If you're looking for a mountain home that welcomes you the moment you lay eyes on it, surrounded by mountain pine and aspen trees yet conveniently located to any mountain activity you desire - this is the place for you! The home is located in a secluded, quiet, wooded setting yet centrally located to surrounding mountain towns (15 min to Breckenridge, 20 min to Keystone, 10 min to Cooper Mountain, 25 min to Vail/Beaver Creek) and easily accessed via bike trails, free bus shuttle or car. You feel at home as soon as you pull in the driveway. A warning, however - you may be tempted to stay right at home with a good book (as you relax in one of many comfy chairs) or for a long overdue soak in the hot tub while the remainder of your party ventures out to explore the vast natural Rocky Mountain beauty of Summit County.

Our reservation was for 2 adults. The home was located perfectly for all the trails and to Main Street. Main Street was a short walk or very short bike ride. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need; sleds, dog beds, dog kennel, baby gates and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable and every room has a great tv. The separate living areas work great for larger parties. The backyard has a fenced area for pets that was perfect for a miniature Bernese Mountain dog; no large holes in the fencing. We enjoyed the hot tub after biking all day. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip at this home.

Best house in Frisco!
This property surpassed all our expectations. Its roomy, well appointed, has everything you could possibly dream of needing, and lot of extras! The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, they heat with solar, have lots of green practices in the house including composting!
We absolutely loved our stay. The main floor master has heated floors in the bathroom. The hot tub was practically new,
It could sleep many more than is listed, they even have a conversion kit in the downstairs bunk room for the 2 twin beds to become a king.
We went for a family ski vacation. Frisco is very central for all the resorts, plenty of shopping and restraints.
Would stay here. every time!

Home away from home
We felt at home being able to enjoy visits from friends and family. Skiing at Vail, Breck, and Keystone was wonderful and having our son come with his mostly well behaved dog was grand. The visit by a moose was a real treat but created some loud barks! The garage was fabulous. Thank you!

A great getaway location!
Our family enjoyed our week at OFH. It was a spacious and wonderfully appointed house. So very comfortable and great location…secluded but also close to everything you’d need or want. The hot tub was enjoyed most every evening after a full day of activities! Becky checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent property!

Beautiful home...very comfortable!
A great house for our family with our 14 year old puppy. The main floor was the perfect layout and the fenced yard was so nice for our pup. A very well appointed house and a great kitchen too. Thanks for a great getaway!!

Wonderful getaway for social distancing (and more)
There are so many wonderful things about this home.
Location: a quiet, established neighborhood with lots of space to enjoy all the beauty Frisco has to offer in addition to being so close to town
Spacious: lots of room for mom and two teenage boys who were able to hook up their x-boxes, enjoy the huge hot tub and spread out. Mom could escape to the master with a fireplace and the spa-like bathroom with a radiant heated floor (my favorite part). I could envision doing yoga in there.
Cleanliness: they really pride themselves on this. Not a worry at all, everything was disinfected, bright and shining. There are pet sheets, everything is labeled and organized - truly amazing!
Responsiveness: Rebecca is awesome, quick to respond and obviously has a lot of pride in this family home.
Pet-friendly: My dog loved the fenced-in yard, there were pet supplies and toys, an extra crate (we brought our own) and a quiet neighborhood with no crowds to walk and explore.
Well-equipped kitchen: I made Thanksgiving dinner and I had everything I needed to make a giant dinner - one of my favorite things is a well stocked pantry - and that's what we had. We made cookies, pizza, breakfast - who needs restaurants - but there are plenty nearby.
We loved our 4 night stay. So relaxing and we hope to be back.

Wonderful home away from home
This was the third time we have stayed at Our Frisco House for an extended stay. The home is always clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of space to accommodate our visitors. Our dogs love the fenced in backyard. The location is great with easy access to the bike path and a couple of hiking trails. It is only a short walk to downtown Frisco.
Becky, the owner’s sister and guest resource officer, is great to work with. We already have plans to stay here again in 2020.

Absolutely fantastic house in a great location.
The house is beautiful. Fully equipped, ready for you to unpack, relax and enjoy.
Need slippers? Check the slipper basket. Forgot your cap and gloves? A nice selection from which to borrow.
The kitchen? All manner of pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, spices and other necessities.
Plenty of space to spread out. The downstairs area is practically a house unto itself.
I highly recommend Our Frisco House.

Great location, cozy house
We rented this home for a ski weekend, with a total of 3 families (6 adults, 6 children with ages ranging from 6 months to 6 years old). It is very spacious, with three bedrooms each with a king-size bed, as well as a finished basement with a living area, small kitchenette, and bedroom with 2 full-size bunks and 2 twin beds--perfect for the adults and kids to have their own space, but not so spread out that we felt far away from each other. The kitchen table is large, and the kitchen is well-stocked with both extras (spices, oil, etc.) and appliances galore (Keurig, regular coffee maker, as well as just about any utensil or cookware you'd ever need). Bathrooms have heating fans--amazing!! The hot tub was great, large enough for multiple adults with the kids too. Cable, wifi, and ability to stream Netflix through the TVs kept us entertained in the cold evenings. Frisco is a perfect location for the ski resorts of Summit County, and is a great mountain town with many food and shopping options. Would absolutely recommend OFH--the manager Becky was wonderful and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly, and we are hoping to stay again in the summertime to take advantage of warmer months in the mountains in this great house.

