Upon arrival at "Bellevue III", this resort-like pet friendly Isle of Palms vacation rental will immediately inspire relaxation among the whole family. This home exhibits a modern style with an updated twist on the popular beachy-lowcountry feel, and is complete with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With a large custom-built heated pool and hot tub, as well as multiple outdoor living rooms and spaces for many guests, this property offers the perfect location for entertaining friends and family.
Inside the home, the two story open concept living area provides ample space for gatherings and for spending quality time with the family. The updated kitchen sports a large marble island with seating for many and features high end appliances, including a spacious, built-in fridge and a 36" gas range stove. Open to the kitchen is the living room, furnished with seating for the whole family and two large TVs so that a great view is available no matter where you're sitting.
The two lower floor bedrooms have king beds, and the downstairs master suite features a TV and is completely handicap accessible. Additionally, its large, beautiful bathroom is perfect for preparing for days at the beach, and the walk in shower is great after night swims in the pool. Upstairs you will find four of the six bedrooms, all complete with comfortable mattresses and stylish but cozy bedding. One of the upper floor bedrooms houses a king bed, and two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The kids room, a nautical themed space with two built-in bunk beds, is the perfect space for children of all ages. Each bed (2 twin and 2 full) features its own reading light and USB port, and the room also includes a large TV - great for morning cartoons. The upstairs master suite is finished with a sitting area, fireplace, television, access to one of the two outdoor porches, and a coffee bar, and a large walk-in-closet that's just the right amount of space for bathing suit storage. The last two bedrooms on the second floor have queen beds, and one is furnished with a TV as well.

A large oak tree offers shade when relaxing in the pool during the sunny hours of the afternoon, and a sitting shelf and water-feature give the pool a calming, spa-like feel. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Bellevue III is a lovely home with plenty of space for a family of 13. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers, blender, and anything else you might need. We had 6 grandchildren 7 and younger, so we took our own Ikea dishes for the little ones to use. The bunk room was a huge hit with the grandchildren. The pool was awesome and often used more than once per day. The host labeled all light switches which was very helpful. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk even with all the little ones. Fabulous home! Great location! Would definitely recommend!

My family (ranging from grandparents to toddler grandchildren) wanted to take our first family vacation together and decided on the Charleston area. This home was a great mix for the price as we had plenty of amenities with this home, and we were a short walk from the beach. The house is updated and clean. And is within 30 mins of everything you could want to do from a tourist's perspective.

I stayed here with 13 of my girlfriends and it was the perfect weekend get away! The pool is much larger in person then in the photos and the hot tub was great for when the sun went down. Plus the lights and waterfall features were amazing! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk across the street. We had a private chef come cook all 14 of us dinner one night with plenty of space in the kitchen. Overall, would definitely stay and recommend! My only one note is that the listing is for 16, but that is only if (6) people sleep in the bunk bed room and (2) are willing to share the (2) full beds on the bottom bunks. We had 14 women on our trip and that was the perfect amount, however I’d you have kids in your group, 6 of them could sleep in the bunk room comfortably.

Overall everything was great in the house. The pool was just perfect for thr kids to enjoy while we prepared our dinner or when ee came back from a day of exploring Charleston. The host was responsive to all our questions. House was equipped with evening we needed. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone

Our family came together from New York, Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts for a week of fun and relaxation. The space was perfect. Located close to the beach and the incredible restaurants in Charleston. We all had a blast!

Loved how close the house was to the beach. Super easy n close and your in a beach chair quickly. House is smaller than the pics but beautiful. The billards, pool, and hot tub area was a standout and heavily used. Bring some blow up mattresses as rooms (other than 2 masters) are small. We'll managed and responsive iop escapes team when there were issues. House is a bit banged up with cabinetry issues and towel hangers for instance falling off the wall but no big deal and typical vrbo stuff. All in all a strong thumbs up. We had 4 families and 16 folks and house did well. Love iop!

Loved the pool and that it is in the shade and private. Enjoyed the patio, screened in porch and upper deck. Large eating area and living room on the first floor accommodated our large group of 5 families. Grandkids enjoyed the game room which gave them a place to be "kids;. The proximity to the beach was great and just a short walk. Only negative was three bedrooms accommodating 4 adults and 3 children shared one bathroom on the second floor, not counting the master suite. If you want to visit Charleston it is only a 20 minute drive.

This beach house was beautiful, clean and so much fun to stay in. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool and hot tub are fantastic and we loved having the pool table there. The kitchen is big and roomy and gorgeous. The weather was so nice all week and the walk to the beach was short and with a nice boardwalk to get there. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. One of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at.

It was everything we hoped for. Especially loved the pool. We rented golf carts but the walk to the beach was so close we never used them for that. Very conveniently located and beautifully decorated. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property with pool and spa along with a pool table for the teens. Beds were comfortable. House was convenient to grocery and resturants. And the house was exceptionally clean. The only mix up we had was with the teens and the hot tub. They turned it on and it ran all night which gave us an additional bill to pay. So, monitor pool users. But house was great>

We stayed here with a large, multi-generational family group and had a great time. I think it’s nicer than the pictures suggest - at the least, the washer/dryer is a new smart LG unit, not the older one pictured. The pool was perfect for both beginner swimmers and older kids. I enjoyed walking into town every morning to get breakfast (3.2 miles round trip) and the home’s multiple entrances made it easy to sneak out without waking anyone up. Very short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all on a warm April weekend. Would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a large rental in IOP. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at this lovely home for almost a week and truly enjoyed it. The lay out was great for a large group and the backyard was wonderful for the kids. We were so close to the beach so it made it easy to make multiple trips a day. the host was great as well.

Excellent house! Very updated and well stocked. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Loved hanging at the pool. Management was very responsive with any calls or requests. Actually looks like the pictures except the fish eye throws off the size a bit. Plenty of room for several families or big group of friends. I would rent again!

My family and two best friends along with their families stayed at the house which was well equipped and very close to the beach. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the screened in porch at night! The outdoor shower was a huge plus especially with 12 sandy people returning from beach outings! We would absolutely stay there again!

The house and property are absolutely breathtaking! The outdoor pool, hot tub and shower were fantastic and the inside of the home is very clean and up to date. I would say that the home needs better instructions but I think that lies on the property mgmt company. The dishwasher is very hard to figure out or run at all and there is no cable. I would also preface for those with large families like ours that there is not a designated living room. There are couches that line the walls but there isn't one living room space. I would say the property management company has poor communication especially with the trash. We were told they would put in a work order and come collect some trash left from the previous tenants but none of those occurred; finally trash day came and someone rolled the cans out. Otherwise the property is one of a kind!!
