A+ Designer Remodeled, Spectacular View of the entire Bay of Black Rock, and across the ocean to Molokai from the lanai, where you can watch the annual whale migration, sightings already viewed early October 2024,

From the King bed, with the most comfortable mattress [top-of-line, as used at The Ritz], the Ocean is reflected in the floor to ceiling mirrors.

California style walk-in closet has build outs, large drawers, cubbies, and plenty of storage and hangers to instantly unpack.

CD/DVD, library of CD's, DVD's, Books, etc.

Desk if you must work; upgraded secure WIFI with private secure password for this unit only. Samsung Smart TV.

Free Washer/Dryer conveniently located just across the hall, near the elevator bank.

Construction Notice: Tower 1 Paint and Spall Lanai Project for Studio #814 is scheduled for January 10 - February 16, 2025, as updated November 1, 2024.

Contractor will post notification on the patio slider: No day time access to the Lanai 8-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday and 8-12:30pm, Friday, They will cover and consolidate the lanai furniture. No scheduled weekend work. Hopefully Monday thru Thursday, and Friday morning work schedule will coincide with guests at the beach, pool, or exploring the island.

Current Resort Fee is $31.00, after 4/1/24 = $33.00, beginning 4/1/25 = $35.00, No Parking Fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit in the Whaler. The property is our go to when visiting Maui. The condo was well appointed with a good bed and kitchen. You have a great view of Black Rock from the lanai. The unit was comfortable with a nice couch as well. The Whaler is perfectly situated along Ka’anapali beach and within close proximity to everything you would need. After the fires we were unsure of how Maui would be, but West Maui is open. Aside from not being able to go into Lahaina - your vacation will not be interrupted. Just be sure to visit respectfully and responsibly.

Our "short term Home" was perfect in every way! Our Unit was fully complemented with EVERYTHING one might need. Our view was incredible, from the early morning to sunset. We were centrally located for so very many restaurants and activities and SHOPPING! We were minutes away from The Gazebo for Breakfast and BadAss Coffee (they have incredible flavors in decaf too!) We took a few excursions to the North side and the West side; and each time (despite some traffic) our rides were pleasurable. We cannot recommend Marianne's Kaanapali Hale enough!!! Mahalo nui loa Marianne! Aloha!

Excellent location and lovely studio unit with a full kitchen and spectacular view! Loved the beachfront pathway that was close to Whaler's Village and great restaurants. Was impressed by the walk-in closet. Owner was wonderful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend this unit!

We stayed 6 nights here. It was PERFECT. Had everything you needed. The view was amazing. Location was great. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, black rock, and most excursions! Zero complaints. Will stay here again next time we visit Maui!

Great stay! Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and condo was really clean. Owner & manager were responsive. View was lovely. Laundry right out our door. We arrived back at condo from pool to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a card and a bottle of pineapple champagne!! Would stay here again🌴☀️😉

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Marianne’s condo! I have been to the Whaler dozens of times, but this was my first time staying in tower one. The condo is updated, has a wonderful view, and it was apparent Marianne cares about her property. It's one of the nicest condo's I've stayed in at the Whaler. We would happily stay here again!

The view from the lanai was excellent! It’s a spacious, clean, well furnished studio that was just right for the two of us. We especially liked the super comfortable king bed. The kitchen was well provisioned, and the walk in closet with built in shelves and drawers easily contained all our clothes. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and it was everything we expected snd more. The condo is perfectly located right on Kaanapali Beach next to Whalers Village. The condo was very comfortable for a couple and everything we wanted. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom with plenty of storage. We did all the typical tourist things which i will not bore you with other than to say we loved them all. We are not sure when we will be back but we would definitely stay here again. Mahola Marianne for allowing us to stay at your special place.

We’ve been staying at The Whaler for many years and this was the first time we’ve stayed in this unit. It is extremely clean and well cared for. Loved the beautiful custom cabinets both in the kitchen and in the closet. Beautiful view off the balcony. Looking at the black rock. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and small cooler provided which is an added treat these days as many owners don’t provide them anymore. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens. Everything about this unit was exceptional. The owner is very easy to contact and work with and takes pride in her unit. We will definitely be staying here again for many years to come! Condo very comfortable and had all the necessary things. We loved the Tommy Bahamas Beach chairs 💺 😎 The gym was well equipped. We would 💯 % recommend Marianne's condo👌

We had a great time at the condo at the Whaler in #814, clean, comfortable and great view! Bed was comfortable! Only thing and this is just being a preference is would be nice to have some non-stick pans for cooking, foil, and a sponge for cleaning dishes. But cooler was great to have and beach chairs. Overall 5 stars and would definitely come back again!

The best location on Kaanapali Beach. Close to restaurants, peaceful beach and steps away from any activity you would like to try surfing, jet ski. and for lunch break great restaurants either way down the boardwalk. Unit was great and spacious

Greatly exceeded our expectations. Very roomy for a studio! Decor was lovely. Better than pictures! Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Owners were easy to contact if we needed them and checked on us mid-stay. Loved the spacious closet area which stored all our belongings out of sight! Fabulous views from the lanai! Great property location on the best stretch of Kaanapali Beach. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Whaler. The condo was absolutely perfect, and had everything we needed. Great views of the ocean and Black Rock from the lanai. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were definitely a plus for the several days we spent at the beach and snorkeling at Black Rock. Super comfy bed too! We loved the location — Whalers Village for shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and will be back again. Mahola, Marianne.

The condo was much nicer than expected and had everything we needed including a walk-in closet that allowed us to fully unpack making it feel like home. It was so great to walk out onto an absolutely gorgeous beach and enjoy the swimming/snorkeling. Thank you!
