Not quite right.

Location, cleanliness & the facilities with the exception of the totally uncomfortable & inadequate seating.

Useless seating area was home made, to high, to hard & cushions to thin. Lack of hanging space.

It was a nice stay, and we managed the two nights fairly comfortably, but longer stays would have been difficult

Clean, off-rd parking

Internet/smart TV wasn’t working very well. Nowhere to hang clothes, iron was too small, duvet was too thick for warm weather

We were only at the property for 2 nights and it had everything we needed.

Location to local amenities.

For long stay please do not stay but yeah if you are staying for 1-2night its perfect.

The location was perfect.In one minute Of traveling we have beach,market And train station.

Honestly it was The worst holiday ever at Hamilton Studio And it is Apartment its clearly mention in booking.com there is 3 single bed each but there is not very tiny space And not fitted for 3 adults Because we have stay for 6nights And The 2night was ok after 3rd night it was nightmare as we run out all The stuffs in The rooms as we tried to contact The property no answered either.No house keeping no fresh today And The wrost part is you have to clean towels by yourself clean The rooms by yourself And i have paid £900 in total for 6night. The towle they are using for The Guest was really unacceptable And The iron was so small And it take 10-15min to iron one shirt.There was no Fan its was too hot we tried to contact The property never answer once we checked in.So disappointed with The Service which i have paid for.

Good

Very clever design in space which was very nice . For £600 for 3 nights I would of preferred a heated towel rail as damp towels all weekend , dirty skirting boards and not having previous tenants contact lenses stuck to my feet .

The accommodation made our holiday just perfect.

The location was perfect for the hover port and shops. The accommodation was everything we hoped for and more. Well equipped kitchen, great bathroom, adequate living space and a very comfortable bed.

There were no negatives about the accommodation.

Superb

It was lovely, so clean and cosy. Perfect to work from and make a few simple meals. Only a few minutes walk from the seafront and town. Safe place to park the car off the road. Beautiful gardens outside the building and a little secluded place to sit and have a cup of tea outside the studio.

Exceptional

The accommodation was exceptionall clean, we were very impressed! Owner/ staff were very caring & catered for every eventuality (all necessities were present: kitchen items, bathroom items, etc). Very cosy & comfy room.. Staff/ owner was very helpful / attend promptly to our needs. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

This was a perfect spot for my dad and I (and my dog!) to explore the island from! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, amazing shower! The living space isn't huge but we knew that when we booked. It's a perfect spot for 2 people (or a couple with a child or dog) - 3 adults would definitely be a squeeze! If you're wanting somewhere clean and comfortable, as a base for exploring the isle of wight, this is perfect. If you're wanting to stay in more than be out, then perhaps consider somewhere a little bigger but this was absolutely perfect for my dad and I. The fact that I could bring my dog was a brilliant bonus! Really helpful and friendly host too with excellent communication. Thank you!

As above, the living space isn't huge but we knew that when we booked. I think there could be a few hooks for hanging clothes other than the coat hooks (perhaps on the back of the second door) and perhaps a slightly larger mirror on a wall/ door. But great apart from that!

It really is small. Bijou. Needs a wardrobe/cupboard.
