The accommodations were very comfortable. They thought of everything so we didn’t have to pack as much. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We loved being able to walk into town. Thank you!

The house was clean and everything was very nice! Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. TVs worked well! And the AC kept us cool during a heat wave. Definitely recommend for families.

Another great stay at this property. Perfect location for our family of 4. Walk into town, quick ride to Acadia. Bobby is very quick to respond to any questions.

Photos do not do this property justice. The downstairs has been beautifully redone. The kitchen has everything you need, and the great big island in the middle is perfect for the teenagers to eat on. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. We Loved sitting on the back deck, drinking coffee in the morning and drinking wine and beer in the evening. Even when we were tired at night, we were close enough the teenagers could walk to stores and restaurants. Communication with the owners was perfect. They reached out and responded to questions before our stay, provided us with all the details we needed, and I’m assuming if we needed them during our stay, they would’ve responded immediately, but everything was perfect so we did not need them. The house was fully stocked, including towels, coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, Water bottles, and even a surprise treat for us when we arrived. This was our eighth trip to Acadia, and we have stayed remote out in Winter Harbor, in a luxury house with indoor pool down in Tremont, in a small remote house about 20 minutes away from Bar Harbor, but this was the first time we stayed in Bar Harbor. It definitely allowed for a different experience as we were able to enjoy the Fourth of July festivities. We were able to skip parking nightmares and simply walked downtown. We actually walked all the way down to the Bar Harbor whale Boat company, and back again late at night after the fireworks. Definitely recommend these owners and this house.

My husband and I brought my 75yo+ parents to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Bobby was FANTASTIC! The communication leading up to and day of arrival was top notch. Arrival was simple and easy and the house was well stocked. The little things - clock with plenty of charging ports beside the bed, waters in the fridge, umbrellas in the closet, detergent and shampoo/conditioner/wash in the bathrooms. Sincerely appreciate the extra touches! WiFi was great, the TVs in the rooms were all nice and worked well, and we went from AC to heat (June in Bar Harbor...) and everything was perfect. Seating area in living area was very comfortable. Note - there is a very small step up to the kitchen from the living area so just be careful you don't trip. Even though one of the bathrooms is downstairs (with the tub), it was large and worked well. The bath upstairs was accessible to all rooms. The house was extremely clean and in a great area of town. Anywhere from 1/3 mile to a little over half depending on where you wanted to go - but close to some great restaurants by the park area of downtown Bar Harbor. With the driveway easily fitting a couple of cars, super convenient and about 10minutes into Acadia. There is a grocery store and Walgreens within a half mile as well. The area is all residential and while we didn't use it, a cute area out back to sit and eat - not to mention the front porch which was nice and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again!