You’ll want to stay forever!
What an amazing home! 5 adults, 6 kids and room to spare. The master bedroom feels like an oasis with the king bed, fireplace, door to the hot tub, and tv. The kids room in the basement is a parent’s dream! The cousins had the best time and made the sweetest memories. You can feel the love pouring through the walls of many happy memories made in that house. The best part of OFH is the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Everything is organized exactly the way a guest would want it. You will not have needs in this house. Want a fork? it’s in the first drawer you’ll look. Forgot a spice for a recipe? It’s stocked. Runny nose? Tissue boxes on every table. Towels upon towels upon towels. Spare blankets, extra hats and mittens, and mountains of extra rolls of toilet paper. You’ll be so happy you stayed at this wonderful house. I hope you’re stay is as amazing as ours was!

Perfect house for us.
This house was a wonderful find for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 10 of us to stay. It's in a wonderful position in Frisco, close enough to walk to town but still with a quiet and secluded feeling. Everything is exceptionally well organized at the house and you will find anything you need to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the lovely large windows looking out onto a snowy landscape. Becky was a fantastic host, even returning an earring I lost to our house in Denver. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great stay at OFH
We really enjoyed our three week stay at OFH. Becky was an excellent property manager. She was very easy to work with and very responsive. the house was very comfortable for our extended family and three rescue dogs. The dogs liked the fenced in back yard. The humans and the dogs liked being able to walk into downtown Frisco.

Lovely house great for families!
Big, clean house with everything you need to have a great stay. Can fit multiple families comfortably. Pet friendly and kid friendly. Close to the highway (but can't hear the cars), close to bike/hike trails, and close to town. Perfect house!

Huge house, great beds, 3 full baths, the views!
This is the 7th visit to our home away from home and the new wood floors, new master suite bed, new front porch deck, new mud room closet, new sliding door leading to the huge hot tub OH MY! There are bikes to use, world class skiing and fishing, the views are to die for and this house is perfect for one family or two. Best fire place ever!!! So close to town and yet so quite, everyone is out walking and there are two hiking trails just minutes away. Can't wait to return.

Family ski trip
The house was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 5, 7, 10 & 13). We also enjoyed being able to bring a family dog. He loved our daily walks. The house is also in a convenient location (close to several skiing options, dining and shopping in Frisco and Breckenridge). The home met all our family needs. The hot tub was much enjoyed as well a great selection of games.

Fabulous home minutes away from everything.
We loved our stay at Becky and Rick’s
Frisco home. The house had everything one could possibly need. Becky was attentive to our needs and very responsive. The house is huge and our party of 8 was perfectly comfortable with the kids taking over the full basement. Copper Mtn is minutes away and we all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after returning home from a long day on the slopes.
Thanks again for everything.

OFH was perfect from the moment we arrived. Never have I felt more at home away from home.
We had 12 in our group and it easily accommodated us, and we never felt cramped. The home is beautiful, well stocked and the perfect location for any activity. Becky is so sweet and easy to work with. My family can’t wait to go back!

The house is big and provides a fun setting. The two hot tubs are a plus, and the sleeping arrangements are nice. The master bedroom is HUGE! Overall, it was a good house for the price!

I stayed at the Coughlin's house over New Years with a group of friends from college and we had a great time. The house is in a great location with easy access to I-70 and the ski slopes but located in a cute little neighborhood that doesn't have a resort-type feel.
We loved the outdoor hot tub even though the temperatures rarely got above 0, and also appreciated the house being pet friendly. The layout of the house is a little disjointed, which might be better for a large family where people might want to be more separated, but it worked just fine for us.
Becky, the rental manager, was pleasant to work with, very quick to answer questions and accessible by phone throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This spacious house was a wonderful place to gather several family members and friends for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was important to us to have plenty of room for everyone to sit together for the meal. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, which made preparing a feast for 12 easy. Frisco is a perfect location for enjoying the winter activities of skiing and snow shoeing - or just sitting by the fire reading.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home for 5 nights and we truly hated to leave. It was comfortable and relaxing, The views were amazing. The home afforded all the comforts of home sans the 100 degrees heat. Waking to the 30 degree weather in September is something we could get use to. We would recommend this spot to anyone who would like to get away to a better place than home.

Wow! We spent the week relaxing and enjoying every wonderful minute of our vacation in Frisco. We left temps of 104 in Kansas, for cool mornings and wonderful afternoons! This little blue house was everything and more that it advertised to be. So close to town you could walk in a matter of minutes, but, you would never know you were that close to town. The owners were wonderful and we plan on returning as often as possible!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay and the house is much bigger and better than we expected. The large quiet deck is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening grill-out. The bedrooms are a great size and the master is very spacious with a fireplace and large walk-in closet. As we walked around the house on our arrival we kept finding ourselves saying "wow, this is REALLY nice" - I guess we were expecting your typical small mountain rental lacking TLC - instead it's the opposite. I was impressed with how immaculate the house is - it's apparent that a lot of love and care is put into the home. It's also a short walk to Main Street, hiking trails and quick access to I-70. We look forward to staying here again and thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us!

Our family has rented this lovely mountain home in Frisco on several occasions and it provides the perfect mountain getaway. The location is ideal for Summit County skiing (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper & Vail), hiking, biking and paddling. It is close to town with great restaurants, coffee houses, breweries, book stores and shopping. The house itself feels like a comforting home with each room meticulously decorated, comfortably furnished, and lots of space to find a private area to relax or read. Our kids loved the downstairs garden level with its own kitchen/bar, big screen TV, game area and hot tub. I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect mountain Home and not just another rental house. It's a great place to rent in all Seasons.

We have rented this house many times over the last few years. It is located in a beautiful spot in Frisco with trees and beautiful views. We have stayed here w/ 4-8 people and have found it very spacious, even for our larger groups. It is a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper, and Keystone for skiing (or you can catch the bus from town) and an easy walk into Frisco (5-10 minutes) for breakfast, dinner, or shopping. The house is spotless!!!! We will definitely rent it again in the future.
