Comfortable, reasonably priced 2-bedroom condominium in Sunrise Suites Resort. The Resort offers concierge service, heated swimming pool, outdoor spa, gym facilities, tennis court and Internet service. The unit is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. Has completely equipped kitchen, 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths. Living room has sofa bed that opens to a queen-sized bed. Has private balcony overlooking the adjacent Salt Ponds Preserve. Sufficient parking space close to the unit.

Within walking distance from the airport, Smathers Beach, seaside hiking or running. Minutes away from Duval Street.

Pros: Condo location to historic Key West Easy traffic pattern Unt close to the pool Sunset view from balcony Owner had excellent communication Small but complete kitchen Patio table for 4 on the balcony Cons: Missing items: only 2 beach towels for 4 guests, no bath mat, no soap for dishwasher Pool Issue: pool water was being heated which cause discomfort on a very hot day. Technology: excessively long door code, wifi username and password not readily available and then network name did not appear as a choice. These are minor concerns and would not prevent me from renting from this owner again. I do believe the owner would want to know so these items could be quickly addressed.

Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the location as it was away from the main roads and quiet in the evenings. The pool was clean and nice too. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Key West

The property was as advertised and met our needs. The property owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to our early arrival and request for late check out. That said, it’s definitely a dated property and would benefit from some updates. It was clean, and had the basic necessities. Paint, kitchen and bathroom need attention, but again, very clean. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something clean and basic.

Aside from difficulty with the door lock (which was quickly resolved), our short stay was just what we needed. As others have stated, the furnishings are old, but all was clean. All questions and concerns were responded to quickly and effectively.

Had a good time at the property. In the complex: laundry, gym (small), tennis courts, soda machine, pool , etc. Had a small problem and property owner responded quickly.

Nice property. A little dated, especially the workout room, but clean and comfortable. Great area to walk along the ocean and watch the sunrise. Management was very responsive to our special requests. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Great communication from owner - easy to find and access. Safe location. Interior as advertised and mostly very clean. O2 sensor alarm went off from opening bathroom door after shower, but stopped after a few minutes. We had a great visit overall!

Lourdes was a saint! I was down in KW for my bachelor party and was simply needing a nice spot to sleep and shower for the evening. This was well above and beyond what we'd expected! It was clean, efficient, great location by the airport, and Lourdes was one of the easiest and nicest hosts I've worked with. She was extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The hotel the unit is attached to is a doubletree with a great bar and restaurant. It has a complimentary on-demand shuttle to/from the airport, luggage room which was clutch the day we checked out and wanted to still lounge by the pool waiting for our flights. Not to mention their famous cookies!! All in all, if you're looking for a great rental with a fantastic host, you can't go wrong with this spot!! Thanks again Lourdes for being so accommodating and helpful!!

Our space was clean, welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Key West and everything we did while we were there. Our space had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant, including beach towels. If you're heading to Key West, this would be a great space to consider staying in!

Lourdes was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and comfortable although could use a few more kitchen tools and amenities. Location was perfect if looking for quiet but a bit far from downtown. Overall, I would rent again.

The property is dated but extremely clean! It was also quiet which we appreciated. The pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the pool at the doubletree hotel next door which was great.

Unfortunately this unit did not meet our needs. There is no washer/dryer and the pool was closed. The beds are extremely worn and noisy when you even sit on them swaying down on the sides. The couch was extremely worn as well. It has a ‘yard sale’ feel to it. When we were packing to come home, a cockroach ran across the floor under the bed. I just hope none traveled home with me in a packed bag. I would not stay here again

First time visiting Key West. The condo is great and the owner was easy to get in touch with and good at giving us information. The condo is nice and clean, with sheets, towels, utensils etc for everyone. There’s a nice balcony with a view of the tennis court, but it’s a little noisy sitting on the balcony. The pool area is nice, next to a beautiful pond with tortoises and iguanas. The fitness room was okay with two bicycles, a treadmill and a stair master, but we couldn’t get treadmill or stair master to work. There was also equipment for weight training. However, we could only use the fitness room after 9 am, whereas, we prefer to work out early in the morning. The location was okay, but far away from Key West and there was nothing to do in the area. There were no shops or restaurants within walking distance and we had to drive everywhere. All in all, a great condo at a great price, but be prepared to use the car a lot.

This condo was convenient to Key West attractions and an actual beach with sand (Smathers Beach), which is not easy to find in the Keys. A few times, we heard a plane flying overhead, but it was not frequent. We would stay here again.
