The accommodations were very comfortable. They thought of everything so we didn’t have to pack as much. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We loved being able to walk into town. Thank you!

The house was clean and everything was very nice! Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. TVs worked well! And the AC kept us cool during a heat wave. Definitely recommend for families.

Another great stay at this property. Perfect location for our family of 4. Walk into town, quick ride to Acadia. Bobby is very quick to respond to any questions.

Photos do not do this property justice. The downstairs has been beautifully redone. The kitchen has everything you need, and the great big island in the middle is perfect for the teenagers to eat on.
Backyard was perfect for our dogs. We Loved sitting on the back deck, drinking coffee in the morning and drinking wine and beer in the evening. Even when we were tired at night, we were close enough the teenagers could walk to stores and restaurants.
Communication with the owners was perfect. They reached out and responded to questions before our stay, provided us with all the details we needed, and I’m assuming if we needed them during our stay, they would’ve responded immediately, but everything was perfect so we did not need them.
The house was fully stocked, including towels, coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, Water bottles, and even a surprise treat for us when we arrived.
This was our eighth trip to Acadia, and we have stayed remote out in Winter Harbor, in a luxury house with indoor pool down in Tremont, in a small remote house about 20 minutes away from Bar Harbor, but this was the first time we stayed in Bar Harbor. It definitely allowed for a different experience as we were able to enjoy the Fourth of July festivities. We were able to skip parking nightmares and simply walked downtown. We actually walked all the way down to the Bar Harbor whale Boat company, and back again late at night after the fireworks. Definitely recommend these owners and this house.

Nice property and great location! Close to town and Acadia National Park. We would stay again if visiting this area!!! Great communication with host, Bobby😊

My husband and I brought my 75yo+ parents to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Bobby was FANTASTIC! The communication leading up to and day of arrival was top notch.
Arrival was simple and easy and the house was well stocked. The little things - clock with plenty of charging ports beside the bed, waters in the fridge, umbrellas in the closet, detergent and shampoo/conditioner/wash in the bathrooms. Sincerely appreciate the extra touches!
WiFi was great, the TVs in the rooms were all nice and worked well, and we went from AC to heat (June in Bar Harbor...) and everything was perfect. Seating area in living area was very comfortable. Note - there is a very small step up to the kitchen from the living area so just be careful you don't trip.
Even though one of the bathrooms is downstairs (with the tub), it was large and worked well. The bath upstairs was accessible to all rooms.
The house was extremely clean and in a great area of town. Anywhere from 1/3 mile to a little over half depending on where you wanted to go - but close to some great restaurants by the park area of downtown Bar Harbor.
With the driveway easily fitting a couple of cars, super convenient and about 10minutes into Acadia. There is a grocery store and Walgreens within a half mile as well. The area is all residential and while we didn't use it, a cute area out back to sit and eat - not to mention the front porch which was nice and comfortable.
I'd definitely stay there again!

Stepping into the home felt like it could be a second home outfitted exactly how I’d have left it for when I return, making start up easy. The fenced in yard was a treat, and the house adorable. The location is fantastic! So quick and easy to get to downtown or the Park.

Took advantage of a warm spell in northern Maine and celebrated the holiday in Bar Harbor. We've stayed at this property several times before and have always had a positive experience. Great house and great location that is close to downtown and easy walk into Acadia NP. Won't hesitate to come back again.

First, the communication with the owner was top notch. Second, we research many properties before we choose where to stay and this property lived up to its reviews and our expectations. Third, this house was immaculate and homey without being too “sterile” like some rental properties.
The neighborhood was so cute and had easy access to downtown. Acadia was pretty and super close, and had some great trails to hike! We came to the east coast for a different location for an “adults only” getaway vacation but we will definitely be back to Bar Harbor with our kids. They would love it here.
We appreciate the owners sharing their place with us and for the cool Maine flag bag and delicious blueberry jam. Thanks for giving us a perfect place to stay our our very first ever trip to Maine!

This property needed reviewed because it was a great stay and the owner couldn’t have been better! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and have rented one ourselves. They included a lot of nice extras…paper towels, extra towels (which were soft), laundry pods, coffee, toilet paper, beach towels if needed! We were fully expecting to have to make a quick trip to the store when we arrived! Mattresses comfy, plenty of blankets, and a great front porch to sit with our coffee! Half mile walk into town. We would rent again, but this place will be booked, I’m sure!

