Good apartment, poor attention to detail & customer service.

No greeting in person, scant information re parking BUT endless rules without explanation. Did not meet liaison Mary throughout trip. No bed covering - which wasn't delivered until the evening of the following day after a number of texts to Mary and a promise to deliver at lunchtime - we waited in until after lunch and no show. Bare minimum of usual conveniences in an apartment eg 2 coat hangers, 1 teabag, no salt or pepper. Property good, customer service VERY poor.

Decent

It was perfectly located in the city center in an old vernacular building. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Small room, and they changed the towels every 3-4 days. The floor and the bathroom must be cleaned every day because there's a lot of sand and dirt from the beaches. Also, there are ants in the bathroom, and you shouldn't leave food on the table or outside of the fridge because they can get everywhere. This problem needs to be fixed. In addition, the rooms on the ground floor had no terrace.

location

no place to dry the swimsuits and beach towels and there is not enough place to put the clothes. for the daily cleaning are extra charges. we stayed 5 nights and without cleaning was not so comfortable

Disappointing stay considering the price paid

- Room was tiny compared to pictures shown on booking. - Many ants from the building entering our room at night and in the morning. - Cleanliness problem. - Super noisy in the morning with cleaning ladies laughing loudly and screaming.

Lovely hotel, on a beautiful street.

Great location, clean, cosy, modern features

A bit small. Better to have some shutters in windows otherwise if you open the curtains everyone can see inside.

Excellent location with a comfortable bed, air conditioning was great as it was so hot whilst we were there.

The location was excellent, very central to everything.

It could do with a shelf in the bathroom, not many places to put anything.

The apartment was nice and fully equipped. The location was great!!! lots of restaurants and bars near the property. I would definitely repeat if I ever come again to Olbia :)

Central location.

Great location. Close to train station, marina and Main Street of shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious with two balcony areas.

Exceptional

Couldn't wish for a better location! Yards away from three of the best eateries in Olbia; quiet neighbourhood despite being close to the lively main street. The apartments are well appointed with all that we required for our stay and furnished and decorated to a very good standard. Our property owner/agent was extremely helpful and prompt with all correspondence. All in all, I highly recommend Residenze Civitas for all who wish to visit Olbia and the surrounding area. Keith

Near location from city center and good support by house owner.

Sometimes, big music is coming from the near bar and finish around 1am.

Perfect place for singles or couples

It was a very nice stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The building is directly in the city center, but not noisy at all. You are near all bars, restaurants and shops. However you will find a peaceful sleep at night, because it's a very quiet side street.

There is not much to criticize. The only thing at I miss in the kitchen was oil, vinager and some spices.

Superb

The host: Thanks to Laura for being so hospitable and nice. She was always there if we needed something or had questions. We were able to contact her via Whatsapp. She replied very fast and if needed she came immediately to the apartment to help us. She also recommended us some restaurants, beaches and told us where to park for free. The apartment: The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary items. The hosts have thought of many little useful things. For example there was some detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, sponges, a clothes drying rack, toilet tissues for the first days, etc… and a full equipped kitchen. The location: The apartment is located in the old town of Olbia, just near the principal street where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The only negative thing we can mention about this location are the noises in the morning. From 6 o’clock a.m. it was quite busy in this street (church bells, waste collection, construction worker), which was a bit annoying sometimes. As the apartment is located in the heart of the old town, which is beneficial for having dinner (by the way there is a delicious restaurant only 50 meters from the entrance of the apartment), there are no parking facilities nearby. But Laura showed us some parking locations in 5-7 minutes walking distance. All in all it was a nice stay and we would recommend this apartment.

Amazing!

I liked everything about this place! :-) Located so close to main street with restaurants but quiet at the same time. Property was clean with fully equipped kitchen. Laura, who met me at the property to give keys, was super nice and helped with parking locations (since it's old town there is no parking near property but she showed me one in 5min walking distance). Highly recommend this place!

Great apartment in a very convenient location

The whole arrangement and the welcome by Laura. The location is excellent as it is within a few minutes of all restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very nicely furnished with all amenities and perfect for a stay in Olbia.
