This beautiful custom built home is located one block from the beach at 3605 Cameron Boulevard and is 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and many championship golf courses.

This six bedroom house is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings, a large den with a entertainment system, flat screen televisions in great room and bedrooms, fantastic gourmet kitchen and 2 master suites (one with a jacuzzi tub).

Come straight from the beach and shower in the privacy of an outdoor shower. Take the elevator to the greatroom and walk out on the porch and sit in one of the rocking chairs and feel the ocean breeze. For a spectacular look at the great Atlantic Ocean take a walk up the spiral staircase for breath taking views.

This house is amazing and definitely lives up to the description listed. Brian was very easy to work with as well as easy to contact with questions. We never had an issue with anything leading up to or during our stay. The house is in a great location and is a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for board games, places to read quietly and enjoy family time. Porches were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items needed for our cooking and serving needs. Amazingly we did not have issues with mosquitoes in the outside shower or ground level areas!

This was a great property for our family of 14. We chose this property because of its proximity to the Citadel Beach Club and the beach. The owner Brian was very communicative, explaining the elevator and other information that was helpful for our stay. We were happy that linens and towels were included and all rooms and kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely consider this house again should we return for a family reunion. Thank you Brian for our lovely stay at your home.

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for 6 high school friends that wanted their own rooms and catch up! It is in a great neighborhood and great location. Close to everything and a trip to Charleston is very easy! Brian couldn't have been any nicer! He always responds! I would highly recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our group! It looks even better than it does in the pictures. It's clean, well-kept, and the furniture is sturdy and high-quality. We loved the decks where we could eat outside and enjoy the warm breeze. It's so close to the beach, which is one of the best we've visited. The host was easy to reach and was proactive in reaching out before the trip to get everything squared away. Everyone was talking about what a great find it was. We loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional home. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is very comfortable and well stocked for cooking. Brian was great at communication. The elevator was very convenient for arriving and departing. We plan on returning next year!

We had a multigenerational group staying at this property when we were in town for a family wedding. This home was great! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything(and more) in it we needed for a great time. The communication and accessibility with the owner was excellent. 3605 Cameron Blvd was everything and more than we expected. Great kitchen for the large group, excellent gathering area. Very nicely decorated with the beach decor. Bedrooms were large and roomy. Wonderful porches for relaxing in the ocean breeze. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Brian was very responsive. Highly recommended!!!!!

Great location a block off the beach. The bedrooms were downstairs and quiet. The property could be updated , but then it would cost more. So for the money, it was great. Brian was great too.

From the moment we walked in this property was super comfortable. Loved all the outdoor porches. We were in Charleston for our sons engagement and Easter. Although it wasn’t super warm we enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring Charleston.