The house location was great- easy walk to Main Street, yet very quiet. Everything was very clean & well decorated. The kitchen was excellent- very spacious and had anything you may need to fix a meal. The beds were comfortable & we slept great after busy days. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for a family vacation.

The house was really comfortable and in a great location. Bobby was a welcoming host and made everything really easy for us throughout the stay. The kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook a few meals in, which was a big plus for us. I'd definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with this VRBO! The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is well-stocked with everything you need and has the perfect layout for relaxing. It's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the downtown area. Bobby is a great host and was easy to reach. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house is perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean and the location is superb. We walked to town every night. Acadia National Park was a 7 minute drive. The owner was great at communicating with me and even checked in by text to make sure that everything was to our liking. There is nothing negative about this place. If I have to visit Bar Harbor again, I would definitely stay here again.

Falcon’s Nest is clean, well maintained, super comfortable and stocked with everything one would need. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy, short walk to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful house! Thanks to Bobby and Sandi for sharing their home with us. We are hoping to return next year.

House was fully stocked with all you need. Comfortable living room. Decent bedrooms but only 1 closet to hang clothes. Located close enough to downtown and short drive to Acadia. Street was a bit busy being on the corner. We would recommend staying here.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this property. It is the absolute best location, walking distance to downtown and within 15-20 minutes of Acadia trails on the east side. The house is well stocked to make your stay comfortable as soon as you arrive. Very clean. Host responsed quickly to initial questions. We did not have any issues during our stay. Highly recommend!

This is our second time renting from this owner, first time with this location, and both experiences have been amazing. This location in particular has an excellent location to be walkable into town, and is short drives to all major attractions/ points of interest that Mount Dessert Island has to offer. I love that the property is pet friendly as well so our dog can join us for our adventures. The owners are amazing and very reachable to ensure you have an amazing stay. Will definitely love to stay with them again! If you’ve been looking then look no further, this place definitely was a great stay!

Location, location, location! This house is located perfectly near the heart of Bar Harbor. A short walk to restaurants and all the downtown amenities was perfect and also let us get away from the hustle and bustle. We came for the MDI Half Marathon and the location couldn’t be better for those choosing to race. We will definitely be back next year!
The hosts were also amazing—incredibly communicative, accommodating, and kind. We kept in touch before and throughout our whole stay and were even lucky enough to meet in person on our way out.

Had the privilege to stay at Bobby and Sandi Glover’s house…would give this 100 stars if I could. Bobby went so far out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect…house is great and in an awesome location, walkable to most/all parts of downtown area…so many niceties in their house as well to make you feel at home and his communication was very quick for responses. Would highly recommend Bobby’s house to anyone I knew that was visiting Bar Harbor. Thank you Bobby for making our vacation perfect especially with our 4 legged guy!

Wonderful house, very comfortable, area was quiete and away from the hussle and bussel. Beds very confortable. House had more than we expected provided like spaices, coffe, flour etc. Close to everything we just left the car at the house as parking can be problem in Bar Harbor. Best stay ever.

The home was just as described. Was very clean, in a great location with a short walk into town, and was well stocked with everything needed. I would defiantly recommend the rental and had great communication and response from the owner. I even asked a question after the stay to the owner about the brand of bed that was in the master since it was very comfortable and he replied within a few minutes.

Acadia Vacation
The house was perfect for our crew. The bunk beds worked great for the two littlest. Every thing we needed was at the house. The park right next door was good for the kids. Far enough from the main strip to be quiet, but not far enough to be a long walk. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ideal Stay For a Family
Our family was looking for enough space that would accommodate five people and a dog. We wanted to be close enough to walk downtown but yet far enough that it felt like a neighborhood. This place was ideal!! There was plenty of space for all of us. We walked to downtown numerous times a day and drove into ANP many days. The fenced in back yard and the nearby park were major perks for us. If we make it back to the island we will definitely stay here again.
*The owners went above and beyond. Beautiful welcome note and goody, more than enough TP, paper towels, Kleenex, dish soap and bags. They make you truly feel at home!

This was the second time staying at this house and would have no reservations in coming back again. It has everything you need to enjoy the Acadia National Park and sights around Bar Harbor. The location can’t be beat with easy access to the town and the water along with great access to the parks hiking trails. The house slept four adults very comfortably and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need. The backyard has a great deck and a fenced in yard which are dogs enjoyed.
