Decent hotel and good area for being close to some of the park

Everything was fine. No complaints.

Unfortunately, like most hotels now - if you want your trash taken out, fresh towels, etc you have to do it all yourself.

Convenient to rafting & lots of restaurants within a short drive.

We were there for a rafting trip & location was perfect for that, only about 15 minutes from Ace Rafting. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine...actually better than a considerably more expensive hotel we were in the 3 days prior to this stay.

Breakfast area could have been cleaner. Lots of people were parked badly, but that's on the drivers for the most part. Re-striping the parking lot could fix the issue & make it more pleasant for everyone.

The breakfast was great, with different choices, but the venue/facility was a bit small for the size of the building and the number of the guests.

We adjusted our date of our trip, and booking.com forgot to send the changed reservation to the hotel. We ended up having to pay more for a room that night. Luckily they could accommodate us

Very good

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There were different options for breakfast which was nice.

The noise level was a little high from traffic and the guest above me. My window didn't lock, I was on the second floor so it wasn't that much of a big deal, but still, I would've preferred to have it locked.

we didn’t change the mode from heat to cool so it was very warm even though we put 64 degree in heat feels like 75. The. we adjusted in the morning.

Everything I needed: safety, economical and close to my route/event! Bonus the beds were comfy!

It was everything I needed… except maybe a little loud by the freeway… but the benefit there is location so earplugs will be in my bag next time!
