a estadia foi perfeita.

O apartamento é amplo, tem um banheiro enorme, tudo funciona bem. A cozinha tem o necessário, cafeteira, Fogão e geladeira grandes. Roupas de cama confortáveis, colchão excelente e região silenciosa para descansar. O hotel fica próximo a bares e restaurantes.

Eu gostei de tudo, só acho que como ponto de melhoria a iluminação do quarto pode ser melhor.

I would definitively recommend, please consider the comment about the draining of the showers.

Everything was fine, cleanliness, location and overall room presentation.

the room had 2 bathrooms and the shower in both of them had draining problems. It was not comfortable having a proper shower in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was great. Close to the train station. The owner was very helpful, even offered to take me to the station. The girls that cleaned were wonderful.

The time to check in, but they changed it so I could go earlier.

Good location, nice apartment but Management needs to do what they promise!

Great location to see and do things from and a nice apartment.

Albeit that Management was to be in attendance daily at 4pm we did not see anyone in 3 days! We had problems with coffee machine and power points.

Perfect location to see the sites and access public transport. Room was very spacious and clean however the shower cubic

all in all , this accommodation was a 9 out of 10 for me

Great location. Nice apartment. Clean. Perfect for a person travelling alone.

Slow communication / response with owner/reception. Front door was often left open by guests which guaranteed free access to the property for anyone and created insecurity

It was ok

It’s located right in the city centre. Most of the windows look into the cozy street. The rooms are big. Each of the apartment has cooking appliances. The bathroom was big.

The checking in time is 4 pm. it’s quite inconvenient. We had a problem with the room, changing it for another took an hour if not more. We couldn’t leave the bags before check in and after check out. It is a little noisy if the windows look into the street.

Clean apartment. A short walk away from all the fabulous restaurants. There was a small problem with the bathroom sink when we notified them it was immediately dealt with.

Need for an electric kettle and due to dietary reasons a few more utensils would be helpful.

okay if not other cheaper choice.

the location is very good , easy access to everywhere. We stayed here for transfer, 1night only.

The host made mistake of the code for kay box. so we were locked outside with kids in very hot weather. Called and texted, but no reply for a while. the sofa bed was not made even we booked for 2 adults+2kids stay. checkout time is 1030, but no space for luggage storage.

The apartment is located super close to the center of the city. The building is very charming and the rooms incredibly spacious. The beds were comfortable as well as the two bathrooms.

Nice clean flat with great location :)

Really nice apartment, modern and with everything you need. Really well located in the city center.

The fridge was not working when we came but we called the reception and it was solved on the same day :)

Great flat in an excellent location.

Great location, close to everything but very quiet. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Lovely terrace/courtyard for sunbathing and early evening drinks. Spotless.

Good choice in Olbia

The accommodation had an excellent location in the center of the city, with nice and modern interior, and spacious rooms. The main entrance of the building is fancy, the rooms and the neighborhood were clean and quiet.

I missed some equipments: micro, clothesline, and dishwasher. Also, one of our bedrooms faced a street where the waste was collected at 4:45am every day.
