Good service and support.
Complicated access

Great location, not far from restaurants and the train station. Bus from Airport takes you very close to the accommodation, just make sure you go up Via Acquedotta and not the shorter way as this leads you to the rear entrance of the building which you can't get into. The host was really helpful when I made this mistake.

Apartment was a couple of minutes from centre.
Room was clean and all facilities as in kitchen items were available. Owner was also responsive when texting him.
No soundproof rooms, everything could be heard from our room ,while other guests were in the kitchen

The shower and the bathroom are newly renovated and clean. The staff was cordial and after my complaint proposed to change room but in a different building
Before the entrance outside the location the cement is horrible, full of holes, there were garbage bins and a high step.
In my room I found a pillow with white biological stains.
The small bed was very uncomfortable, cheap, short, with a soft mattres.
Charging the phone was slow.
The view from the flat was not flattering at all.
The morning I left the elevator was out of order and I had to walk 4 floors downstairs with an elder and full luggage, I met the neighbours that complained that it happens often.
To enter the place you needed two codes and a phonecall to open the gate( it was fast but still complicated), I also lost 20 minutes trying to check in online.
Not a good experience at all. The photos are a bit misleading too and I will upload my photos to testify.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and I found it to be comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It is ideally located for the old town all public transport links.
Nothing. The apartment is as described so everything was as I expected it to be.

A good spot for the town and buses.
On arrival day we had no email, so getting into the property was difficult. We couldn’t access email to receive entry details. We tried phoning and there was no reply. Had to go to a cafe to get internet connection then tried to access property again by phoning a number to open the door. This number didn’t connect either, and it was only by waiting for a resident of the block to open the front door that we were able to get in. Luckily this all happened late afternoon when the cafe was still open. Any later and we could have been looking elsewhere.

The room and the bathroom were really nice, clean and maybe eben recently refurbished. The common area is separated from the rooms area. The location is good, next to the main street, where all the buses stop, very near to the main pedestrian zone / train station (5 min. walk)
Good equipped kitchen with freet water, tea and coffee.
So nice that we had a balcony althoug it looks on a very neglected yard mostly.
Quite complex, but very automatic check-in system.
We had respectful co-guests, so we had also a good night sleep.
One could fix the apartments doors which squik loudly and refurbish the dining area / kitchen.

I rented the luxury suite, which was actually quite cheap. and it was indeed luxurious - I felt like staying in a 4 star hotel. great bed, modern bathroom, nice balcony, good internet connection, a huge and fully equipped kitchen, right on the edge of old town, only 5 minutes away from plenty of bars and restaurants

Place was well equipped, spacious room and bathroom, we appreciated self checkin option and available kitchen. Good value for money.
Noise isolation is not very good, we heard everything from the street through closed windows, street cleaning woke us up early in the morning. One can also hear a lot from other rooms and hallway. Blanket was damaged by cigarette and sheets had some stains. What bothered us the most was the lack of communication in the beginning. When we booked the room, we saw they advertised (not sure if via Airbnb or Booking, we checked property on both sites) parking upon request, so we asked about it right away when booking our stay. We got no reply about this not being possible. When I asked again, one day before we were coming, I got an answer that this was never offered and we need to park on the street. I can’t prove this was offered when we did the booking since it is not visible in the property anymore, but that is ok, I might have misunderstood. I was just disappointed, we did not get clear answer when we asked about it for the first time and we could still change our booking. One day before the stay was too late to cancel.

relatively spacious for 2 people, very clean, especially the bathroom, all kitchen utensils provided, two complimentary water bottles, spacious common area with 3 cute (wobbly) tables for each of the rooms. centrally located, minutes away walking distance from the old city of Olbia. daily cleaning of common areas (but not of the rooms themselves). entry is via code, no member of staff is present on the location.
this is basically a 3-bedroom apartment transformed into a 3-room guest house with a shared kitchen. rooms are just like bedrooms in a regular flat-close to each other so you will hear your neighbors, some being allowed in even with large pets. Flat is in an old building which mean the walls may smell like mold. apartment is located on 4th floor and the elevator is at times slow but not a huge problem as stairs are available.

Comfortable room with good beds, nice bathroom with a big shower which we appreciated (as opposed to the small shower cabins in all other accommodations). Our superior room also had a little balcony, which was nice to enjoy breakfast or a self-prepared meal! The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for making breakfast or cooking.
The check-in is well-organised with key boxes and codes.
A big thanks to the host, Nello, who made our stay even more pleasant by providing us with useful recommendations and being super responsive.

Great location, very good facilities (all you need), clean rooms. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful, thank you for making our stay comfortable!
Nothing to complain about - facilities just as expected. And staff better than expected, they let us check out an hour late which was very helpful. If there's anything to be aware of - it's a tall residential building in a small town, doesn't necessarily feel very "vacation-ey" but to us it wasn't a problem :). Different, beautiful beaches can be reached by a short bus ride (~20 min).

Our host was very helpful, replying in a very fast and helpful way on WhatsApp, whenever we needed tips or help during our stay. Also our room and bathroom were very nice and clean and the view from the balcony gorgeous. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than scheduled due to bad weather conditions, but we might just come back some other time!
