
It was our first trip to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge. We loved it! The house was clean, comfortable and was perfect for our group of 6. The hot tub and fire pit were great after a day of hiking. The neighborhood has a great bridge view walk right down the street from the house. We did the New River ATV tour - excellent adventure! And the bridge walk. The area is beautiful with a few cute restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay!!
Kaymoor house had everything we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, and fire pit outside. The kitchen was well stocked as well with all cooking needs. The bunk beds were a little wobbly and could be replaced but other than that no complaints!

Fabulous Girls Weekend
This was the perfect house for 5 friends to spend the weekend exploring the New River Gorge area, reconnect, and relax. The neighborhood is gorgeous and felt very safe. The house was very clean and well maintained! Tons of towels and well stocked kitchen!

Very nice house. Well stocked but could use some more glasses. Loved that the owners didn’t expect 4 people to get by on one roll of toilet paper in each bath for 5 days. They provided TP, dishwasher pods, trash bags and even laundry stuff. I had packed all this b/c most houses don’t provide. These owners were tops. Would rent from them again.

Location, location, location!
Our group had a great experience at the Kaymoor house. The property is located inside a gated community very close to the New River Gorge bridge and Fayetteville. We found it to be a great launch pad for all of our WV activities (whitewater, hiking) and a relaxing place to wind down and recharge every day. The master shower was exceptional and the outdoor jacuzzi was also very nice to have. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Steve and Pam
