About this apartment rental
Located on the creek, adjacent to the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve, and with spectacular views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Crest & the Sherwins, this nicely equipped, standard two bedroom / loft / two bath townhouse includes washer/dryer, premium cable TV, DVD, wireless internet, and offers a warm mountain experience. Don’t miss one of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth! Snowcreek offers luxurious, green rolling grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature’s majesty right out the back door. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice! 1500 square feet tri-level; 3 parking spaces. Close to free winter shuttle (Red Line) to town and Mammoth Mountain. Living Area upstairs: Large kitchen with newer appliances, high counter with bar chairs, dining area, natural river rock hearth wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/Cable/Bluetooth, and deck with view & summer BBQ. downstairs: Main bedroom: king bed and full bath (TV/DVD/Cable), deck to back lawn. Bedroom #2: queen bed and shared bath (TV/DVD/VCR stream only/no cable) Loft: 1 twin + 1 double, also a queen aero bed mattress is available that fits in the living area for larger parties. Maximum Occupancy: 8, beds for 7 and one aerobed.
We are no longer be a dog friendly unit except for those that are grandfathered in as previous guests with no damages. We have upgraded our flooring/painting and, unfortunately, received several serious damaging issues with dogs in late 2021 and early 2022 after nearly 15 years of few, if any, damages. Please contact the owner if you have questions about this policy. We also rent directly, primarily to past guests, which saves a few fees.

I arrived in the Condo to find an open package of prepared food. We found two dirty towels on the floor. The drier and washing machine both had wet clothing which we dried to prevent mold to occur. We found a ring that was left in the drier! The freezer temperature was cold enough to freeze ice, but not to keep our ice cream frozen. I was in contact with the owner, but they left town before trying to answer these oroblems

Convenient location for a family trip to the mountains. Amenities close by. Trailheads and outdoor options varied. Restaurants and shops at handy locations. Condo suitable for short term family trip. Nice neighborhood.

This is the first time I have ever used anything like Vrbo to book a place to stay. I was always a hotel/motel kind of traveler. Everything was wonderful! The cabin, the location and the view were all superb! As well as the booking procedure and interactions with the property manager. She was friendly responsive to any of my questions before and during the stay. I would defiantly try to rent this cabin again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you for the great experience!

We've stayed at this beautiful condo in the past. Great location with wonderful views. Well supplied kitchen with all the needed appliances, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
Best part...Host is amazing. She is quick to respond to any questions and/or address any needs. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Tina’s place is in a great location with easy access to the shuttles to get around town. The space was perfect for three adult couples. We enjoyed the wood burning fire place and it kept the house warm. Would definitely book again with Tina for another trip!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Communication with the owner was seamless and helpful. The condo is in a beautiful location for daily walks. It is comfortable, roomy and perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

Loved the view out the master bedroom slider and upstairs balcony! We saw a family of deer every morning which my kids loved. The space was perfect for our family and the condo had everything we needed! Great host!

this home was cozy and inviting. master bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. the kitchen was well stocked - easily allowed us to eat in to save money.
what a treat to have thick paper towels, soft kleenex, and nicer TP instead of the cheap kind. i also liked the option to use bigger bottles of shampoo, lotion, and handwash soap (though small hotel ones are also available).
for our week of fishing, it was easy to do laundry (there was detergent even though we brought our own).
this home had everything - was like staying at a friend's! what i absolutely loved was the majestic view of God's creation right outside the deck upstairs as well as out the master bedroom sliding door. breathtaking beauty! would stay again!!!

My family and I stayed here for a spring skiing trip. The condo was perfect and everything we expected from the listing. It had everything we needed and was close to all the places we needed to get at the mountain and in town. Definitely planning on coming back sometime in the future with friends.

We enjoyed a lovely vacation with our two teenage daughters plus a friend. All 5 of us fit comfortably in the condo with plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing. Great updated condo in Snow Creek. Lovely views of snow covered mountains. Tina was a great communicator when we had questions. We cooked every night and the condo had all the essentials. Easy access to Mammoth mountain and nearby hikes. We definitely plan to come back to this condo!

