Great stay in Olbia

Perfect location, not far from city centre. It’s easy to park on street even though it’s peak holiday season. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Really convenient to drive to different viewpoints across northeast Sardinia.

Comfortable stay, good value for money

Very spacious rooms and easy to park (you always find parking, even if it’s one road away which is only a few minutes walk). Breakfast is basic but does the job (best part is croissants are freshly made every morning and they are excellent).

Shower cubicle was tiny - I’m 5”11 with a slim build and I struggled to turn in the shower! Also had issues with hot water in the shower where it would randomly turn cold and back to warm.

Awful.

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok map-wise, but the location of the building in the street and the location of the room in the ground floor facing the street and next to the reception was awful. The staff was nice though.

We got a room that shouldn't even be allowed to be a room. Next to the entrance and next to the reception. Ground floor in facing the street. We couldn't sleep at all due to all the noise from the reception and the street. We even got some clients to arrive at 1 am and decided to knock on our window since the reception was closed and no one was answering the door. Awful experience and even worse considering the price we payed for this room.

Excellent Accommodation

The room was very comfortable and clean. Our host Antonella was very helpful prior the start of our stay. Answering all the questions I had. Access to the accommodation was very easy especially that our flight was delayed. We were happy to stay to stay at Les Suites Magnolia. A 5 stars accommodation. Thank you very much Enzo.

Really sweat, clean, friendly hotel

Not entirely soundproof. But we slept great anyway.

The location is close to the city center with free parking that you can always find. There is a pizzeria near the apartment with very good pizzas. If you arrive late, you can enter the apartment with a code in an easy way (easy self check in). The room was very large, clean, modern with a refrigerator. Salty and sweet breakfast, also for vegetarians and vegans (coffee, croissants, various juices, water, butter, jams, honey, fruit, yogurts, eggs, cheese, cereals, homemade cakes,...). The staff is very friendly.

OK place for a night

The room was nice and clean. It's a good location. Breakfast was nice.

The shower was broken and they said they would fix it but only after we had left, so not very helpful. We also weren't sent any instructions on how to get in so we were stood outside for 30mins trying to call but no answer.

Adorable room

Superb place tastefully furnished where to pass your stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly staff. Not far from the city centre.

Charming place, could improve a couple things.

The rooms and bathrooms are recently renovated with nice furniture and decor (like the photos show). Staff was very friendly and helpful- we requested to schedule a shuttle ride from the airport since the establishment advertises a shuttle service. The staff member explained that their shuttle service is a taxi, (cost: 25€ for 2 people) and arranged for the taxi to pick us up when our plane landed. The driver was very courteous.

There was no coffee or tea in the morning (this was during the off season, so I guess the kitchen was closed - I don’t know if they offer free coffee to guests who don’t buy breakfast when the kitchen is open). We stayed in a room at the front of the building, near the road, and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Also the curtains did not block out the lights from cars and streetlights. The other disappointment was that despite the fact that the bathroom was very large and elegant-looking, the shower was very small.

Exceptional

Nice, clean, modern room, friendly staff, quiet area near the city.

Nothing special, maybe still the same breakfast, but you can choose toasts, eggs, croissants, cereals, so it is normal in Sardinia.

Lovely staff, lovely room. Make repairs and pay attention to detail

My room was large facing the road. It had a little balcony. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Very pleasant and efficient staff in reception and in the morning. The breakfast was 5€ it was good value.

Plenty of single use plastic shampoo and gel. I wish more places would use larger, refillable bottles on the wall. Toilet holder broken and chairs in balcony were rusty and uncomfortable. It wouldn’t cost much to make change this. Plastic cups for minibar. Also bottle of tonic in minibar, but no bottle opener. Piccy I know, but these small details are inexpensive to provide.

Nice people but our room was not what we expected unfortunately.

Nice people that are helpful and friendly! Room was a bit unbalanced. We had a very big bathroom but a very tiny shower. Something that for me, 190 cm, 100 KG male is pretty uncomfortable. Also the bed was tiny and soft for me and my 167 cm, 55 KG wife, unfortunately. Also the AC was not working properly. We had to keep it at 17 degrees but still felt like 25 degrees.

My stay in Olbia

I loved the place overall. They did a good job with the design and decor. The locatioin was super convenient for access to the airport and for exploring Olbia and beyond. The staff went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation staying again and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend magnolia suites ! Super clean and new rooms . The location is excellent short walk from the center with lots of free parking around. the staff are soo friendly , nice and helpful! thank you Marco and Georgia for your assistance with my package situation

overall clean but not worth the money

big spacious room

they spam you first via booking.com and then via whatsapp. you have to tell them your time of arrival and then also call 20 minutes prior to your arrival. we asked for a breakfast package since we had to catch a ferry in the morning and got corn crackers and a few apricots. no drinks, no sandwhichws, nothing. also the airconditioning worked badly and it never really cooled down the room. there was a stain on the bedsheets and rust in the very small shower. we paid €148 for one night, including „breakfast“.

Pleasant stay close to the city at Les Suites Magnolia.

The room is quite big and the bed was comfortable. We had a room overlooking the courtyard therefore it was quite peaceful. The breakfast area overlooks a beautiful Magnolia tree but the best aspect was the very helpful receptionist who gave us great advice on where to eat and which beaches to go to.

The place could use a bit of a refurbishing (bathroom). Maybe add some power outlets in the bedroom. Otherwise the place has a rustic charm.

Not as good as it should be. This is definitely a 3 star, not 4 star.

Room was a good size. Bathroom was also decent size but needed a refresh. Breakfast was average.

Location. It was not in a nice place in town, had no curb appeal and you had to drive around and hope to find parking on the street. This part of town was mostly one way streets, and all seemed to be heavily traveled due to construction nearby. Not many restaurants within walking distance, but one nearby was decent. A/C made continuous noises and did not cool or dehumidify the room. The terrace over looked a roof that was falling down, and the backside of several homes. No view and not very useful. Shower was way to small and couldn't even bend down to wash your feet or pick up soap. Could have been much larger for the size of the bathroom. There was moisture coming through the paint in the room and breakfast area, and was affecting both my spouse's allergies as well as our son-in-law's asthma who is very sensitive to molds. We left after 3 days even though we had paid for 5.

Beautiful B&B but thin walls between rooms

The B&B and rooms are well decorated and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Bed and pillows were good and we had a nice balcony.

We were not bothered with sounds coming from outside but inside the B&B is unfortunately quite noisy. I woke up to sounds from the hall below and later again to our neighbour in the middle of the night where we could hear sounds from their bathroom that must have been just next to our room. We could hear talking, flushing and the shower. The breakfast is average and simple.