We were fortunate enough to go to Mammoth during one of the snowiest seasons ever. Tina was very helpful and responsive and concerned about our safety. The condo was well equipped, clean , spacious and completely adequate for our needs. It was well situated and close to the shuttle which we utilized to get around the town. The views of the mountain range were majestic. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

We stayed for a week with another couple and we all really enjoyed the place. Everything was clean. There is a good size dining room table for dinners and game nights, and, the kitchen was well stocked. The condo is cozy and spacious at all at the same time. The fireplace is perfect. There was always plenty of hot water for showers! Helpful notes are posted with guidance on how to use various things, like heaters, washer/dryer, etc. Also, the snow is plowed quickly, and, as someone else mentioned, you can park very close to the walkway that leads to the front door, for loading and unloading. Our host, Tina, was super helpful and communicative. We all agreed we will stay there again! Thank you!

This condo is very comfortable. Car parks 15 feet from front door. Views are amazing. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Great fireplace. 3 minute drive to eagle. Property manager is very communicative. Will be back next year.

Meadow Bliss
The highlight of this older property is its location to the adjacent meadow, which borders Mammoth Creek and allows beautiful views from both the living and master bedroom windows. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen highlights your visit. The owner is a pleasure to work with and provides clear and timely rental information. Be sure to take a stroll out to the meadow during the summer months to enjoy the wildlife and numerous wildflowers. Will definitely revisit!

3 day stay at beautiful Snowcreek in Mammoth
Fantastic stay at Snowcreek in Mammoth. The condo was furnished beautifully with all the comforts you would wish for. Great location in Mammoth with views of Mammoth Crest and Mammoth Rock.
The process of making reservations was easy and the care we received from the owners was very professional, friendly, warm, and accommodating. We were fortunate to have found this home in the mountains.

This property was very pleasant, well located (views on to the Snowcreek Meadow and Mammoth Mtn), and well stocked. The owner is very conscientious about providing information on the condo and responding to any issues. Also, plenty of parking. We were very comfortable and pleased with the unit.

Convenient and roomy ski condo!
Location of this cabin can’t be beat. It’s only a 4 min drive to eagle lodge and borders a beautiful meadow where you can walk your dog through snow or on a paved bike/walking path. There’s also a shuttle stop nearby if you don’t want to drive to the ski resort. You’re only a few minutes drive to the grocery store and gear rental shops (much cheaper than renting at the resort). Condo is dated but very roomy and comfortable. Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids and we were super comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. We especially appreciated the coffee and spices. Wifi worked great and my husband was able to wfh and have video calls no problem. Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo
The condo was perfect for week 1 of the winter storms this December! Fireplace fan worked great and everyone was warm - even on all the floors. Plenty of room in the condo - 2 bedrooms plus loft and large living room. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Great place with lots of space!
We've stayed here several times and its perfect for our family of 4 (5 with our dog Charlie). The kids love the loft and all the areas to explore outside. Kitchen is fully stocked and great for those that eat in as much as we do. And the owner makes things very easy for payment, check in and check out and is available for any needs although we've never really had any.

Cozy, comfortable townhome
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The unit is spacious and well-equipped with whatever you need to be comfortable. I especially enjoyed the views from the living room and master bedroom - a view of the meadow and the majestic mountains beyond. We walked our dogs through the meadow and even saw a couple of coyotes traverse across one morning. Tina was responsive to my questions and she provided thorough instructions to ensure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Family Ski Trip
Our family of four and chocolate lab thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and conveniently located condo. Great mountain views and perfect location on the meadow. Very spacious with upstairs sleeping loft and downstairs 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry. The fully stocked kitchen was appreciated and included everything we needed to prepare meals. We hope to be able to return very soon.

Great Stay!
My family of 4 adults, 2 kids, and dog had a great time at this cabin and it fit us perfectly. Tina was a great host and was great at communicating with us, especially since we were a last-minute booking. She even helped with suggestions of where to go to avoid the fire smoke! The location was great too, with large grass areas for the kids and dog to run around, a creek and meadow to walk through behind the condo, and it was close enough (<1mi) that we could walk to shops/restaurants/playground. We'll be back!

Loved our family vacation
Tina was so easy to work with. The condo was perfect for my family! We loved that everything was in working condition and everything Tina mentioned she had was in abundance (ex. Firewood, coffee). We loved the warm homey feel to her place and the view of the mountain stayed true. Can't wait for a return trip!

New Years stay with family
Tina is an amazing host. Communication was easy and quick. The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 and our dog. The house is a little dated but clean and in a good location/proximity to ski lodge, mammoth village and grocery stores. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Thanks Tina!!
